Great time at Steakout compared to a few years back at the same place. Different manager and staff. Made us feel welcome and were attentive during the meal. Thank you for a great evening. Will come again.

We visited Steak Out Luton for the first time around 10:30 PM, just before their 11 PM closing time, hoping to satisfy a late-night craving as most other restaurants had already closed. Thankfully, our spontaneous choice didn’t disappoint! We ordered the hot chicken steak with a side of mushroom sauce, paired with the refreshing Zint Cola, a new fizzy drink. The food was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. While the service was a bit slow, the place had a lovely ambience that made up for it.

We often visit Steakout and it never disappoints. The customer service is always excellent and the staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. Their mocktails are refreshing and full of flavor, and the mixed grill is one of our favorites always cooked perfectly. On our recent visit, we gave some honest feedback about one of the items, and the kitchen and staff handled it incredibly well. They took it seriously, made adjustments, which shows how much they care about their customers. Overall, Steakout is a place we’ll continue to return to. Great food, amazing service, and a team that truly values customer experience.

The food was immaculate especially considering I didn’t even want to eat here but my friend told me it’s good, when I came in both the staff were friendly and had a great choose of music. Very impressed

Normally a big fan of steak out but steak out Luton has certainly let the side down! Diabolical old stale food being served! Rice looked like it was 5 days old, gravy looked like slimy and old. Very disappointed! Will not be returning to this store again.
