I had an amazing experience visiting kfc baker street today. Food quality and food safety were maintained very well. And staff carried friendly environment. Over all worth it.

Awful customer service today 5th June 2025, do you teach your staff how to say please and thank you? Why are staff not speaking English to each other? The food was very average not great tasting. But more importantly your staff are awful get them lessons on customer service ASAP.

Ordered via Uber eats, stale food. Delivery was on time so can’t put the blame on the delivery driver. Food was not fresh clearly left in the display heater for too long especially the wings. Horrible food and service. Tried calling them no one to answer the phone either.

Brilliant service with smile , always very polite and helpful, nothing is a problem . Very clean place , food is always fresh . Thanks guys

Disappointed by the service. First i asked the guy to clean the table to which he replied i have already done and when i showed him the food crumbles on the table then he started cleaning. The guy name was chirag. Then he missed our wrap. He was standing abit away and when i waved at him he started giving sign signals that whats the issue? I dont think this kind of service is appreciated anywhere. And in the end when he came up with our 'missed wrap' he simply just throwed it onto the table ruining our dip and without even realising he just walked away.Avoid Eat Ins at this branch. Really unprofessional service. Not expected from KFC.
