Ordered via Uber eats, stale food. Delivery was on time so can’t put the blame on the delivery driver. Food was not fresh clearly left in the display heater for too long especially the wings. Horrible food and service. Tried calling them no one to answer the phone either.

Their fries are really really good and the food comes piping hot but I’m deducting points because I ordered 10 hot wings and was only able to eat about 5 cuz they were really bloody and not cleaned properly. But everything else was good👍 the restaurant wasn’t too noisy and service was a tad slow but that’s just because the food is hot and fresh so it’s worth the wait

Jinesh, the service is terrible, including the manager. When the sauce runs out, there is no sauce to replace it for the customer. The problem is not with the customer, but it seems like the employees are trying to sell sauce even though it is out. Terrible.

Awful customer service today 5th June 2025, do you teach your staff how to say please and thank you? Why are staff not speaking English to each other? The food was very average not great tasting. But more importantly your staff are awful get them lessons on customer service ASAP.

Brilliant service with smile , always very polite and helpful, nothing is a problem . Very clean place , food is always fresh . Thanks guys
