Food was okay but fry portion was too small. Food was little warm. Expected to be much more hot. The food was not fresh as well. We ordered Dirty Louisiana , 1 bucket of 10 wings and loaded fries. It was busy but the tables were dirty and there was no attendant or stuff to clean them. There was only one disable toilet but that was also out of order. The manager was rude to the customers . Overall , I would not recommend anyone to go there . Try to avoid KFC Illford

Extremely disappointed with my recent KFC Ilford order on 10/06/2025 — the chicken was dry, bland, had a bad smell, and lacked the usual KFC flavour. As a long-time customer, I expected much better quality. This was the worst meal I’ve had from this brand. Not recommended.

They playing Hindi songs so loudly. All tables are nasty & they can’t cleaned cause of break. So dissatisfied & disappointed very first time in London ilford branch. There’s no tissue in toilet & flash isn’t working. So annoying environment. They served food cold

I am a local person, regularly buying foods from this shop. This KFC Manager Abdur Rahman refused me to use Toilet today. He said "You have to buy anything first then can use it" I requested to allow me to use for emergency, after that I will buy something, but he did denied very rude and unprofessional way. When I bought some foods after that he still taken so much time for open it. I never seen any manager like him. He is arrogant person.
