incomplete orders, cold food, poor food quality, After long time we try again but same bad experience…. Burger cold harder flit is too old and also no proper serve like no mayonnaise or lettuce I don’t understand we are paying money for good food why this people ignored us anyway no more KFC

Went to seven kings KFC this evening. When I open my food from the bag I was shocked. The chicken it’s looks like I brought from a normal chicken shop. The Chicken wasn’t crispy. Food Quality 0/10. 😔 I visited 50+ KFC store and never had this kind of food quality. 🙏 When I came to give a review, I was shocked. There are so many bad review for seven kings KFC. My bad to went this store. I know it will not going to change, but for other customers who loves KFC they will avoid untill they are not making Change their quality. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

very poor quality food wings are smaller than finger less than half back of chips. The chicken is very dry and gravy is very old the very bad quality food and wings got a feather on them.

Worst experience, its 2nd time , I bought something from here, it’s taste like home made chicken , soggy , the chicken was smelly, the fries were also soggy every thing need be crispy but taste something different, extra salty, I complained about the chicken , their reply was it depends on the cook , what? Need to be take serious consideration about the store . I don’t recommend anyone to visit the store, you can spend money on any other local store that will be cheap

The wings were not well cooked There was smell of chicken We talked to manager and he didnt listen to us properly He said there is no smell Our wings are always like this Check the pictures Thanks
