I tried a chicken patty, I missed lunch time so I didn't get anthing else. The patty I had was nicer than any patty I've tried to date. The chicken inside was real tasty and in  pieces not minced/paste which I was really happy about. There is something different about the taste that I liked, it seems better quality than your usual patty to me. The cakes on display looked so good I will most likely get a slice next time and I'll try other menu items if I can too. The server was a boy he wasn't rude to me he was quite pleasant. All in all I'm satisfied. I'll update my review next time. Looking forward to my return 🇯🇲

Really enjoyed the 'Pazza' and the Patty Crumble. Something different from the norm. The hype is real with this one, great tasting food. Wouldn't recommend for dining in, more for collection. The queues can be long and extend out the door, so recommend attending in good timing and earlier in the day or ordering online and collecting if possible. I understand Saturday and game days when Palace is playing can be busy. More veggy options for the pazza would be a bonus to.

I came down from Kent to see family and was hungry. My aunt told me about a Caribbean takeaway in Thornton Heath that makes patty pazza , so I had to go and see it for myself. I booked a cab and got to the shop around 1 pm. I walked in and ordered two patty pazza a half jerk chicken and oxtail pazza and a curry goat, callaloo, and plantain pazza.

The service here was lovely, and my order was ready in just 25 minutes! Now, let’s talk about the food. When I got back to my aunt’s place, I showed her the pazza in the kitchen. She was amazed and said they looked amazing. I took a bite of my first slice and smiled. Then I said, “No man, this is nice, very nice. Plus, the flavours are insane!” My aunt and I really enjoyed the pazza and will definitely be back.

We went around 3 pm so it wasn't too busy people were queuing to take away rather than eat in as there is only two tables. The party pizza was the best invention since the Swimscarf it was tasty and hot I got half Ackee n salfltfish and jerk chicken the Ackee yummy but could have more fish to it the jerk was ok but no spicy heat to it. That said I prefer my pizza made like this.

Ordered 4 patty pizzas considering I probably would love it anyways. The service here was lovely and got my order within 25 minute! Now the food? Insane flavours. I bit into my first slice and my face lit up. I’m hoping God works in their favour and more locations open up , will definitely be back !!

The food here was absolutely outstanding! The quality was top-notch, and the burger was bursting with flavor — cooked perfectly and so satisfying. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Huge shout-out to Toyeb for his exceptional customer handling — polite, attentive, and truly made the experience special. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great food and amazing service!

Pretty decent comfort food, had order delivered fast so food was still warm. Burgers could be a bit larger, I realise it was just simple cheeseburger but I can get similar quality from Mc. Chips were fluffy inside, could use some more crunch.

Don't get me wrong, nothing bad about this joint but nothing special either.

Visited them for Burger Day and I've changed my initial review. I was served by Furqan, he welcomed me with smile and confident attitude, something you don't see often now. Great customer service. Waiting time was short.

My smackdown was good, better than expected but they use too much sauce which dominates meat flavour. I'd say meat is quite fat too, still dripping with oil. Some people like it, I don't that much. Overall pretty good burger.

Few seats inside, clean and tidy.

There is defo room for improvement but give them a go, just for that customer service.

I’ve ordered from Smacks three times in the past couple of days and honestly can’t get enough. The burgers are always a 10/10 – juicy, full of flavour, and that sauce is just amazing. The fries are really tasty and always arrive fresh, and the milkshakes are so creamy and delicious. Everything comes well-packed and still hot, which makes it even better. Definitely my new favourite place to order from!

I LOVE smacks. It’s like the Morley’s of burgers. However, this location needs some prayers. The staff is nice and accommodating; however, I’m pretty sure they don’t change their oil. Like, at all.

I went on two separate occasions in the same week, and the first time, after eating their fries, my stomach felt heavy and started hurting. The second time I ate their fries, I got food poisoning and was sick the whole weekend. I would advise against eating here unless you’ve confirmation the oil has been changed recently.

1.10am in the morning... didn't want maccy d's... drove around looking for a food shop... drove past twice...  came back still open... got the 2 for 1 cheeseburger deal and 2 milkshakes..

Full bag of fries. Immaculate burger. Heavenly milkshake 😋

Defo coming back again. Got to try the spongebob edition krabby patty!

Clean shop. Friendly staff. Neatly packaged.
