The toilet was disgusting, brown material in the floor and on the door that looked like faeces. The toilet is so small you can barely get inside. The smell of urine comes from upstairs before you even go down the stairs to the toilet. There was faeces on the toilet. I would never recommend it to anyone, there’s better places where you can eat and with better staff and customer service where you don’t have to hold your nose on your way to bathroom.

I hardly never write a negative review but this was BAD. Worst fast food restaurant experience ever. The toilet was an absolute nightmare. From the moment you walk down the stairs the smell hits you. The floor is wet and sticky of urine. The women's toilet door doesn't close, the toilet seat was wet and yellow (!), the toilet paper roll was on the floor, and the toilet doesn't flush. You can't help your child to the toilet cause there's no room. I could barely fit my own 50kg body through the door. I don't know if there's something wrong with the food but I had a fishy taste in my mouth I couldn't get ride of until I got home to my toothbrush just now. If the same people that clean the toilet also make the food I'm lucky if I don't get sick. Also, I ordered the kids menu for my child. I suggest they rename it to "toddlers menu".

Such a waste! Terrible experience! Sorry for writing in such a negative manner. I understand, you guys are working very hard but as a customer we deserve at least something bare minimum. Too much oily. Literally too much! Either these wings were pre cooked or your oil is over burnt. Chicken tastes nothing but blunt. Few wings were cold. Wings skin tasted quite rubbery. Not freshly cooked for sure. Wings had filaments. I know your wings are delivered frozen in packets. When you mix the flour coatings, at least try to remove big filaments guys! Come on! Please 🙏🏻 Your branch is the worst KFC I ever tried. I love KFC hot wings. That's my favourite on the go. But I will probably never come back to your branch anymore. Toilet was dirty as hell! Urine or water was everywhere on the floor. Stinks horrible! Shortage of staff maybe? Or just don't care since it's public one? Please do tale care of some hygiene notes mate! Sorry! But you guys must try to do things better! I do not recommend this branch to eat unless they care about customers and improve their hygiene.

I visited this restaurant today with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The toilets were in terrible condition — the stairs leading down were very slippery and dirty, which felt unsafe. Inside, there was no water or toilet paper available, which was unacceptable for a family restaurant. In addition, the food quality did not meet expectations. The meals were overly spicy, and the chips tasted old and had an unpleasant, fishy flavour. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better hygiene, maintenance, and food quality at this branch in the future.
