Ordered half an hour before closing from Uber Eats. My order was a cheeseburger combo (burger, fries and a drink)  and normandy cheese bites. In the end I received a completely wrong order consisting of a chicken burger and a pile of chicken wings. Seems like they had ran out of beef patties and chips and were too lazy to turn on their fryers to cook more in order to complete my order, as they were closing soon so they gave me whatever they had left! Extremely disappointed with the service and would like my money back!
If you run out of ingredients during your service, block out the items you cannot make on the delivery apps’ menus to avoid these problems!!
Of course I will not ordering again.

Behesht Restaurant (Kensal Green)

Delicious kebab and bread. Kebab is tender and seasoned well, bread was amazing. Prices are great too, huge portions. Hummus is a must try, I like that they keep the family dine-in area is separate to where the men are it’s a very comfortable atmosphere. Decor is very nice and staff are friendly.

The only restaurant I will drive over an hour for - which is exactly what we did. I’ve only been here 4 times - the first was over 10 years ago - it was my first introduction to Persian food and let me tell you, my taste buds were amazed. I went again soon after my first visit but I just never forgot it and had been planning for years to return but never got an opportunity as it’s so far. I took my friends in 2023 and they were blown away by the food and have been asking to go back since then, which we did a few days ago. I have to say, not only is Persian food my favourite cuisine now but this restaurant has been consistently great since I first went many years ago until now. Food is delicious - full of flavour and meat is succulent - even the chicken is cooked to perfection. The prices are great and portions are huuuuge. Restaurant is busy and has a lovely atmosphere. I didn’t book a table but we would’ve happily waited as long as necessary to eat here - luckily the wait was only about 15 minutes this time. Service is very good with waiters being very attentive. I just love this place and kind of glad I don’t live near here because I’d get obese from eating here every day - not to mention, poor too! Will return soon though. The restaurant is decorated quite traditionally - even though it clearly hasn’t had a revamp in decades, it works because I suppose it adds to the charm of the place and love the little tandoor area at the front of the restaurant. The only downside however is that the restaurant is not wheelchair friendly or accessible at all - there are steps to all of the dining areas.

My family have been coming here for years and Behesht has only improved. The food is so tasty, and no Persian restaurant can make buttery rice better than Behesht. They have good portions and prices are not bad. My go-to is always chelo kebab koobideh because it’s always well seasoned, grilled and succulent. Every time I introduce a friend to Persian food, I always take them to Behesht and they love it so much that they want to go again! The decor is so beautiful and traditional. I love how they incorporate Shia and Persian decor since most Iranian restaurants here are either afraid of or resent any link to Islam. Behesht is so authentic and it makes me feel like I’m in Iran with the beautiful waterfall sounds and traditional music/decor. The service is always good and the staff are so helpful and nice. I have never had any issue with Behesht and this has been my favourite restaurant since childhood.

We've visited Behesht Restaurant in Kensal Green on several occasions, and it never disappoints. The setting is warm and inviting, with beautiful decor and a charming, welcoming atmosphere.
The food is consistently outstanding — fresh, flavourful, and prepared to a very high standard. On our latest visit, we started with three delicious dishes, including the Mirza Ghasemi, which was full of rich, smoky flavour. For our main, we shared the Mixed Grill Platter for Two — a generous and perfectly cooked selection of meats. We finished with Faloodeh for dessert, which was wonderfully refreshing.
The service is always friendly and professional, and the restaurant itself is spotlessly clean. We never manage to take any photos because we’re always too busy tucking in! It’s definitely a place we’ll keep returning to whenever we’re in the area.

My favourite Persian restaurant in the UK!
The food is very delicious. I’ve been here many times, reminds me of home.

Just one thing to mention: Service charges are usually optional in the UK, but here they aren’t.
