We were seated right away and wait time for food is less than 10 minutes. Most importantly, the food tastes amazing, and portions are just enough to be enjoyed and be satiated. Will definitely order everything we had today again.

Exceptional Dining Experience at Busaba Kingston Riverside. Had an amazing experience at Busaba Kingston Riverside. The staff were incredibly welcoming and created such a warm atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. What stood out the most was how friendly and patient the staff were especially Sandra and Jaspreet, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. They were so accommodating with our little ones, even when there was a bit of a mess around the table. A special mention to the team for arranging a beautifully plated anniversary surprise dessert for my friend’s wife, it was a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more special. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic, perfect for family outings or special occasions. Excellent customer service, delicious food, and a great vibe highly recommended.

I would happily go back. Lunch was good for the price. Service was good but, as others mentioned, it can be slow: we managed to get our food quickly, but had to wait a while to be noticed and ask for the bill (the restaurant wasn't too busy).

Celebrated my birthday with friends here at Busaba Restaurant in Kingston Riverside and had a wonderful time! Good service from friendly staff. The lovely chef lady even surprised us with a complimentary brownie dessert - a lovely touch! Warm hospitality from the manager and delicious food. Highly recommend
