It looks like carribean food but that’s as far as it goes. The two stars are because the plantain was decent but let’s be honest if you can’t fry plain rain the world has gone crazy. Curry goat was too salty and full of bones. Festival was too oily and not fresh. It’s a nice spot but I am guessing change of ownership and kitchen because the food was poor.

The food was really enjoyable and was great value for the money spent. I enjoyed my meal but my company was not fond of the rice. The rum cocktail was a standout as it really caught us by surprise with how good/strong it was. The atmosphere was pretty loud, as you’d expect from a place like this, but it added to the vibe. Definitely enjoyed the visit and would go again if I’m in the area.

First time eating jerk chicken, really underwhelming flavour, to the point where I don’t think I’ll bother getting jerk again. It was juicy though and came off the bon easy. SO many little bones, not much chicken. Plantain was lovely.
