Good place to fuel your hunger for snacks. Can be improved atmosphere, food and service. Overall ok

Never had any issues with food customisation, the staff are super friendly and the prices are fair in comparison to a lot of fast food places. My only issue is their self order machines do not provide receipts and never have, and one of their machines does not give you an option to scan their app to gain points so you have to then ask for a receipt to be able to gain your loyalty points (which most people won't know).

Food was decent service was fast and friendly.Cant expect much of an atmosphere for this kind of franchise

Disappointed, I really like taco bell but the staff there is not paying attention. Everywhere there it says to order at the kiosk, which i did as usual. There was a promo, so I ordered and went to the till. The skinny lady is joking and ignoring me (and the others waiting in line) but discussing with someone who is sat by their work station. The other lady came after 3/4 mins of realising. Then she's telling me she cannot scan my qr code. Her machine won't do, she turns back and leave me stranded. I had ordered eat in but they gave me a takeaway bag even if their colleague (guy) just cleaned the table.... I sit and the skinny lady (after her friend left) is asking if the other customers want sauce but she did not ask me. Idk, I like taco bell and it's somewhere I go for a little treat, its a bit pricier than other fast food but this is very much a bad experience and I probably won't come back to this store. There was a couple who also was given bags and were sat, they left after 3 mins, probably not comfortable eating out of a bag when you came to eat in calmly...

One of the worst taco bells I've been to! Two men 'working' in the kitchen/till area who were just standing and chatting for the most part. Ordered a crunchy taco and it came in broken pieces, also ordered a crunchy wrap (hexagon shaped) and got a regular burrito with the wrong meat in it. Also ordered a burrito with extra beef and some added guacamole, for it to come out the same size as a regular burrito and the guacamole was a small lump at the end of the burrito. Only one of the two order screens were working and when a child asked for help they said just to wait for the other screen rather than help him at the actual till area. Considering the restaurant was pretty much empty, to get an order so wrong is just crazy to me.
