Back to the best wing spot after a year. Now closer to home. I’ve been here few times but soho branch is a killer alot of times. Hard to find seats and always mad busy. I came here two days in a row last week without any booking. Plus they have 20% off currently

I think my new fav flavour in wingmans is bird Khalifa. Garlic and chilli caramel with chipotle tahini. It was unique in flavours and super tasty.  The wings here are always juicy and cooked perfectly.

The bangcoq and Shanghai wings were always my regular order. Both are good choice. Subtle in spice and flavours. Tried the truffalo first time and probably would be the last time. Lol I don’t know why I risk it, I know I hate buffalo but still try it. Anyways I know many love it, don’t know how everyone loves buffalo sauce 
.
The Classic thigh burger because I like simple no nonsense burger. This is the kinda burger you will eat and be like it’s not bad, but it’s not the best you had. It’s just about an enjoyable burger. Juicy thigh burger though.

The beef brisket Mac and cheese personally is the best Mac and cheese for me. This is perfect to all levels. The Mac and cheese isn’t super creamy and cheesy but the lightly sweet bbq beef brisket compliments the Mac and cheese. The truffle cheese fries again pretty decent. It’s not them overpowering truffle taste. Just perfect.

All in all so glad they close to home now. The place is bigger so no more hassle like the soho branch.

Back to this OG and the most authentic birria tacos in London after a year. Few months back they now open all week as well as dining in restaurant. This place ticks all the boxes and I don’t think you can get any better and authentic birria in London. They will be adding new dishes slowly and gradually. The beef tacos are elite and faultless. High quality beef. Slow cooked to perfection. The consume is perfection. Everything about it is just perfect. The perfect crunch on a birria is the key to a good birria tacos. And this has it. Honestly it’s hard to find a fault on this taco. I tried the lamb one as well. If I didn’t have the beef one and they only had lamb it would be still banging, however when you have both. You can tell the beef is way way way better
.
Beef birria ramen is also a side sharing you must get. If you love ramen as I do. This is must try aswell. I remember it being more spicer before but they had to adjust. However still has the kick and still so addictive
.
The new Birria loaded fries. This is what you call a fully loaded dirty fries. Ufff I added egg as optional and its a must order with the tacos. Try it next time and thank me later

All in all honestly it’s one of them places you won’t find a fault with regards to taste and quality

🔴 TOP 7 FRENCH TOAST 🔴

For months I’ve been getting asked to compile Top French Toast list but every other week I end up visiting another spot for french toast. I decided I’ll just upload my Top 7 and then make a ‘GUIDE’ of all the other ones as well as the new ones I try
.
1. @shackfuyu - it’s no surprise this took my number 1. First and second was a hard one. I’ve been having both for few years. But it came down to this being my number 1
.
2. @theninthlondon - After having this I dedicated myself on finding this custardy gooey style french toast. It was a game changer when I first had it. From the interior to the crusty exterior, to the ice cream. Everything is just pure perfection on this
.
3. @sloanestreetdeli - This was a totally random winner. Love at first bite. Unique and different. Everything complimented each other. This is becoming a fav amongst many, after I first posted this spot
.
4. @thecolonygrillroom @thebeaumontldn - This would’ve been higher on the list, amazing and just pure perfect french toast. Only thing this upsets me is the size. It’s like a one biter for me. Lol but apart from that epic french toast
.
5. @yeastbakery - The most recent spot that really made me fell in love with their french toast. Unfortunately only available for weekend brunch, probably potentially could go higher, as I only had it once
.
6. @almarelondon - Probably the most custardy french toast I’ve had. It’s called creme brûlée French toast. And it’s literally really creamy and custardy. Delicious yet super rich. Only need a bit more hard caramelisation on the exterior
.
7. @duckandwaffle - Many don’t know but for me torrejas are basically Spanish style custardy french toast. This was delicious and super rich. But I’m now on the hunt for more Spanish torrejas.

