I would put 0 stars! I walked into this KFC and was ignored for over two minutes while the staff was busy chatting behind the counter. When one of them finally came over, they coldly told me to use the self-service kiosk without offering any help. Honestly, picking up an order doesn’t take that long, so I don’t understand why they were complaining when it’s literally their job. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service. I hope management takes note and improves employee training in customer service and manners.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I found a bug in my food, went to the store the next day as I was working till late the same day. When I went to the store, I showed them the picture and requested a refund, the “manager” said he’s not able to give me refund and asked for my receipt. I ordered from the self service machine, which did not provide me a receipt. I showed the “manager”the payment from Apple Pay, which he did not expect. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and just told me to contact customer service, I called and they said their line was closed when I asked him for another number he said just check online. Extremely unhelpful and rude!!

Good service and tasty food love the restaurant I bought regularly staff are very polite and overall good experience

Ordered colonel's meal (2 chicken thighs) and got a bony pice of chicken plus a chicken wing. Politely asked to the staff that something was wrong with my order and she says that everything Is fine, say wing is a part of the chicken and there's nothing she can do about. Asked to swap the wing for what I ordered and refuse to do, then ask for my money back and refused again. Is really disappointed
