A Nandos style restaurant with great prices! 🐔

We ordered the Peri Chicken Wrap, Lamp Chops, Protein Platter and Loaded Chips.

The Lamb Chops were juicy, moreish and flavoursome..I would come back just for these! The Protein Platter was fantastic value for money as it consisted of a quarter chicken, two chicken wings, two lamb chops, mash and roasted veg for only £11- very filling and not too heavy on the pocket! The Chicken Wrap was somewhat bland, although it was a massive wrap. We didn’t enjoy the Loaded Fries much as we felt there was TOO much sauce and chicken, which made all the fries soggy. Didn’t realise you could have too much sauce till this 😂

My first delivery meal since lockdown started. I ordered this epic spread from @chicos_london I got the Famila Platter, 2 whole chickens, 10 wings, 4 sides, 4 burgers and 4 drinks. I also got  few extra loaded fries. Oh and their milk cake for dessert was just sooo good. .

Really impressed with the taste and quality of the grilled chicken, despite being delivery the food was warm, fresh and tatsed great. (I'm 8 mins away) It's the closest think I've had to eating out for ages. Naturally, prices for delivery cost a little more than the regular eat in price, but that's standard for the times we are in. I got  this for myself and my in laws family that live close to me and we were all stuffed! Also, their McDonald's style burgers are excellent replicas, especially the big mac replica .

You can order via @ubereats or @justeatuk. (it took me 4 mins to stage and take this pic!) Shame the chips got cold in that time.

I looove Smash Burgers, and I can't believe I waited so long to try the fairly recently opened @chicos_london on Brick Lane.

The cuisine is pure, unadulterated comfort food.

Chicos East Ham

Had the stacked Nashville and smash burger, plus a chicken tikka wrap - moist yet crispy, cooked to perfection, as it always is at the East Ham branch. Consistently top-tier food.

What really stands out though are the waitresses. Always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming in every respect. Service like that keeps me coming back.

I had an amazing experience with this restaurant. I was preparing for a medical operation and needed my order made as late as possible before closing — they went above and beyond to help me. They prepared everything with patience and kindness, and the food arrived fresh, delicious, and full of flavour after my long fast. They even added the chilli sauces I requested.

Their compassion, attention to detail, and top-tier service truly set them apart. May Allah reward them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and genuine care.

Food was excellent and arrived so quickly too. Amruta was such a lovely staff and made sure all our needs were met. Really recommend this cosy restaurant.

The Grilled Chicken Burger was very tasty, juicy and flavourful. I asked for Mild flavour and that was exactly what I received, plus the burger bun was quite strong and thus held together the double patties I ordered. What really impressed me were their Plain Chips, full of crisp and just the right amount of salt. Lastly, I tried their Pistachio Milkshake and it was okay. It had quite a strong vanilla taste and the texture was very thick but it was still a good portion size and definitely refreshing.
As an update, Chico's were right when they wrote on their bags, "you'll be back." Since I've recently tried their Chicken n Tikka Wrap and it's honestly banging. The portion size is pretty good too. This restaurant is slowly restoring my faith in 'pricier' food as I truly believe every bite is worth the price!

I ordered the loaded fries with chicken and sauce and it came looking like baked beans and cheese - very messy presentation and not tasty at all. The chicken was cold and could barely be tasted as it was drowning in an uncomfortably sweet yet spicy misleading orange sauce - the ratio was very off as lots of chicken sauce was left after finishing the chips. I was unable to finish the left over chicken due to the poor quality.
It felt like a big waste of money, very disappointing.

We are HMC approved. This means our entire menu and supply-chain is certified Halal according to HMC standards. No traces of pork or alcohol in the store.

Food is made in a steamer so it’s very watery. So if you are looking for a full fry up, this is not the place. Other than that nice seating area and customer service.

Nice hearty food to fill you up ready to take on the day. Full English Breakfast. Halal food.
Would recommend the chicken sausages.
Friendly staff, good communication and service.

There's some good potential here, but I think the place was just a little too messy and dirty. The panini was tasty enough and the tea was okay, but I wouldn't really go inside again. Maybe a good quick coffee takeaway?

First time in this place beautiful decor great customer service clean iced coffee was absolutely beautiful but the bacon and sausage bap wasn't the best burnt sausage and tuff bacon but will be back too try the jacket potatoes  & another iced coffee 😍👌

Very Disappointing Experience – Store Closed Early Despite 11 PM Closing Time

I had a very disappointing experience at your branch. I arrived at 10:00 PM, well before the listed closing time of 11:00 PM, but I was not allowed to sit in the dining area. On top of that, I was told I needed permission just to use the toilet.

This treatment made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. If staff are going to stop allowing customers to sit or use basic facilities an hour before closing, then the official hours should be updated to reflect that.

This was a very upsetting experience, and I hope it will be taken seriously to avoid similar issues in the future.

Today i visited KFC order chicken, chips and I was very disappointed with the quality. The chicken I received was undercooked and seemed spoiled — it had a slimy texture, grayish color, and an unpleasant taste. It’s very oily This is completely unacceptable from a brand like KFC, as it raises serious food safety concerns. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. Please improve your quality control and make sure food is properly cooked before serving customers.

I placed a takeaway order for a mini fillet burger meal and paid extra to add a hash brown, but when I got home and checked my order, the hash brown was missing

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It used to have such good staff working behind the counter, but now it’s just rude, argumentative, and disrespectful people. No respect for the general public.

I went today, ordered food, got the wrong item, and when I complained at the counter, the staff refused to correct it. I took a refund and left. I went to Papa Chicken instead and got what I wanted—without being disrespected.

Never going back again. This branch, as well as the Green Street branch, should just close down. Read the reviews, owner, and replace this awful staff.

Yesterday on the 14th December I went to KFC with my children at around 3:30 to 4 and I must say I’m very disappointed. When I went home my wrap wasn’t wrapped properly the fillings inside were all over the wrapper. The fries too had a lot of seasoning which made them taste really bitter. My kids weren’t happy

HFA has certified KFC's products in these stores, and the store environments, as halal. KFC has also ensured that the halal certified chicken would also meet the rigorous animal welfare standards employed in the UK, and has consulted leading animal welfare groups about this. KFC insists that all poultry is stunned before slaughter. HFA allows the use of a technique called 'stun-to-stun' - a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. A verse is also recited from the Quran at the point of slaughter by an appropriate person and the poultry will not come into contact with non-halal meat at any point in the supply chain. KFC only buys high quality, Grade A, farm-assured chicken from trustworthy suppliers, and this will not change.

It's been open for 2 weeks so I decided to pay a visit to another new burger and steak joint in East Ham @rustixgourmet 
Quick note, I'm going to hold off on a in depth review as the service and food was not up to the standards the owners set so they asked me not to judge them on my 1st visit and to come back again. Basically there were issues with slow service, incorrect orders and food not being cooked to spec. 
But pictured is the burger I ate was the single patty version of the McKBurger with added caramelised onions. The burger patty was thick and juicy an cooked on hot grill plate which maintains the jucies a lot better than flame grilling. It did remind me of burgers from a small place in Leyton called Uptown.