Pls note Christopher’s doesn’t make it on my list because I personally find that overrated and basic. I feel like I can make a basic toast and cover it up with chocolate. But majority love it so I guess it’s just only me

A hidden gem of east London. And a spot that is on Michelin guide. We are getting a lot of renowned chefs from central London, in East London. Half the stuff members are from the famous Tamarind. Food reflects the idea of the journey of grand trunk road, which is the longest road covering India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and even Afghanistan. The menu has a little bit of all of these with the modern touch

The peshwari lamb chops was spot on. High quality chops, excellent flavours plus tender and soft. Exactly how lamb chops meant to be. And french trimmed style chops tend to never disappoint. Defo must try

Lahori Murgh Kebab is always a must order in most Indian places. As you can judge most chicken quality with these dishes. These were chicken thigh and it was excellent. Only thing would’ve wanted is more flavour element to it. Like thick flavour paste on the chicken.

Biryani was flavour town. It had all these flavours and aroma hitting my nose. Had small chunks of green chillis as well, as requested, as I love my spice. I love my saucy Biryanis but these again for pilao style Biryani was epic. This is the only Biryani dish they have and I can see why they are confident with the one
.
Butter chicken better than most other butter chicken. I know alot of place do tangy butter chicken which I personally don’t like. This had good flavours. And added spice to it and gave a little kick, it’s not the best I’ve had but defo a really tasty one
.
The royal lamb shank is slow cooked dish and  had a taste of Nihari to the gravy. I think the shank wasn’t cooked fully hence why it was abit tough on the outside. As I saw other videos, the meat pulled apart. Wasn’t the case on my shank unfortunately. Defo must’ve been a one off situation
.
All in all defo a great spot if you want central London quality food in east London. Service and all that as expected from a Michelin guide

I know many that always try going berenjak always disappointed as they can never find a table. They now have a new branch in London Bridge now. I visited without a booking a month or more ago. I’ve said it many times but berenjak is the only Persian restaurant I love. I tried many and not even one comes close, as well as would easily be in my top 5 restaurants, also the worlds best hummus ever, I mean everrrrr….

Let’s talk about my obsessive behaviour with this hummus. Honestly every time I have this it’s like heaven. Its not like any other hummus, this is totally different in taste and texture. They use black chick pea and probably loads of tahini. Why don’t anyone else use black chick pea lol. But yes no one can beat this hummus. If you know you know 👌
.
The Koobideh also the juiciest I’ve had. Soft and tender and full on juicy kebeb. This Koobideh and hummus is the perfect meal combo for me here alongside with their holiday bottle mirinda drink. Lol
.
Tried the new dish Jujeh Kebab Tond, which is a poussin chicken. This chicken is a must try, like hurry and try it. The most juiciest and flavoursome baby chicken you’ll taste. It’s got hints of spices and herbs, with the perfect char, this was faultless
.
If you guys haven’t still been berenjak, just hurry and order hummus for yourself and a Koobideh and maybe share that baby poussin chicken. And remember never ever share the hummus

Visited this place few weeks back to try this place out for their French Toast however they ran out by the time I went. So just decided to try out few other dishes that caught my eye.

Chicken Katsu Sando which when it arrived looked like dry and over cooked chicken, turned out to be juicy and tender chicken. It was a delicious Sando. For a thick thick thick thigh piece, it was defo cooked to perfection. Enjoy this 🤤

The half scrambled eggs and half mushroom toast was decent. The eggs needed seasoning but if mixed with the mushrooms, it was defo a good tasty breakfast dish
.
The blueberry pancakes wasn’t to my liking. The pancake itself was nicely cooked and wasn’t the problem. I can’t do fruity with pancakes and French toast. I would’ve enjoyed it with probably a sweet chocolate or just maple syrup. This is probably for those who like fruity dessert lol
.
All in all defo a spot I have to go back as I wanted their french toast more than anything. I would defo order the chicken Sando

Back to Aura this time trying out their brunch menu which is served everyday. They still working on menu as they just started. But they have loads of egg dishes as well as brunch lunch dishes like burgers, steak and fish and chips. Probably there will be a lot of changes to the brunch menu and also breakfast menu will be added.

