I visited KFC recently and was disappointed to find that they had no ketchup or mayonnaise available. I asked the staff, and they told me they had completely run out. Sauces are a basic part of the meal experience, and it really affected the enjoyment of the food. I hope they improve their stock management so this doesn’t happen again.

Worst eating experience! We usually pop in and the manager (guy) is super nice and service is on point. Today this lady, the (team leader) was so rude after being served poorly for a mega box. She instead to argue with us about fries quantity instead of solving the issue professionally and politely. Do not promote her to management! Worst skills peoples skills ever !

probably my worst experience i had as a regular, i got myself a take out after i got home straight away the quality of the meat was off it was completely dry and im sure they suppose to disposed of these meat and make fresh one to serve, the rest what you see on the photo had to be thrown away…

Worst experience in KFC!! I spent more than 10£ and in return i got wrost chicken which smell so raw and feels so uncooked, waste of money.

I know the place is always busy but the hygiene is zero on the outside, so I can only imagine how it is at the back where we can't see. Staff are also timid, unhelpful with no customer care experience at all. My review is based on my 3rd visit to make sure it wasn't based on a short term lack of what I mentioned, but its safe to say that I'll never set foot in there ever again.
