Absolutely disgusting service by Harika. I went to the drive thru an hour before they close when I stopped at the window- she screamed “ONLY WINGS AND CHICKEN” to which I asked oh you only have certain items at this time? I’m assuming they were cleaning up and trying to get out quickly. So my guests didn’t get food as they wanted burgers. When I got to the till she was so rude, not a single thankyou or please. I was shocked to see who they have working and how negatively shes portraying this branch. 7 years I’ve never had this issue at Lea Bridge rd. management your staffs attitude out it’s not a good look for such a big brand.

Drive thru, whoever taking orders firstly, listen properly what customer is asking, almost all staff working they just rushing they don’t listen, secondly, when giving the food, the staff keep Rushing or they make faces that they are tired, and always something missing in the order. Now I have a habit when I get the order i opened and check, when I do that they get annoyed, so something was again missing. If not then drink missing then when came back they asked for receipt which normally I pay through Apple Pay and it’s annoying and it seems like customer are liars. Manager needs to train their staff to stop rushing and not to make customers uncomfortable.

I had a great experience at KFC on Lea Bridge Road today. Khan was incredibly friendly, polite, and provided excellent service from start to finish. He made sure my order was perfect and served everything fresh and hot with a smile. It’s always nice to be treated with such professionalism and kindness. Food was hot and delicious. I noticed during my visit last week that a driver came to collect food without a delivery bag, The staff on duty did not give it to him, he said, this is against their rules, because this way there is a chance of the food getting cold. Then that driver gave a thread, he will give bad Google reviews to all the drivers he knows. It was a very bad incident, that day.

I have order 2 time box meal. But one box the only got 1 pc chicken wing.(should have 2 ) And without the tissue and sauce Amazing it is happens on the kfc
