I don’t understand the bad reviews. I've ordered multiple times from these guys and i have never had an issue with my food. It's always been hot and delicious. The hungry cow burger, butter milk burger and all the loaded fries are my recommendations. All halal.

this guy was on phone constantly while making the order he took 10 min to pack one delivery while food was ready already, customer will be rude on drivers while this kind of staff is responsible for delivery delays

My very recent visit. 02/06/2024 The double smash burger patty was soggy. Most likely it was cooked before. it wasn’t testy as last time. Customer service was 5/5

That is the second time they take order but 1 get free I’ve paid twice and then they send only the items I’ve bought but not including the free items.

This is how they give your food, wet , cold , soggy like a football match in stoke! Can never ever order from this establishment, called them to complain only for them to say order again now we will add freebies ? Honestly ? And then he hung up on me.
