The day before yesterday, my friend and I ate our meal on the second floor here. I noticed that the gentleman in charge of cleaning on the second floor kept the entire small space very clean and tidy, and he promptly provided us with napkins. This is the most comfortable KFC I've ever experienced.

First I ordered the wings meal and Mighty Bucket For one food was good 👍 Chip was very low quality tasty was just OK but the table was so dirty and the service was very slow even 4 stuff on the floor seem all staff looking for something. Need to improve stuff training.

Not sure why there are quite a few negative reviews. I come here every week and it’s always hot and fresh. Hard working team and great atmosphere with lots of Londoners looking to get a dinner after work.

A complete disaster at KFC Liverpool Street. Order 8082. 2nd Nov 2025 Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. I ordered two £5 meals on the self-service machine, and guess what? No receipt came out. I went to the counter to ask if they could print it — the guy just said “no”, straight to my face. Then he had the nerve to ask me to leave a 5-star review. Seriously? For what exactly? The order took ages to prepare, the fries were cold, and to top it all off, the girl deleted my order from the screen just to make her performance stats look better. Absolutely unacceptable. No respect for customers, no organisation, no professionalism. KFC Liverpool Street — a total joke, but not a funny one. 👎

Got a chicken hair in the chicken…. And a tinny black hair in the chips.. And the service is literally worst… No attention… Usually I will be here once in a two days for either lunch or dinner… But unfortunately I found this It’s chicken hair and it’s very big it’s not like it’s invisible I don’t know how they are working without even seeing..
