Disappointed, I really like taco bell but the staff there is not paying attention. Everywhere there it says to order at the kiosk, which i did as usual. There was a promo, so I ordered and went to the till. The skinny lady is joking and ignoring me (and the others waiting in line) but discussing with someone who is sat by their work station. The other lady came after 3/4 mins of realising. Then she's telling me she cannot scan my qr code. Her machine won't do, she turns back and leave me stranded. I had ordered eat in but they gave me a takeaway bag even if their colleague (guy) just cleaned the table.... I sit and the skinny lady (after her friend left) is asking if the other customers want sauce but she did not ask me. Idk, I like taco bell and it's somewhere I go for a little treat, its a bit pricier than other fast food but this is very much a bad experience and I probably won't come back to this store. There was a couple who also was given bags and were sat, they left after 3 mins, probably not comfortable eating out of a bag when you came to eat in calmly...

This is hands down the worst restaurant ever. I ordered around 7:30 pm, and by 10:00 pm my food was still nowhere to be seen. When I called, the man on the phone said there was no driver. Seriously? If you have no driver, then don’t accept the damn order! I wasted over two and a half hours waiting for nothing. The man who answered the phone had the worst attitude imaginable — rude, arrogant, and completely unapologetic. Not even a single word of sorry, just excuses and blame-shifting like it was my fault they couldn’t do their job. This place is a total disgrace — unprofessional, irresponsible, and absolutely pathetic. They clearly don’t care about customers at all. It’s pure trash service from start to finish. If I could give minus 100 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. They don’t deserve your time, your money, or even your attention.

I’m not sure why there is so much hate at Taco Bell in Wimbledon. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, even giving us extra sauce, which we really appreciated. The tacos and burritos were super cheesy, packed with flavor, and not greasy at all — just perfect. Plus, the place was clean and really comfortable to eat in. The best part? We got all of this for just £19! Delicious, affordable, and great service!

I didn't have very high expectations, but I never knew it will be this bad... Where is the meat? Where is the chicken? We literally had Lettuce and tortilla bread for dinner. This is completely unacceptable. It doesn't cost that much to put normal amount of meat in there, you guys are so stingy. The flavour came from the lettuce, no meat flavour coming through at all. What a waste of money. The only thing we liked were nachos with cheese. Yet, even the cheese filled only half of the teeny container it came in. I've uploaded pictures. The beef you see is all there was. I'm not kidding or exaggerating at all.

Bad customer service. Closing 30 mins before the actual time. It says closing at 11pm but the night manager says we cannot eat in at 10.20pm... someone upper should come and check this store. They're lazy and disrespectful. Then they proceed to give us cold fries from the afternoon. Upper management needs to step in...
