I've had a lot of Beef Burgers in my life so trust me when I say run don't walk to try these amazing wagyu burgers from @flipandsear in Camden.

They use proper Wagyu (a type of cow from Japan know for its rich flavour) not some half mix wagyu, they use quality meat imported from Australia.

Honestly, these burgers were something else, the flavours were unbelievable. They cost a little more than your usual but that extra is worth every penny

There's 3 beef burgers on the menu and i tried all of them

Flip & Sear Original £11 single £16 double
Blue Cheese & Caramelised Onions £13

The single has a smashed 5oz Wagyu Beef Patty, American Cheese, Grilled Onions, Leaf Lettuce & Flip Sauce in a toasted Demi-Brioche Bun.

I mainly ate the double and this might be one of the best burgers I've ever had, at £16 for a wagyu burger is actually good value, this burger would cost triple at a fancy restaurant.

I thought The blue cheese burger would might be overpowering but the flavour was subtle and worked perfectly with the onions.

They are located in the new modern and contemporary food court in Hawley Wharf, loads of seating available.

1000% recommended.

My meal was complimentary. All food is halal. No alcohol.

For my preference, I would have liked the pungent, sharp and salty flavour of the Blue Cheese to be more prominent. But I appreciate that not everyone is a Blue Cheese fan like me.

Overall, great burgers, and I can pretty much guarantee that you won't be disappointed at @flipandsear

The menu is super simple with 3 types of burgers: flip and sear original, blue cheese and caramelised onion, and falafel burger. The blue cheese could have been stronger and more pungent to really make the burger stand out but they are working on it !

Order this: Flip & Sear original with chicken salt fries. They also offer a special lunch menu of an original burger with fries for £12 🍔🍟 All meats served are halal. No alcohol present.

Let me introduce you guys a new burger joint that’s gone straight into my top 3 burgers. A joint that specialises only on Wagyu burgers. And also non of the British and Irish hybrid. It’s pure Australian Wagyu. A proper high quality beefy burgers.

The best burger here was, the blue cheese and caramelised onions one. I hate blue cheese sauce. As it normally smells like socks. This was nothing like it. It was creme sauce. Honestly the creaminess works perfectly with the burger. The beef itself is what you call proper beefy and meaty in taste and super super juicy.

The original again top quality burger. The burger sauce was like them mac sauce style but their way. Went perfectly as well with the fries. But honestly all about the quality Wagyu beef here

Falafel burger one for vegans. Probably a better tasting vegan burger I had. Lol but I wouldn’t ever order this as a meat lover lol

All in all top burgers. Top quality meats. Must try and you’ll understand. Also to enjoy the full experience make sure to order in single patties

@flipandsear is a new halal burger spot 🍔 which opened in @camdenmarketldn Hawley Wharf Market.

This family-run business transformed from home deliveries to opening their own store due to its popularity and quality food. The owners share a passion for quality burgers and have reflected this in their concise menu.

We tried the Flip & Sear Double and Blue Cheese and Caramelised Onion burgers. Both burgers were bursting with flavour.

A particular aspect we appreciated from @flipandsear is their great attention to detail. Their brioche buns are freshly sourced and do not break/become soggy - a game changer!

They also serve chicken salt fries which were crunchy and tasty.

Overall this is a quality spot to check out when visiting Camden.

Australian Wagyu Burgers by @flipandsear baby! This is a new start up by some fellow foodie followers and I love what they've come out with!

Focused menu with just a few items:

We tried the Blue cheese burger and the Flip and Sear original. The beef speaks for itself;, fatty, juicy and is the highlight as it should be. I really appreciated a different take on this demi brioche bun as opposed to the standard everyone else uses. Only thing I felt it needed was some more seasoning which is surprising as I saw them use a quite a lot anyway - I guess they are thick patties of beef so maybe a little more would help. I actually preferred the flip and sear original to the blue cheese burger both were very enjoyable regardless! Chips were tasty but leeeeetle salt more needed otherwise really enjoyed this.

Check out @flipandsear guys, not many places do Wagyu burgers justice but this is a great execution with great price point in my opinion.

Top notch wagyu beef burgers at a very reasonable price without compromising on quality, flavor and taste.

We tried two different burgers on the menu absolutely loved it. Came back again within our week long visit because we could simply not get enough. Don't bother looking for other options in th Food District. You can't go wrong with this one.

The guys running the place are courteous, friendly and deliver great service on top. Definitely recommend and we'll ne sure to visit with family and friends on our next trip to London.

I recently visited a fantastic burger place that offers 100% Australian Wagyu beef, and I highly recommend it. The quality of the meat really stood out, making for an exceptional burger experience. It's definitely worth a try!

Great experience, I will be back also to try their truffle burger. Burger was clearly v high quality beef and the skin-on fries were also seasoned very well. Good lunch deal too (£13 for the standard burger and fries).
