Zorbas recently catered an office lunch for over 30 people, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The manager (or possibly the owner) was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process—he offered thoughtful menu suggestions, helped estimate the right quantities, and made everything feel effortless.

The food presentation was beautiful, and the quality of the dishes was outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Our entire team was impressed—everyone enjoyed the meal and had nothing but compliments.

Highly recommend Zorbas for any event—professional, delicious, and truly a pleasure to work with!

Is not a Greek restaurant!! It is a Turkish restaurant that is using Greek name for getting more customers.
Especially the pita gyros they are selling has nothing to do with the authentic Greek pita gyro. On the Greek pita gyros we do not put cabbage, lettuce, spicy peppers nor garlic sauce. They did not even put tzatziki on the pita!
Greek people also do not cook, display nor eat the rice with raisins on it.
It is nothing close to a Greek restaurant!

Stopped in the Arndale Market for some lunch. We settled on a chicken gyros from Zorbas as it’s one of our favourite cuisines.
The food was prepped in front of us, and was hot and fresh and delicious. The staff were really friendly too and we would recommend trying this option for lunch!

Not the first time I’ve been here, I’ve eaten here plenty of times.
I highly HIGHLY recommend the Chicken Pistachio, it’s amazing. The roasted Salmon is top notch. Definitely a highlight of the Arndale food market.

Had Lamb Geros  pita and chips.  Maybe I had a bad batch but yeah it was ok. Nothing special-couldn’t tell if it was chicken or lamb to he honest and was bland. Pulled out a couple of bones that got me thinking …so scared to take a big bit and land up choking.
Would I order it again-no

Wonderful place for breakfast especially if staying at the Crown Plaza, as we have several times.
Not only is the food great, the ambience and decor is charming with its plants and each table having an old fashioned glass milk bottle with cute stainless steel cups for drinking water!
It’s a popular place so today we arrived as they opened in order to get a seat. It soon filled up. This place does a lot of takeaway breakfasts also. We were served by the lovely and friendly Josh and ordered the amazing French toast along with the Turkish eggs with chorizo. Coffees were great as well.
Service is polite and efficient and we’ll be back tomorrow!

Lovely place. Was buzzing when I went in for breakfast (about 8.30 on a weekday morning) but the service was really friendly and quick. Top notch coffee and great food. Decor is cool too. 100% recommend and much better than anything you'll find at Vic station.

The food is amazing and not expensive for the insanely good quality you get. The place is quite small though and there is always a huge queue. We waited for 20 mins in the rain but were given umbrellas and a menu. The guy outside managing the queue was very nice. However, I think they should consider expanding or opening more restaurants instead of having people waiting for 30 mins every day :)

The BEST food, service and dance music- my friend and I really enjoyed the steak sandwich and eggs and ‘shrooms as well as their delicious banana bread. Honestly, don’t miss it if you’re in Manchester and yes, the queue is so worth it. Thank you Thalia for a perfect first visit- we will be back!

visited Federal Cafe Bar on Saturday morning, and it was the best way to start my day. They serve a wonderful breakfast, great coffee, and the warmest smiles.
Special thanks to all the staff – it was a real pleasure meeting Harry with his beautiful smile.
The place is super cozy. I ordered a large cappuccino and their special French toast – both were amazing.

Small mix up as our booking wasn't in their system but was resolved quickly.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Sunday roast was quite simple but perfectly seasoned, cooked and presented (desserts were really good too!) Tasted great and glad to have tried it but would be out of my budget without the discount on this occasion.

Nice, well seasoned food with a few minor shortcuts, such as frozen chips and limp lettuce. Excellent sticky toffee pudding. Aslan and Clinton provided a very friendly and efficient service. Prices a little on the high side.

Bang average.
Whilst the food was top notch and was a solid 9/10, the 2 staff that were on were clearly overwhelmed and not very experienced. Took several minutes to be seated as there were no staff on the shop floor originally with only 3 tables in.
Dirty  menus, empty salt shakers, glasses with lipstick on served and  coffee served without sugar or a teaspoon. Had  a discount voucher to use and staff tried to haggle on the discount amount trying not to honour the full amount originally which I found very strange. Music was 00s RnB which didn’t fit in for a Sunday dinner vibe. Both staff were nice but clearly inexperienced. 2 star service with 5 star prices.

