Took my teenage niece here for lunch and we both loved it. It was Sunday lunch time so plenty of tables free. You scan in the QR code and order and pay via your mobile phones. But if you have any issues with mobile ordering the waiters are more than happy to take your order. We ordered the lobster fried combo with a soft shell crab and the prawn boiled combo with garlic sauce. The food arrived promptly. They give you disposable gloves to eat with so you don't get messy hands (like the ones you get in a pack of hair dye). So with these gloves we were ready to demolish our food. The portions look small but it was really filling. Both boiled and fried options were scrumptious. We really enjoyed the deep fried prawns; they give you the option to add more items to your order at the time of placing so we wish we had ordered extra serving of prawns as there was no option to order these as extras once you have already placed an order. So we didn't want to order the combo again just for the prawns. The mussels were good, squid to be honest were cut so thin they didn't do anything for me. Crab and lobster great. The garlic butter the boiled option comes in is divine. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back again. The price is inexpensive too. Oh and great service, very friendly staff.

The place has a nice vibe, portions were generous and the chowder was the right balance of sweet and salty. However, the seafood did not taste fresh and the garlic flavouring was very weak, almost non existent. Also it cooled down so quick and the butter congealed fast and was no longer enjoyable. Overall, I’m glad I experienced some American seafood boil, although it lacked seasoning. If I ever find my way there again, I’ll go for the Cajun flavour instead, I have a feeling it might be better.

Food was OK when you compare the fact that you're having a snow crab for less the £25 per portion amongst other seafood. Taste. Extremely salty and extremely oily. Batter looked like its burnt or overcooked. Mussels served were hard. The half lobster is smaller than your average but again consider the other stuff you were getting along with it. Restaurant. It seems to attract a not so mature type of crowd. Nothing wrong with people but wasn't giving the type of vibe I was expecting. It is a no table service type - scan your QR code and order your food. Will I visit again No. I've tried it. Ticked off the list. Did not live up to its hype. Taste and quality of food is important to me and this certainly did not tick those boxes for me. Value is good with the snow crab. But they ruined the taste.

I haven’t even received my food yet, but the service was soo terrible from one particular member of staff that i started writing this review. Before I start, i’d like to mention we were greeted by a very lovely lady, my wife commented how she has a unique welcoming voice. All the servers were great, especially Tianna, speaking to her, she told us it was her 3rd day working, and it didn’t show as she was very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. Now onto my complaint, we were looking around trying to get someones attention after looking through the menu, the lady at the front saw us looking but ignored us, she was busy on her phone. She wasn’t wearing any uniform so didn’t think anything of it. As she was at the desk, my wife asked if she worked here, she looked up from her phone annoyed, saying yes, and came over. We asked if we could swap the turkey sausage for something else, as the sausage wasn’t halal. She missed what we said as she was staring at her phone, so i asked if she could get off her phone and help us or send somebody else. Now even more visibly annoyed she said she’s not on her phone, as she she’s been put on hold. I asked again about the sausage, to which she replied what would you like to swap it with, so i asked i’m not sure what are we allowed to swap it with. She answered annoyed with whatever you want, so i said fine, swap it out for a full lobster, she now responded while rolling her eyes, no you can’t do that, you can only swap it out with prawns, mussels etc. Now i did respond agitated saying well why couldn’t you just say that when i first asked. I asked to speak to the manager at this point, to my surprise she was the manager, Maria, absolutely incompetent, and rude. Rant over, now onto the food. I got the boiled combo, there was very little crab meat, and it was salty. The fried lobster combo was better, but it wasn’t anything to rave about, funny thing is the butter chicken was lovely. Food was okay, but the service just ruined the whole experience. Tianna thanks, and good luck, you’ll need it if Maria is your management team.

Unbelievable! I love seafood but this place was beyond my expectations! I was taken here as a surprise while visiting London and believe me it does not disappoint! Firstly I'll start with the decor which was modern, funky and fresh with bright graphic work contrasting with exposed brick on the opposite side. The big glass front provides lots of light and the furniture matches beautifully and was very comfy (we were in a booth). Secondly the drinks were great, the cocktail menu was simple with only a few drinks on it (I liked this as it can get too fussy at places) but they were absolutely heavenly! I had quite possibly the best Espresso Martini I've tasted! - and ended up getting through four of them. Now the food - I can only describe it as just stunning and so flavoursome as well as beautifully presented. The portions were very good, we went for the nachos as a starter and seafood combo + softshell crab burger (very SpongeBob Squarepants! 😅) as a main and ended up being very full and very happy! It was interesting when the cutlery came out as there were implements to work with the lobster which looked like a bond villain's torture tray! and added to the experience. (There's an instructional video on how to use them if you so wish). The one let down (and it's a small one) was that there is no desert menu but that's no Biggie really as literally round the corner there are ice-cream/desert shops and the food we had just had was exceptional - compliments to the chef! Staff were very well turned out, polite and effecient and made the visit a very pleasant experience. As with most places now you order using a VR code on your table which brings up the menu. The service was fast and good. It's very well priced and great value for money in my opinion especially for London - I thought it would be extortionate but I was happily surprised at the pricing points. I can't recommend this place enough.
