Genuinely had me surprised at first I didn’t expect much from the shop however as soon as I entered I was welcomed with great people everyone being really kind and useful and extremely friendly too. When I sat down I had the opportunity to get any drink I want and in every flavor which felt really different and interesting. While I was eating I constantly got asked if I needed any help and if the food tasted good especially one of them named Girij he was extremely friendly always came up to us with a smile brilliant guy. Lucinda and Max were also great people they were the ones that took our order and I have to say definitely the best people to help us out ever.

Quality of food and service is on the top! Crunchiness and taste of the food, flavour, and the availability of several different kinds of flavours (about 10 or 12 approximately), have a look at the attached picture of the menu) and great emphasis on the flavour itself is outstanding. You can tell it's different with every bite that you take, especially when it's accompanied by one of the flavoursome dips. Atmosphere is nice as well, ... Well... It's Ealing! When you visit Ealing, make sure you pop in.

Had an amazing meal here at Wingstop, only down thing was the loaded fries which was quite cold. When the staff came to check on us, I mentioned it and he immediately said he will be bring another one, Rahul was great! Also, it would be great if NHS staff can use the blue light card to get the discount as we don’t hold the physical card all the time.

Tried Wingstop in Ealing Broadway, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. First off, the burger was tiny, so small that even the little sauce pot next to it looked big. £6.50 for that? Disappointing and definitely not filling. On the bright side, the carrot fries £3.50 were nice, and the £3.95 unlimited drink refill was the best part of the meal. The atmosphere was cool too, thanks to the music. My Missy went for the Flavor Fix meal £13 with wings, fillets, and chips. The wings were a bit rubbery, almost undercooked, which wasn’t great. Plus, they forgot one of our extra chips, so I had to ask for it. They fixed it quickly, but I’ve got to deduct a star for that, sorry. Total spent: £27, which felt a bit pricey for what we got. That said, Ravin from the floor staff was super helpful, even cleared our tray after we finished. Great guy! Also, please do something about your main entrance door, it’s always open, and it’s NOT summer. Would I come back? Maybe, but I’d definitely pick something else off the menu next time.
