Food was hot and delicious. I noticed during my visit last week that a driver came to collect food without a delivery bag, The staff on duty did not give it to him, he said, this is against their rules, because this way there is a chance of the food getting cold. Then that driver gave a thread, he will give bad Google reviews to all the drivers he knows. It was a very bad incident, that day.

I have order 2 time box meal. But one box the only got 1 pc chicken wing.(should have 2 ) And without the tissue and sauce Amazing it is happens on the kfc

11/10/2025. 10:58am I went to the till to order via the app and was told to order from the kiosk and someone helped me do that. I then went to the till to pay for my order and then I realised they did not ask me for my drink or flavour. I then told them the flavour and drink that I wanted and was told by Harika “ this is not McDonald’s you’re meant to tell us your drink and flavour options” she then proceeded to give me dirty looks and talk with a lot of attitude. I then told her this is a customer service job and I’m not here to argue just to tell you the flavour of my wrap she then continued to argue with me and I told her that this is a customer service job you don’t need to be rude she then put my order to the side and she started packing another order And then told someone else to hand me my order after she’s done that. Ahmad, came to me after he saw the commotion and de-escalated the situation. I would like to be contacted by the general manager to sort out this situation, if not, I will contact the area manager and HR.

Lovely to have this kfc in Leyton retail park as you can just pop if your hungry from shopping. Fast service but can be very busy. Food is always great at kfc.

The worst KFC around the locals. Firstly there were four drinks missing, I drove back in icy weather to get our drink. Secondly I requested for bottle robinson as my wife would put in children’s pack lunch, however I was been told only cup of fruit shoot available. The reason why so annoying is my wife has the same meal last nigh, she was confirmed bottle or cup of drink. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC. Awful service!!!
