The place was wonderful, we were very well received, and the food was good. I really liked the singer—he looked like Johnny Depp—and all the shows. We had a small problem with our coats, as it took more than 15 minutes to return them. Otherwise, we had a great evening with friends. Highly recommended for friends, families, or a romantic dinner.

Fantastic dining experience! Great service from Ayten and Asad, both were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude really made us feel valued as customers. Even though there was a short wait for a table (it does get busy, which shows how popular the place is!), the team handled everything efficiently and with a smile. Once seated, the service continued to impress; our orders were taken promptly, and Ayten and Asad checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive The food was amazing, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively. Highly recommend booking ahead for quicker seating!

Best customer service I've ever had in any restaurant. Every member of staff was incredibly polite, professional and attentive to detail. I loved the beef ribs I ordered, however my friends weren't big fans of the mixed grill they ordered.. and also the Bulgar rice was not as nice as the bulgar rice weve had in other Turkish restaurant. These are minor issues and overall everyone in my group said they would definitely come again.

Had lunch at Kibele, a cosy Turkish spot in Fitzrovia serving generous portions and genuine hospitality. Celebrated my birthday today, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. We went for the lunch menu and started with the humus, which was creamy and rich, and the crispy calamari, perfectly golden and crunchy. The izgara kofte had great flavour and spice, and the seabass was fresh and flaky. We swapped the puréed potatoes for fries, which worked perfectly. Dessert was the pistachio baklava with pistachio ice cream, nutty, sweet and a great finish to the meal. We were also given complimentary Turkish tea, Turkish delight, and even a cake with birthday candles. A special thank you to Selo, who took such great care of us throughout. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and warm service. Definitely recommend if you’re after quality Turkish food in central London.

I would have written this review the same day,no words can truly capture the customer service. Although they charge £15.50, which feels a bit on the higher side and not entirely fair, the experience made up for it. The service was excellent and so warm, the toilets were clean (though the place itself felt a little dark), and the food,what can I say? Generous portions, authentic flavours, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit for anyone who loves real, tasty food!
