Great central location, stone throw from Kings Cross station. Helpful and friendly staff. Lost half a star because toilet is just by the dining area, could mess up dining experience for some. Then, could it be my taste buds? Or I’m just not used to Thai culinary? All the foods seem over seasoned… I had to change the Noodles for a different meal (which they were generous in changing) but same over seasoning sensation. This might just be perfect for someone else… but I’ve been restaurants all over the world and this is my perception here. Nonetheless, great new culinary experience, and for the customer service, helpfulness and presentation. I will recommend.

The food was decent, but the service definitely needs more attention. When we entered the restaurant, we stood by the reception area unsure whether we should wait to be seated or simply choose an available table. Several staff members walked past us multiple times without greeting us, making eye contact, or offering any guidance. It felt as though we were completely unnoticed. We eventually had to stop a staff member ourselves just to ask what the procedure was. A simple acknowledgment or a brief “someone will be with you shortly” would have made the experience far more welcoming and organised.

Kingss!! Queens!! Superheros!!! Astonishing! Such an unbelievable and Breathtaking experience I had at Rosa Thai!!! Omg I am perplexed and moved by the extraordinary performance of Poppy and Emmanuel. Both of them were incredibly lovely tonight! Especially after a really tough day at work they knew exactly the type of whisky I like and the way the recommended was fantastic. Christmas time is absolutely one of the busiest month of the year however that’s not an excuse for them since timing was perfect. Defo coming back 😍👑

Beyond impressed! The food was amazing, but what really made our night was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Thank you😻

I had high hopes for Rosa's Thai, but it was pretty average. We got green curry, tom kha, and Thai iced teas. The Thai iced teas were on the sweeter side, but good. The curry was very average and a bit small. I did not like the tom kha as it was pretty bland. We were sitting in a side table that was right in front of a desk where they stored plates, utensils, and the register. It was also a high traffic area where people kept bumping into us. I wouldn't recommend if you want authentic Thai food or a calm ambiance for dinner.