The restaurant and bar are really aesthetically-pleasing. However, that's where the positives stop. Service was really slow and the food was poor. We both ordered sirloin steak and waited almost an hour for it. I asked for medium-rare and you can see how overcooked it was in the pictures.

We wanted to have a warm lunch there but unfortunately they offer only toasts at that time there. So we stayed only for coffee and cake. But the flat white wasn't strong enough and the cake was dry and hard. But good staff and a nice place to sit.

I wish I would have read the negative reviews before I got some food from here. The display board said 1 chicken kebab wrap for £4 and 2 Kebab in it for £6. So i asked this young boy over the counter to give me just 2 kebabs as I did not want the wrap and how much would that cost? He took the 2 kebabs and packed them. I said I need them warm. He warned them, now this is the third now time I have said I want to take it out.  He then put it in a container. I asked to give me a Mango Rubicon. He charges me £7.5 now when I ask him to breakdown the order he says £6 for the kebab and £1.5 for the drink. I was like, but I said I don't want the wrap or salad, how is it the same price then? He bluntly ignores and speaks to the next customer. Now I say, you got to be joking, he says "I don't know". What does that even mean?
First of all selling drinks from a multipack which clearly says not to be sold as an individual pack (yes a lot of them do but charge no more than a quid) and then charges £1.5 for a can. Overly priced food, and beyond that his attitude that too for some tasteless expensive food. A big boooo

I tried a samosa pastry from this place a few months ago, and it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered just their fries since I was starving and they weren’t as busy as the other stalls. My god—beyond disappointing again. £3.50 for a small portion of fries that were soggy and dripping with oil. It’s appalling. The owners clearly have no regard for their customers and seem driven purely by greed. Never again.

Wow, 3 stars at the point of me leaving this review? Should be 1 if I may put it bluntly. £7 meal with almost no chicken in the biryani. Rice smelled off so diverted to the very small amount of salad provided as part of the meal. I highly recommend you steer away from this place. My usual go to is Viet Shack next door but of course I have this quite often I thought I’d try its neighbours. This place? No queue which should already be telling but then again, who would have guessed they’re allowed to serve such awful food quality in Arndale when the quality isn’t anywhere near comparable to Viet Shack and only for £2 extra! Really needed to write this review to warn others, I’m likely gonna be spending my weekend with my head in the toilet 🤢

Excellent pakoras and samosas at Eat 2 Treat, located inside Manchester Arndale Market. Can’t wait to try their Biriani next. Highly recommend it for those craving Pakistani street food (chaat, samosa, pakora …)

I absolutely love this little Asian street food stall in the Manchester Arndale Food Market. I've been coming to the street food market for a couple of years now. I love the vibrant atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of the market. Eat 2 Treat is the place I go to most,  usually visiting once a week at lunch time. Great customer service, really friendly staff, and just really good street food at a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a try if you like Asian street food.

Tampopo Corn Exchange

Went for dinner with family. We were immediately accommodated well by Eve who was really delightful to us.

The food and drinks came in quickly. Kat also attended us and was amazing. The staff provided a really great service.

The Green curry really stood out along with the katsu chicken curry as well.

The prawn and squid starters were also good.

Overall a must try restaurant and highly recommended.

Staff was so friendly, especially our waitress Alyssa. She kept making sure everything is okay, and made us feel very welcomed! Food here is good. I usually get ramen, even tho its not the best in town it is still decent and warms you up on a cold weather.

I apologise my photos aren't particularly helpful for seeing what the food actually looks like. It was gone before I had chance to take a photo! 😂
Food? Incredible. This place is a haven of texture and flavour.
Staff? Incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations.
Atmosphere? Honestly this place has such a beautiful chill atmosphere. The lighting is immersive and the music is great.
Second time we've been here and we genuinely cleaned the plates as soon as they appeared.

Really friendly service here, both servers were attentive! Great choice on the menu plenty to choose from. Seating was aplenty and not cramped, I’d imagine busy later on in the evening! Korean popcorn chicken was my favourite! Buddha bowl was quite heavy but good! Good choice of mocktails and cocktails too for happy hour!

Ciao Neapolitan pizzeria is a nice cozy place to have pizza, dessert, and to get away from the rain and Cold. The calzone and pizza were fresh and tasty. The Cannolo dessert was nice as well. I would of given the place 5 stars, but the gentleman cooking the pizza was a tiny bit rude to me when I was taking pictures. I really liked the open kitchen concept and wanted to take pictures for the review but the gentleman did not like me taking the picture, which I totally understand. He just could have been nicer. Besides that, it is a nice place for pizza.

