Taco Bell

I ordered the classic taco, fries, and a burrito, and everything was reasonably priced with good portion sizes and solid quality. The staff were helpful, and the space is functional, with a menu that offers plenty of good options.

I had seen negative reviews about staff attitude, but when I visited around 6:40–7:00 pm, the place was fairly quiet with just a few guests. From what I observed, the staff were doing their best to manage orders and customers smoothly. My experience was truly positive overall, and I would definitely come back.

I had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Taco Bell in Colindale. I ordered a 7-layer veggie burrito for my daughter, and not only was the service rude and unprofessional (specifically from a female staff member named Ms.Khush), but the food was also contaminated. Upon opening and eating the burrito, we discovered a strand of hair embedded inside the filling.

This is absolutely unacceptable from a food hygiene standpoint. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and the handling of food. Coupled with the poor attitude of the staff member who prepared the meal, this experience was both frustrating and concerning — especially since the food was meant for a child.

I have attached photos as evidence and I will be sharing this experience on relevant platforms to ensure this issue is addressed seriously. I expect an immediate investigation and a response from management, along with a sincere apology and corrective measures to prevent this from happening again.

Extremely frustrated I’ve order a mini quesadilla I’ve waited nearly 20  min the shop is empty I’ve asked the employees they keep saying “1 min” or “coming” but keep doing delivery orders with no dilvery driver around. Why make a customer wait for so long I’m pregnant and tired from work very angry I will not be coming here again !!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I been to Taco Bell. As I know this place is cheaper than any other places same like Mac D.
I tried many different items as I uploaded the pictures.
According to the price the taste is amazing and delicious even the quality is upto the mark.

They also prepare vegetarian if you ask them. The staff is friendly and give more information if you ask.
I believe the food is healthier than any other fast foods. So go for it, to have small portions for a meal. You can have many options to choose. Highly recommended

Food is good, but staff need a lot of improvement. No service mind, rudely talk to customer and with that, it makes the food less tasty.
Updates: flour-only burritos with sauce? are you really this low quality?

Coconut Tree

The Coconut Tree never disappoints ,I ’m hooked on their curry laksa. It’s hearty, loaded with toppings, and easily one of my favourite dishes. The portions are huge, super filling, and definitely worth the price. Comfort food at its best!

wonderful food and portion is big with the price. Can feed two person with its big portion, food is fast as well. Finding authentic curry laksa and came across this, food hall is clean as well great place with lots of varities of food

My favourite place to go in this oriental food hall. MASSIVE selection of food to choose from. I go for the vegetarian nasi goreng and it’s absolutely delicious. Portion size is huge and always end up taking it home if I’m on my own eating it. Also get the vegetarian Singapore noodles, salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper fries from here and they are great dishes and never had an issue with food from here.
Fast and efficient service and plenty of other shops around.

Ordered the curry laksa which was absolutely awful no flavour other than a bit of coconut. The black bean noodles was okay. Told the the girl with the glasses I was not happy with the food and she said the old “I’ll tell the chef” I asked for a takeaway container for the noodles and she said it’s a £1 minimum charge. And said I can have 2 containers for a pound. Why on earth would I want two and instead I asked can it be not in the house on this occasion and she said no. Has no clue about customer service and I will never eat here again.

Rice wasn’t even cooked, everything was bland. I used to eat here when bang bang first opened and was disappointed everytime but yesterday I thought I’d give them a chance again and regretted it. Chef special and chicken hainanese was ordered and do not recommend. (Ignore the dumplings in the photo they’re from Momos and were quite tasty)

We are HMC approved. This means our entire menu and supply-chain is certified Halal according to HMC standards. No traces of pork or alcohol in the store.
