I'm torn about my recent visit to Indi Go in Westfield. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, expecting a flavorful explosion, but what I got was... yellow rice with lamb. And I mean, it was just that. No aroma, no spices, no depth of flavor. It was like they'd taken all the flavor out of the dish and left me with a plate of bland, uninspiring food. Maybe I just had a bad day, but considering the price point, I'd expect a bit more. If they sorted out the kitchen, Indi Go could be a solid option.

I ordered the mix grill / mix platter. My experience has been terrible. The lamb chop was fine, the tikka was cold and tasted re-heated. The rice was cooked terrible & was hard, it tasted like re-heated multiple times. The Kebab was awfully prepared, it was cold. Overall: the worst India food I have even had in London, Stratford area. Not recommended at all !!

Chicken and lamb biryani very tasty and spicy. Side raitha too sweet (no need for added sugar). Went on a Friday afternoon so not as busy which probably helped. Food tasted fresh, no complaints.

Had the wrap platter today and the food was totally saltless & not properly warm. When I told that inside wrap is totally saltless the guy(thinner) one didn’t attend my queries properly. One the side chips was there. Those were not fresh+ over fried & full of spice. After having the food had stomach pain. The lady on the till was laughing with her colleagues and attention for the customer was 0. I had worst food in the westfield today for the first time in last 5 years. In this restaurant this the first time & last time forever for me. People comes in shopping center doesn’t means they are bound to come in your shop. Try to give proper customer service & attention otherwise very soon your business will be disappear from there. Total waste of money👇

Today I walked past this restaurant and saw a man standing on the tables wearing only socks. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen in 2025. It’s extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the restaurant and its staff. I felt embarrassed just seeing it. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to improve their standards.
