Sha was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured every detail of the dining experience was perfect. The food itself was outstanding — beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Each dish was cooked to perfection, clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Timing was excellent, and everything arrived exactly as requested. What truly set this experience apart was Sha’s exceptional customer service. Friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, Sha went above and beyond to make sure everything was enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and polished, and Sha delivered exactly that. Pretty good burger, can't say it wasn't tasty but as mentioned about other branch, they use too much sauce for my liking. Meat has quality, I like all ingredients, they feel fresh. Service was quite cold I'd say, maybe it wasn't his day. Also place could use some cleaning, specially in exit area. It's visible. Sitting options inside.

Love this place - it's now my go to place if I've been working late and don't want to cook. The burgers are great, and the waffle fries are a must-try; the best around. Service is always very friendly and helpful. The eating area is very bright and rather loud, definitely not a place for a romantic evening.

Stumbled into Smacks at 1am after a Christmas party and was shocked at how great it was. Double the price of a McDonalds but a million times better. Had a smackdown meal and burger was really juicy with great sauces / toppings. Also lovely vibes in the place! As I waited for food, the bloke next to me had ordered too much so gave me a ginormous spicy chicken tender. Also phenomenal. Will return again, sober.

Sha has been absolutely brilliant! Outstanding customer service, amazing food, and all-round great service every time. I happily travel a good 30 minutes just to eat here — it’s that good! 100% recommended.
