Taco Bell Harrow

This was hands down the worst experience ever. First, it took forever for them to restart their machine just to take my order—like seriously, why am I waiting ages because they can’t get their system together? Then when I finally get my food, the “salad box” was a joke. The most skimpy, pathetic portion I’ve ever seen. The box wasn’t even half full—just a couple of sad lettuce shreds, a few tomato bits, and barely any chicken or beans. Embarrassing. And when I used my discount, the staff looked at me like I’d just landed from another planet. Like, hello? Discounts EXIST. Have you never seen one in your life? Sorry not everyone’s rolling in cash, but you don’t need to make me feel like trash for using a code. Finally, the quesadilla—don’t even get me started. Slapped together in two seconds flat, didn't even melt the cheese, no rice, no thickness, just a flat, lifeless tortilla crime scene. Absolutely nothing like what it’s supposed to be. This entire experience was beyond disappointing—Taco Bell, do better because this was straight-up robbery. I wasted 5009 points on this. I literally cannot believe this, like I'm literally never going back again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Eldhose is the reason I keep coming back I have to give a special shout-out to Eldhose at this Taco Bell. Every time I order, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He always greets me with a smile, and no matter how complicated my order is, he never makes me feel like I’m bothering him or being difficult. I work in customer service and he’s genuinely so amazing I could learn a thing or two from him! His kindness, patience, and professionalism are rare to find, and he’s genuinely the main reason I stay loyal to this branch. I’ve thanked him so many times in person, but it never feels like enough. He really deserves recognition for how well he treats customers and the effort he puts into every interaction.

I was out with my 2 friends from college. We sat in and we all ordered our meals and I was the only one to order a drink. I got my drink cup I filled it up with Pepsi Max and ice. After I finished drinking, I still had the ice left so I put it in my water bottle as I was done and I’m ready to go and then the mail worker comes out and then start screaming at me saying I refilled it when I didn’t. So I start having a go at him and then the female comes out And they start yelling and having a go at us. Dreadful staff Dreadful behaviour