The turkey breakfast was excellent. The highlight has to be eggs. These eggs you can tell are excellent quality. A lot of places tend to always use cheap eggs and doesn’t really give any memorable moments. These eggs had creamy and thick texture and taste to it. And for me breakfast dishes are always a winner when you don’t get that oily and greasy feeling afterwards.

Prawns were massive and super tasty and fresh. Their pancakes were pretty enjoyable too but I’m not a chocolate person. So probably for someone that loves chocolate. Their soufflé has to be one of the top soufflés as well. As good as many of the french places I’ve had. Super fresh tasting soufflé. Must try
.
All in all good spot for brunch with lovely aesthetics. By the time a lot of ppl visit, the menu probably will change as well as plating as they are doing their finishing work on the brunch and breakfast menu

The famous truffle burger which Is my personal fav. This normally comes in bacon patty but removed it with for their halal dry aged beef patty. This burger I always enjoy. The juicy beef, the crunch from onions. Sweetness from fig jam and obviously the truffle Mayo. Everything really compliments well. It’s defo not for all as my friends don’t really enjoy truffle and kinda get sick of it.

The truffle honey chicken burger comes in thigh fried chicken, with truffle honey and goats cheese. Minus the bacon ketchup. I had this before. It’s kinda enjoyable, like a sweet chicken burger. But I wouldn’t have the full thing. Would get it as to share it. This time round the outer coating was abit hard to bite into. The chicken inside still remained quite moist.

Love Brie cheese, addicted to Brie cheese and this was tasty. Abit too oily but so tasty regardless. Plus the added honey made it fairly sweet and enjoyable. The truffle loaded fries was good. But not for me I guess as I can’t do truffle.

All in all defo one of my fav beef burger joints. For Halal diners. Do opt for this branch or soho as they have two griddles to cook separately. The other branches don’t two griddles

Newly discovered halal spot. Famous for their filthy and dirty burgers. It’s also great to see many well known British brands going halal. Like honest burgers, patty and bun and many more. Hope to see loads more to follow. This place now serves fully halal menu serving steak burgers, fried chicken and even chicken and waffles

The mac daddy comes with double dry aged steak patty, beef short rib and Mac and cheese. The ribs and Mac and cheese combo was perfect. I’ll be honest I personally wasn’t blown away with these patties. They looked like patties you would find in them Turkish kebabs quarter pounder burgers. Obviously the quality on the meat was probably way better. But I prefer a normal minced beef burgers.

The chicken burger was thigh piece. Was juicy and batter was crispy. However the coleslaw had a strong vinegar taste to it. Which kinda put me off. I think it was my fault as this was the gochujang spicy burger and I removed the gochujang sauce. I’m guessing the vinegar coleslaw was to balance the Spicy sauce
.
Mac and cheese balls was banging. Love the herbs and spices. The cheeseburger dumplings were a decent side kick. The lamb fries was tasty. Good chips. Good lamb. However needed more lamb pieces and also again had this strong vinegar taste to it
.
All in all I personally didn’t enjoy it but my friends enjoyed this. So I guess each to their own. However it’s great to see new halal addition in the scene. I’m sure many will enjoy it

Introducing the new Nashville Range from Chico’s. This Nashville burger will defo give competition to the smash burger. I’ve tried Nashville only two other places. So I do have a little gist of an enjoyable Nashville burger. Also made my own Nashville Dirty Fries, ask them or show them the video, if they can make it for you.

The Nashville chicken burger comes with an amazing thigh piece. It was super juicy and moist. Cooked to perfection. The Nashville sauce was perfection. It was the perfect heat. Not overly spicy but a nice warmth on the tongue. It was just perfect. Defo would rate this as a top top top chicken burger. Honestly must try 
.
The Nashville wings again perfect. The out batter remained crispy even after the Nashville oil and powder spices.

Nashville loaded fries which is off the menu and I told them to make this for me. And it was banging. It will give competition to my previous favourite loaded fries that they sell. Show them the video and ask them for that loaded fries lol 
.
All in all must try this Nashville range. I’m sure I don’t need to talk about the smash burger and other dishes as they already legendary. Hurry and try the Nashville range
