Visited Busaba Westfield for the first time for a Sunday lunch, and we had a nice time. It was my friend’s birthday, and they had a birthday special, so we got a couple of glasses of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant is very spacious, and we sat in the enclosed garden, which had a nice atmosphere, though it was quite hot. Despite being busy, the service was relatively quick. However, the waiter could have been a bit friendlier. The food was good—I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and we shared the Som Tam salad. We asked for it to be less spicy, but it was still quite spicy for our taste. Portion sizes could have been a bit bigger, but the prices are reasonable for the area. Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and a lively atmosphere!

This place is pretty great! The service and atmosphere especially - thanks to Rahul for being our waiter. The food was good too, and was very tasty, however there are some other places with better, cheaper and bigger portioned food, so I can't give it 5/5

The tom yam taste ok but its not placed on a metal bowl like an authentic thai resto would do and their sticky rice isnt that bad but it does not look like a mango sticky rice preparation and the mango wasnt sweet

So much potential, but fails on some of easy wins.... This was our 2nd visit in 1 month and after a underwhelming 1st visit we went back hoping for a better experience as memories from a number of years ago are very different. For completeness we were a group of 4 adults and 4 children (aged 7 to 9) Arrived at 2.00pm and restaurant was not that busy. Yet after waiting 5 minutes, had to flag someone down to seat us (despite a number of staff looking over to see us waiting). This really set the narrative for the service for pretty much the rest of the afternoon. Server lacked attentivness, and with a number of requests he seemed to forget them and went to do something else. - ordered kids food and asked to order adults food at the same time. Took kids order and walked off off - had to call someone else 10 min later to order adults food - asked for several extras during service (soy sauce, cutlery, side plates). All seem to get forgotten - Edamame served but no side plate for the outer shells - meat based main dishes had 4 small mouthfuls of meat in them - really poor for a £16 main. The food is actually tasty and this is the frustration. - Someone else's food turned up on our table, then some commotion between the staff as they tried to figure out whose it was - had to chase a couple of items we ordered as they seemed to have got forgotten about There was another member of the team (maybe a supervisor / manager) who was much more responsive - if only they were all like that. The setting inside the restaurant is nice, and had it not been for the chaotic service experience I would have given 4 stars for atmosphere There was an offer where kids do eat for free with every kids main ordered. Kids portion sizes were actually pretty good.
