So i understand that is a new place and maybe some workers never did this before, but slapping my food on the counter in a broken bag with missing items is terrible, when i mentioned that 3 portions of fries are missing the guy just looked confused at me without exchanging one word, the tacos are not properly filled, and the grated cheese wasn’t even melted. One of the tacos was for my son and had some items removed from it when ordering yet once received they didn’t follow the instructions. Workers need proper training and possibly a positive attitude towards customers and the work place in general.

That looks delicious! The churro is perfectly golden-brown with a nice crisp texture, and the drizzle of icing along with the little white chocolate chips gives it a really indulgent, eye-catching finish. Ordered for delivery on uber eats, had 3 different drivers go there. We had waited 2 hours before we got told that they were closed and couldn’t do anything when on their website it says open and let us place the order. We called the store and the manager was very rude and pretty much stated it isn’t his problem. Not until we contacted uber support and they told us they were shut. Overall terrible service, sat here for 2 hours hungry and waiting with no update. Think the manager needs new training it’s disgusting.

3/10 experience, do better. Took too long and it’s 80% carbs. Like don’t get wrong love me some carbs but this is just too much guys, protein is key. Very dry, please discover what the correct amount of sauce is thank you. Finally, music was either straight bangers or unsettling Christmas songs. Only made the wait longer.

I ve been going to TacoBell for a number of years and always had a good experience. Until now. Uxbridge brunch is extremely slow to serve people. 30 minute wait is well too long. I ve heard about people who waited even longer for their food. Other brunches are more efficient - 5 to 10 mins wait max. I love the food and got exited when they opened but sadly will not be returning .