Lovely pizza place. Great pizzas, and great tiramisu.
The burrata pizzas are amazing, great toppings, great sauces, personally I would prefer the base of the pizzas to be a little crispier and more solid as it was a little floppy, but I guess that’s personal preference.
The pistachio tiramisu was delicious, great flavours, and you get to keep the tin which is a very nice touch.
100% recommend.

We popped in on a rainy day and were instantly warmed up by the incredible food and atmosphere. Started with the garlic cheese & spiced chicken bread – absolutely delicious and packed with flavour. Then came the showstopper: the special pizza with vodka base sauce, pepperoni, chilli threads, and burrata. Every bite was unreal, and the spicy honey drizzle took it to another level – a must-try!
Treated myself to a bottle of Montepulciano at £38. Not the cheapest, but totally worth it – smooth, rich, and the perfect pairing for the food.
The pizza was £16 and the special starter £11 – both great value for the quality.
I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff were lovely, the food was unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Panchos Burritos Arndale Market

These Tacos have become my Saturday ritual!!

For starters, the owner Enrique is Mexican, so he knows what he's doing 😃.

My go-to meal is the Quesadillas 🤤, I usually go for one with lamb, one with beef chipotle, and the third one fajitas.
Every dish is absolutely flavoursome, it transports me to México!

The tortillas are Corn based, except burritos 😉.

The habanero salsa is divine! And all the toppings are super fresh! My favourite: nopales and guacamole!

As mexican, this is my Go-to-ritual-tacos place! And I've invited all my friends to taste it!!

Besides: I buy my corn flouer and other mexican ingredients here as well! ✨✨✨

Absolutely delicious large burrito weighing like a small brick - come here if you are hungry! The burrito I had was also customisable with plenty of choice on fillings, sauce and even down to the tortilla used. You can have it spicy or mild depending on your preference. Good value, authentic mexican food. My only nehative would be that I found the service quite curt, it wasn't particularly busy, but a little friendliness goes a long way. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Really nice filling burrito with a can for 10.50 + location to get your valentina hot sauce. Gotta support small business. The pork with pineapple is really nice and moist. Honestly best but itto in town!

8 years ago I used to come to this place and have the biggest, tastiest burrito I’ve ever had. Understandably with the costs rising, they have felt the pinch over the years and that’s reflected when you visit. The portions have halved in size, very shy and strict with each of the ingredients in the burrito, boss looks stressed, staff looked scared of the boss. Used to be my go to when I went to town but unfortunately for me this place has gone downhill 🙁

Had the standard burrito meal deal. Paid cash got some tortilla chips with guacamole free. Really big burrito, dead tasty. You got a choice of 5 toppings on top of the salad and chicken . Delicious would really recommend

THE most wonderful burger that I have ever eaten and the loaded fries that we shared were a guilty pleasure in themselves - layers of taste! Portions were generous, price perfect but most importantly such a friendly greeting with loads of guidance on the menu. Beautiful deserts too but I don't have room!!

First time trying the loaded fries and can safely say the best I've tried in Manchester! Portion size is very good for what you pay for and the service was fantastic! Definitely will be coming back!

First time coming here, and really enjoyed every aspect about this place. Food is fantastic, definitely worth the value unlike most places. Service is super friendly, particularly Umar; served with a smile and made me feel welcome. A lot of other people who work on the till don’t make you feel welcome; he did a great job. Definitely would come here next time I visit Manchester!

One of the Best burger in town, worth to try chicken/beef burger 10£, loaded cheese fries-8£ and icecream with dubai chocolate brownie -8£. Highly recommended for burger lovers.

Food itself was good, service was friendly and decent. Restaurant was cold and my daughter found a rubber band covered in hair on the ordering bar, I immediately asked her to bin it and wash her hands. Tables were not clean. There was fluffy and food crumbs in between the wood.

Today, all three of us suffered an upset stomach.

The burger wrapping could have been done with a different material. The burger juices were running down my hands as I was eating. So I tucked a napkin underneath.

Reluctant to go again.

Great Guys

The best loaded fries I've had yet. Incredibly tasty, good portion and fresh! The smash burger was good too, could do with a bit of crunch, maybe gherkins, tomatoes or lettuce but the patties were juicy.

