Food was okay but fry portion was too small. Food was little warm. Expected to be much more hot. The food was not fresh as well. We ordered Dirty Louisiana , 1 bucket of 10 wings and loaded fries. It was busy but the tables were dirty and there was no attendant or stuff to clean them. There was only one disable toilet but that was also out of order. The manager was rude to the customers . Overall , I would not recommend anyone to go there . Try to avoid KFC Illford

Extremely disappointed with my recent KFC Ilford order on 10/06/2025 — the chicken was dry, bland, had a bad smell, and lacked the usual KFC flavour. As a long-time customer, I expected much better quality. This was the worst meal I’ve had from this brand. Not recommended.

I visited this store to ask a few info but the experience was very disappointing. When we approached the counter, the restaurant manager abdur was on a phone call on the floor and didn’t acknowledge us at all—not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.” We waited, expecting at least some basic courtesy, but he continued his call without offering any help or even making eye contact.when we are trying to ask him to call the team lead or manager then he responded im the manager wait for 2 minutes in a very rude way ,He suddenly went back to talk with some other guy who came from outside . Then he returned back saying yes what do you want? He’s to arrogant ,even he being in a manager position not able to give response . It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since we were there genuinely trying to get information. Customer service is a big part of any business, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and professionalism moving forward. Thank you
