I ordered spicy stake box & the mighty box Just look at the picture in the menu & the thing they served me ! In which world this is a stake Is it possible that the management & the chef from different planet & jn their planet this small pieces of meat called stake ! When i order the food the asked me how i want my stake to be cooked. I asked for medium well & then they served me this way over cooked, rubbery small meat pieces This people should be sued under consumer acts

Absolutely amazing! The Munch Plug on Devon’s Road has quickly become one of my favourite food spots. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the service is always fast even when they’re busy. Their menu has a great variety, and everything I’ve tried so far has been top tier — from the wings to the loaded fries. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. You can tell they put real care into what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area — you won’t be disappointed. 🔥🙌

The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — especially the MC classic burger, which had the right balance of seasoning and toppings. The fries were crispy and fresh. A special mention goes to Kesang, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed . Will visit again.

Quality food, reasonably priced as well so I can’t complain. The staff are nice especially the guy at tills called Yasin, very friendly and will have no problems with catering to any preferences you have with your order. Overall 5 stars for me

I ordered from The Munch Plug and unfortunately had a really bad experience. I got food poisoning after eating from here, and despite clearly leaving special notes about allergies, they were completely ignored. That’s a serious issue and shows a lack of care when it comes to customer safety. While the service itself was decent, it doesn’t make up for the fact that the food made me ill. On top of that, the portion sizes were tiny – I paid £10 for a “Mighty Box” and it was nowhere near worth the price. Overall, very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Food quality and safety need major improvement.
