I had an amazing experience today at KFC in Kings Cross. It was the best meal I’ve had! I’ve tried chicken items at other locations they were not so good, but today at Kings cross KFC the taste was exceptional and the chicken was cooked perfectly and the service was also good. I'm loving it, and I hope they maintain this quality!

I was at this branch, and honestly, I did not have the best of service and neither the best of products. The chicken that day was salty. The staff didn't give much attention I had to practically be begging for condiments. The dinning were not well cleaned. I didn't have value for money one bit. I had expected KFC to do better but none. The lobby area weren't well taken care of.

Update: I have tried submitting the feedback form 3 times across 3 days and it just hangs at the submit button. What’s the point of directing customers to a form if the form won’t allow submission? I ordered 60pounds worth of food and the transaction went through but the staff insisted the item order failed even though my credit card has recorded a successful transaction and they were able to see our order number. They claimed that the transaction would be cancelled after 24/48 hours and refused to process a void transaction nor give us our food until we paid a second time. So, trusting the KFC brand, we did a second transaction. Unfortunately, seems like its a scam they use on tourists. I am going to make my way back to london and let’s see if KFC can make it right.

I had a terrible experience with this shop! I accidentally ordered to my workplace address last night, and as soon as I realized my mistake, I canceled my order within just five seconds. However, they still kept my money, claiming that they had already started preparing my order, which is not possible in that short time. Both Uber Eats and this shop are awful, and I will never order from them again! I've even deleted the app from my phone. Absolutely no orders from here!
