Small looking form outside corner branch. Inside it's very tiny with few tables. It looks quite clean. Unfortunately the food it is not what Colonel promised, fries were of texture of noodles, chicken however was pipping hot but soggy, chewy and not crispy at all. This is not what suppose to be served in KFC

The staff was incredibly rude and failed to deliver our food on time. When we requested a refund, they continued to be disrespectful. It's clear they are severely understaffed, with only two employees handling a large crowd. Furthermore, they were using visibly dirty oil, and when we raised concerns, they claimed that the filter was not working. This situation is unacceptable.

The situation is very bad, I'm sorry, I tried this several times, it's still the same, I ordered a burger box, and they gave me a burger and a chicken 🍟, they didn't give me chicken, please work more honestly

The chicken burger I received was OVERCOOKED so much it was dark brown and so hard to bite through. It shouldn’t be hard to bite through a burger. While I ordered late, it is a clear quality issue from the staff allowing a burger like that to go out. I would rather wait a few more minutes than be given an overcooked burger. Also they close the eating in area one hour early.