Took nearly half an hour through Uber and the food was still hot! This is my new favorite place, will be trying out a lot of their stuff on the menu.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place really deserves to be an exception. I just had the perfect burger and loaded fries I have probably ever eaten. 10 on 10. So much value for such a high quality meal.

Very decent peri wings they were battered fried then flame grilled with peri sauce
Would of been 10/10 if it was grilled for longer with more charring and Smoky flavour.

Atmosphere & seating area could do with improvements.
There were so many tables that needs cleaning ,I think a bigger bin with a table on top would help customers clean after themselves and put there used plates on top would help keep tables clean. Also shop was sooooo quiet maybe a TV or nasheed playing would make Atmosphere more relaxed and welcoming.

Tried the Smashburger at Great Guys, and wow, they know how to smash! Perfectly seasoned meat, all the classic toppings, and fries so crispy they might ruin other fries for you. The dining area could use a little TLC, but hey, we all know the more “rustic” the place, the better the food. Trust me, get yourselves there!

Ordered via the NeoTaste app and was told at the counter they don't do this anymore despite there being a sign on the door as a 'NeoTaste partner' and being able to reserve it on the app - anyways, the man let us have the deal...
The food was really nice and fresh hw, my halloumi burger only had the one beef patty (menu says it comes with 2) which was a little disappointing as I'd picked it specifically for double beef

A reasonable experience and good food despite the slightly incorrect burger contents!

a cozy bar area and a welcoming atmosphere. There is plenty of cozy seating upstairs. You have a lot of options on the menu, and ordering food is simple. The cuisine was excellent. The visit at the Old Wellington was enjoyable and fulfilling. situated in the center of Manchester. A must-see!

We went for our works Christmas do last night. Food was really nice, we’ve had some misses with Christmas menus, but really couldn’t knock the food here. Lovely atmosphere and staff were really friendly and attentive. Drinks prices also reasonable for the city centre. Will definitely return 😊

Gorgeous historical building in the centre of Manchester. It was very busy when we visited so the staff were struggling to keep up with the clearing of the tables. We only stopped for drinks so cannot comment on the food. We will happily come back to this pub when we are in Manchester next.

Called in yesterday for some food — it was busy but we managed to get a table. The food was incredible; you don’t find proper pub grub like that very often anymore. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. We’ll definitely be back.

Got 8 wings for like £6/£7 which is a good price to be fair.

I ordered the Thai sweet chilli and wing special, personally I thought they tasted very similar though the wing special came with cheese sauce and other sauces on top. Didn't think it was too spicy but wouldn't wana go any spicier..

Wings were good and juicy too, all good sizes.

I got my wings at 12am at night and it was mad outside everyone high on balloons, was all new to me.

Will come back though in future

We think these guys have nailed all their flavours with the wings! They offer them either Fried, Smoked or Grilled! The smoked concept seems pretty new for wings but it definitely works giving that bbq type feel to it! We really couldn’t pick a favourite in terms of the flavours as each had their own unique taste, some spicy, some sweet... you’ll definitely need to try them all!

They have also brought out some new burgers and sandwiches which again is perfected already! The Chicken Gravy Burger was so delicious, the gravy had so much flavour to it (possibly better than KFC!) paired with crispy battered chicken and also hash brown! You can even get this as a sandwhich 😋

They’ve also got a variety of coleslaws to serve! We tried the spicy slaw and mango slaw which we really enjoyed, perfect side to your wings! Talking of sides we can’t forget to mention their in house ranch sauces! They have a wide variety to offer which we recommend to try with your tasty wings 😋

Food always fresh, staff friendly and service is very quick. I would recommend to anyone as the food is really really tasty

I really loved mrfries macoroni cheese however they have changed the recipe or now cutting corners...

How I remembered it before it tastes like it was loaded with mixed strong cheddar along with a cheese sauce with breadcrumbs but now taste like plain boiled pasta with sprinkle of mild cheese on top.

Tastes nothing like before please bring back the old recipe

Delhi House Cafe

Tried Delhi House Cafe for the first time and really enjoyed the food. The lamb biryani was excellent, with tender meat, fragrant rice, and a very well-balanced use of spices. The butter chicken was also delicious, especially paired with a garlic naan. We sat outside, which was very comfortable, but the service could be improved significantly. When we asked for a chair or stool to place our coats, the server said we couldn’t use any additional chairs and didn’t offer an alternative solution. A bit more thoughtfulness would have made the experience much better.

