I didn't know that taco bell could be messed up but somehow they did it. The kiosks were out of order and the place was filthy. Our order was wrong, my crunchwrap came with tomatoes after I requested they be removed, and all of our orders came lacking in sauce and they were wrapped very poorly (falling apart!) Put the Nacho's in the bag and tear down the store. 🙏

I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order, even though no one else was in the shop at first. The staff were busy with online orders, which caused delays. As time went on, the shop became overcrowded, making the experience even more frustrating. Tables weren’t clean either. I recommend hiring more staff and improving cleanliness to better handle both online and in-store customers.

I visited Taco Bell today while visiting London, and at first everything seemed fine , the restaurant looked clean and the food was nice overall. However, when I went to use the toilet, the hygiene standards were far below acceptable. It was so dirty that I couldn’t even use it. I went to speak with the manager and asked if he was indeed the manager. He said yes, but offered nothing more. I stood right next to him trying to speak with him, but he barely acknowledged me. I’m not sure if he was avoiding a customer or just extremely focused on his laptop, but I called him at least three times before he reacted. When I finally told him the toilet was absolutely disgusting, he simply asked “which toilet?” and didn’t say anything else, no apology, no concern. A lady next to him ended up asking a staff member to clean it, while the manager just carried on with what he was doing. Even though this isn’t a fancy restaurant, basic hygiene and customer care should still be priorities. It’s unacceptable for customers to face such situations, especially when it comes to cleanliness, and even worse when the manager shows no interest at all in addressing the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Idk what everyone’s complaining about. This is always one of my first stops in London- halal Taco Bell. As someone who lives across the pond, I can’t eat things like the chicken quesadilla or the crunch wrap supreme due to them not being halal, but I always have a field day and enjoy them at this location.

I ordered an XL fries box expecting a generous portion, but what I received was barely half of what I’d normally get from a regular-sized box. I feel completely ripped off and it’s frustrating to spend £3 and walk away still hungry. If I wanted a tiny portion, I would’ve just ordered a regular one and saved my money. It’s disappointing when customers are misled like this. I don’t appreciate being short-changed, and I hope this is addressed so others don’t experience the same.
