Tutku Cafe

Recently visited Tutku Cafe and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The overall quality felt quite low. The honey they served was crystallized, and the olives were especially concerning we couldn’t touch them. Their color looked off, and there were little pieces on them that made us lose our appetite.
The rest of the food was fairly average and didn’t quite live up to what we were hoping for. On top of that, the payment options were inconvenient, as they only accept cash or bank transfer.

Food was OK, ordered the big breakfasts veggie and halal versions. When the waitress provided the sauce, the bottle was covered with ants. Pictures below included. She seemed oblivious to it. Ants were everywhere on the table. Made the waitress aware. She apologised. They dont accept card but do accept bank transfer.

Amazing service as always. Food was fresh and delicious. highly recommended.  it was my friend's birthday and didn't charge us for the cake and put on a song for her.

There’s a few reasons I would rate this place low, first of all the food took 30 minutes to come which I felt was a long time for a brunch place. Secondly when the food came it wasn’t warm at all, I asked for beans (which I had ordered but didn’t arrive) from the waitress who was extremely rude. She didn’t get back to me about it and when I asked again she rudely responded that the beans are coming wait. I think this really ruined the whole brunch. The male manager here is really nice and the food is ok but the waitresses really need to work on their attitudes! Please can you guys think about the way you speak to your customers especially if they don’t deserve to be spoken rudely to.

Couldn’t fault our visit here. A cosy busy spot great for families. The atmosphere is lovely and the outdoor seating is perfect when the weathers good.
The food was also on point. Portions are massive and at amazing value. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was surprisingly very good!
Will happily come again.

Food used to be good. Owners changed some year or so ago. Didn't go back again, as my usual grilled peri burger is just not the same :(

Food was on time. The setting was clean, warm and inviting. Haseeb and his team provided extremely friendly customer service and on top of that, the food was top tier. Came all the way from Birmingham and it did not disappoint!

First visit and unfortunately won’t be returning. We seen it advertised over Instagram and looked really good but unfortunately really hyped up. Food was ok but expectations weren’t nearly as we expected. Customer serves was dreadful . Asked for particular items out of our burgers and came with it in , I don’t think I could trust this place with allergies because they don’t seem to listen to requests from their customers. As we was dinning in we waited at our table and normally your food gets brought to your table instead it was shouted out for us to collect at the till a little more customer service wouldn’t go a miss. Also food came separate chips on one plate and burger on another . The ketchup bottle clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while and put me off how clean the place is. There wasn’t even any cutlery for us to eat our food with. Whilst we was eating sounded like a fight was about to break out in the kitchen and swearing now sure what happened but doesn’t look good. Also what we ordered as a waffle definitely wasn’t what I would say is a waffle .. shame because the place looked good

The food is delicious and grilled to perfection. Most places will dry out the meat but this place was spot on with the food. The chicken steak was particularly good and recommended.

Visited yesterday evening with a friend. The place was not clean—tables were dirty, and I had to wipe ours down with napkins. I ordered the chicken steak with rice, and my friend got the Philly cheesesteak. Both dishes were disappointing: small portions and very bland flavor. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Annies Dessert Cafe

Genuinely one of the best dessert places I’ve tried. The service is excellent and the staff are really kind. The interior is beautifully aesthetic, but the standout is the food. The quality of the ingredients is obvious in every bite and the taste is unreal. The toppings were generous, making every bite consistent. The prices are also very reasonable for what you get. They deserve every bit of success

Wow! My new favourite place. Nice interior, good welcome and amazing choice of desserts. I had the ferrero rocher waffle (massive portion) half is also available and next time I might consider that. My partner had the kinder Bueno waffle and was raving about it. Definitely give this place a try you will not be disappointed.

My first time ordering from Annies and I was happy with my items ordered. I got the chocolate strawberry and marble cookie dough : fresh, perfect temperature and taste very nice. Will be back again to try other items on the menu.

The nicest crepe I've ever eaten! Generous with the portions, they fill the inside of the crepe with melted chocolate too so it isn't dry. Genuinely the best crepe I've had.
I've also had their milk cakes with various toppings, and they were also the best milk cakes I've eaten.

