KFC Acton Vale - Uxbridge Road

Just the right place for a break after shopping around.  KFC is well known for its fast food as always so I took my break. The snack bundle and a Pepsi cola was awesome and the chicken pops was very tasty too.Enjoyed it as they say it’s finger lickin good.

Ordered 10 piece bucket meal in store (takeaway). The 2 bite size chicken pieces pictured count as 1 piece each (unbelievable). The family said they look refried as the colour was considerably darker than normal and compared to the other proper size pieces. At a time when eating out is getting pricier with price increases from every direction, it is more important for the consumer to get value for money. This might aswell have been an 8 piece bucket meal, also what's with the Christmas edition bucket design in the middle of February? Highly unprofessional for a franchise branch that represents a Global company. I usually don't have issues with this branch, but had to highlight those 2 small bite size pieces

Shocking really. Could have ordered from anywhere on this Wednesday night, can't have been busy & ordered a tower fillet meal but recieved whatever this was with no hashbrown. 9 quid for meal? This is not on.

Ordered a boneless meal for one.
Also ordered a flaming wrap.
They forgot to give me the side for the meal. The wrap was dry. The place looked under staffed and too busy. They didn't have enough staff to be efficient. Food was OK but definitely could have been way better considering the name kfc.

Awful shop. Poor customer service and worst of all, found a hair in my zinger burger.  😡. Definitely don’t recommend

HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.
