I would have written this review the same day,no words can truly capture the customer service. Although they charge £15.50, which feels a bit on the higher side and not entirely fair, the experience made up for it. The service was excellent and so warm, the toilets were clean (though the place itself felt a little dark), and the food,what can I say? Generous portions, authentic flavours, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit for anyone who loves real, tasty food!

We visited Kibele restaurant the day before yesterday for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, the food tasted authentic and was really delicious. The meat platter was out of this world! Portion size generous and good value for money, something really hard to find in London these days. The staff were very polite and friendly. Our waiter Selo was exceptional, very knowledgeable, attentive, polite, friendly and looked after us very well, no ask was too big for him. The bartender was very nice, what a smile! He welcomed us exceptionally well and made us laugh. He makes delicious cocktails. We felt welcome throughout the experience and at the very end we got to meet the owner, what a nice man! The highlight was live saxophone music! Highly recommend to visit this place to anyone who likes Turkish food and to those who haven't tried it yet! Will be visiting again!

Most amazing place. The attention to detail is outstanding. The vibe is outstanding. The service is outstanding. They really took care of us. There was 5 of us and 2 of them had birthdays. They gave them 2 complimentary birthday cakes and a plate with Happy birthday written on it. They videod it too and then sent me the video. Honestly I 100000% recommend this place! 10000/10000 Jama was amazing ❤️

the food was amazing!!! would totally come back here a second time. the staff are respectful and welcoming, the environment is the perfect mix of lively and colourful and a relaxing place; and the music is calm and chill. our waiter, Ayten was amazing! she was very kind and nice. overall, a wonderful evening; highly recommend!

The food is fantastic! The meat is juicy and tender, stunning flavour! Their baklava dessert is also amazing! The food and drinks arrived quick. The highlight for me was their staff, they're extremely welcoming and they make you feel home! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and Pri made sure to give us the best experience you could ask for. I wish all restaurants had an amazing staff like her. The coffee she made was also fantastic! Overall, it was a great experience.
