I walked into Frozen d lite expecting to try some of the flavors I saw advertised online, but none of them were available in-store. The selection was totally different. On top of that, several of the flavors looked watery and clearly needed mixing—likely a machine issue. I pointed it out to the employee, but he seemed completely unbothered and didn’t do anything about it. What’s even more frustrating is that they don’t allow sampling. So you’re basically forced to guess and hope for the best, which is really inconsiderate when you’re paying for what you want. I left disappointed and won’t be returning.

Lovely environment! Smells so good in here. The froyo was good. Toppings look very fresh. Will definitely come back.

Can't get enough of this place. So clean, fresh yogurt and always stocked. My kids love coming to enjoy a nice frozen yogurt.

went to Frozen D Lite and honestly I was really happy with it. The prices are super good, not expensive at all. The store was clean and everything looked nice and fresh. They had a full stock of ice cream with lots of flavors to pick from. I’ll definitely be going back again.

Frozen D Lite is a great spot. Prices are low and the store is fully stocked. The young employee there is really nice and helpful too. I recommend trying their mango and chocolate flavors.
