Small looking form outside corner branch. Inside it's very tiny with few tables. It looks quite clean. Unfortunately the food it is not what Colonel promised, fries were of texture of noodles, chicken however was pipping hot but soggy, chewy and not crispy at all. This is not what suppose to be served in KFC

Food quality was very low, chicken was hard difficult to eat ,) fillet and piece of chicken ), I ask ketchup or mayonnaise they said finished And curry sauce was cold , disappointed..

The staff was incredibly rude and failed to deliver our food on time. When we requested a refund, they continued to be disrespectful. It's clear they are severely understaffed, with only two employees handling a large crowd. Furthermore, they were using visibly dirty oil, and when we raised concerns, they claimed that the filter was not working. This situation is unacceptable.

Maryam Rajesh were extremely professional and freindly very informative told me about new items. Excellent service give them a pay rise

The toilets were absolutely diabolically filthy! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a VERY long time! The sink was so dirty I didn’t even want to wash my hands in it covered in grey, grimy filth! CLEAN YOUR TOILETS! If the hygiene in the toilet is that bad what is the kitchen like? The seating area was also a mess! Wanted a bottle of water with my meal which was sold out 🙄