I recently visited Delhi House Café in Manchester and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the Kadhai Masala Paneer, and it was truly delicious, one of the best paneer dishes I’ve had in a long time. The paneer was soft and perfectly cooked, and the masala had a rich, well-balanced depth of flavour with just the right amount of heat. Every bite felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into the cooking.

The restaurant itself has a warm, modern feel, blending contemporary interiors with hints of Indian design that make it both stylish and welcoming. The staff were attentive, friendly, and happy to make recommendations, which added to the overall experience without being intrusive.

What stood out most was how the café manages to offer traditional Indian flavours with a slightly modern twist, familiar yet exciting. Portion sizes were generous, and the food arrived promptly, making it a great choice whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or settling in for a relaxed dinner.

Overall, Delhi House Café is a must-visit if you’re in Manchester and craving high-quality Indian food. I’ll definitely be returning.

We visited on a Friday evening around 6:30 pm and sat outside the main restaurant area (still under cover). The atmosphere was lively but comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish — nothing was too much trouble, and we got a table exactly where we wanted.
I had the butter chicken tikka with basmati rice, and my friend went for the chicken biryani — both dishes were excellent. Along with our drinks, the total came to about £45, which felt very fair for the quality and service.
Only small downside: the toilets are upstairs, though there’s a disabled toilet available downstairs. Other than that, it’s a solid five-star experience — great food, great service, and a lovely place to spend an evening in the heart of Manchester.

Tried the Dahi Poori, Tandoori Lamb Loin Chops, Moradabadi Chicken Biryani and  Mango Lassi.  Everything tasted delicious.  If l was to nitpick I’d have liked a little more lamb for a £15.95 starter.  Service was attentive. Definitely try the Biryani one of the better variants.

Delhi House Cafe won my heart over with their food and by the sweet gesture on my birthday (upon request by a family member that I was unaware of) which they beautifully presented on plate; I absolutely loved it!

The food was so good, perhaps one of the best spots i’ve come across in recent times. The ambience is nice & floral and I quite liked the mint-cucumber water which is readily available on the table.

I loved having Crispy Corn Chaat, Sesame Honey Chilli Potatoes, Vada Pav Sliders and the Moradabadi Chicken Biryani (which was really flavourful & totally lip-smacking) at this restaurant. I did enjoy my birthday lunch here. The service is good, though can pick up pace; attentive otherwise.

Thank You Delhi House Cafe for the food & experience at Manchester City Centre. Looking forward to dining in the future too :)

Mowgli Street Food Corn Exchange

A really special place. Staff couldn't have been nicer- we booked and got placed in a booth. It would have been fine but the seating had a raised ledge at the back with no back rest-  if you are larger or have mobility issues (both at play here) these are not the seats you want. Staff moved us, no fuss, thank you! Plenty of exciting vegetarian options (most appreciated), the black dhal was incredible, we ordered extra roti during our meal which arrived quickly. The seasonal dish Diwali cauliflower was disappointing- boiled, rather than roasted and was pretty bland. The pani puri excellent as ever and the sticky chicken apparently very nice. Our waitress was lovely and stayed and chatted when giving our bill and said she would feed back our cauliflower comments. All in all, enjoyable, great location, wonderful staff. For a 'chain' restaurant, the whole experience felt special.

I had completely forgotten that Mowgli is a chain, as I ate at the Leicester location a few years ago. My meal at the Mowgli in Manchester was delicious. The service was excellent. I was torn between two dishes, and my server was able to give me great information that helped inform my decision. The food was great. The service was great. It's a well laid out space. Enjoy!

Wonderful, above and beyond service from the staff team, specially Sanjay. Sanjay was being so nice, so helpful and so friendly to us, answered all our million questions about the food and drinks, being so patient and professional. The food were so nice and delicious, definitely coming back again!

The initial waitress who served us most of our meal was robotic and seemed slightly disinterested. The last lady who brought the bill and cleared the table was more pleasant.
Fenugreek fries were nice, as was the sticky chicken. Lamb curry was just dominated by the lamb flavour. The spices just didn't shine through.  The Agra Chicken was disgusting. Was really watery, which just ruined the whole dish.
Seating was really uncomfortable, even for just a short lunch meal.
Sorry, I won't be returning to Mowgli, which is a shame as I'd been looking forward to trying a Mowgli for a while.