Never had a bad dessert from this place, and would highly recommend!

The staff are always so friendly and the service is great. Reasonable prices and pretty decor inside too.

Had an amazing experience at Annie’s Dessert Café! I came with my family and we were seriously impressed and not just by the desserts, but by the whole atmosphere. The two brothers who run the place were incredibly warm, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

We ordered two waffles, the Dubai chocolate pancakes, a cornflake tart, and a latte. Every single item was incredible. The flavours were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and the portions were generous. Honestly, everything was a solid 10/10.

It’s rare to find a place where the food and the people are equally amazing. Annie’s has that perfect mix of great quality and heartfelt service. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth or just looking for a great café experience!

Brewski Bar

Was very average I’m afraid. Especially for the price.

We had a platter that was £80 for 2 and the only good thing about it was the burger and wrap. The sausage was fine, the Wellington spring roll was ok but the cauliflower and potato dishes were worse than a super market.

The Brie and bacon burger we had didn’t taste of Brie at all and the meat was burnt around the edge, not in a nice way, but a burnt to crisp charcoal way.

We upgraded the chips to the £6.50 fancy ones and they charged £4.50 to do so from the normal chips. That’s far too much, it should be £2 to upgrade. Had we known we would have just ordered them separately anyway and kept the original chips.

Most disappointing was the lack of lamb on any dish other than the platter. When we asked if we could sub the lamb for some fried chicken, a chicken thigh or some pork they waitress said “no”, very bad service.

To top it off when we paid the bill through the app the “discretionary service charge of 12.5%” isn’t discretionary because you can’t take it off. You can only choose to not tip even more than that.

The atmosphere was nice.

Overall disappointed, basically paid £25 for a burger and chips that was ok. The platter was very sub par. Wouldn’t go back without big changes.

This is a must try to be honest.
The food is phenomenal, great selection, great prices.
Serves American style plates, and very well made if I do say so.
The staff is friendly and professional, no issues there.
Was a little loud but to be expected on a Friday night.
The cocktails selection is also very nice with some interesting choices to pick from.
Would definitely recommend to try at least once.

Food was really disappointing for the price point burger was the only decent thing there and even that was too thin you could really taste the burnt edges, the lamb taco was flavourless and dry the chips weren’t salted enough, definitely click bait looks so good online and even the presentation looks spot on but definitely not worth it we paid £92 for all of this also took us about 35 minutes to get served

Have wanted to go to brewskis for 3 years. It did not disappoint. Fantastic service and fantastic food.

The food was quick to come out. We were waiting around 15 minutes for around 6 burgers which is decent amount of time for a freshly fried burger. I got the Nashville hot which was lovely not too spicy but had a kick, also tasted the black BBQ which was nice too. Going back again tomorrow to taste the fiery passion because thats an innovative favour heard lots about it! The wings were lovely. And the fried oreos went down a treat! Deffo would go again. Lovely shop can tell they put a lot of thought into their branding and food.

The service unfortunately was rather awkward, the woman serving us seemed like she may have been more interested in going back on her phone. The food was okay, burgers look a lot bigger on Instagram, it’s worth a try for sure, it was just okay for me. Sweet chill sauce wasn’t the one. They do give an abundance of fries to make up for the slightly small burgers. If you’re looking to spend £15 on meal, which is the average in Manchester then give it a go. This is a eat in your car meal, which I don’t mind. No dine in as stated.

Got the criss cross fries, golden buffalo and honey butter burgers. Honey butter was a bit sweet for my liking but golden buffalo made up for it! Can’t wait to try the Nashville burger next time. Fries were crunchy on the outside but fluffy inside. Perfection.

What used to be a really tasty chicken burger shop has now been taken over by a different enterprise.  The quality is now lower....On par with all those other £5 pound chicken burger shops all over the city.

The food was absolutely MEGA, easily the best chicken burger I have ever had (Nashville Hot!!) The staff were fantastic and very welcoming 🙏 We also had the deep fried oreos which were insane 😍 10/10 will definitely be going again.
