Too SWEET 😑 she never even bothered to ask is we want sweet or unsweetened tea. We were 6 friends 3 of my friends don’t eat or drink sweet , once we have started to sip but it was way too sweet then a normal smooth sugary tea ☕️, when I have asked the girl at the reception she replied we don’t have unsweetened tea left for the day ok ok 🥲, we ending up leaving the full cups of tea and no one bothered to talk to us about the situation and the music was too loud to enjoy our conversation/jokes. I wouldn’t recommend but you can try yourself.

Karak Chai offers an authentic and enjoyable chai experience in a cozy setting. I tried their karak chai, and it was delicious—rich, well-spiced, and served piping hot, exactly how I like it. They also provided sweetener on the side, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a quick chai break or a casual meetup.

The food was pretty ok but not like super delicious. I tried the Karak chai, bites and the vada pav. The chai was good but not excellent as I have had better chai in other places. The vada pav was a let down..it seemed more like a burger and it did not give the feel of eating a vada pav at the streets. Needs a bit of improvement !! Overall it’s a one time visit for me and I would prefer to visit other chai places in the same area.

Awful experience with this restaurant. I ordered specifically for the Fruit Cake, only to get a call minutes later saying they didn’t have it. I told them to refund just the Fruit Cake, because they were the ones with the issue — not me. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me they “couldn’t” refund it and that if I didn’t want something else, I should cancel the entire order. I repeated clearly that I wanted them to cancel it, since the problem was on their side. I was told a senior would call me back. No one ever called. And despite the cancellation, they sent the order anyway. The driver turned up, dumped the bag on the ground, refused to take it back, and was already walking away shouting for the PIN. I only gave the code because the food had been abandoned and he wasn’t listening to anything I said. The behaviour from this restaurant was misleading, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They tried to push their mistake onto the customer, ignored a clear cancellation, and sent the food out anyway. I will never order from this place again.
