Ordered the zesty chicken burger, the beefed up burger, mozzarella sticks and the BBQ chicken wings. The chicken was really well cooked, nice and juicy. The buffalo sauce which I ordered in addition to the zesty burger was particularly amazing and definitely needed as it seemed like they added a slightly different, more diluted sauce to the burger. It's also an amazing dip for anything else on the menu like chips. The beefed up burger was also really well made and juicy. Good amount of cheese to sauce ratio. Took quite a while for them to make it but I'm glad it was freshly made (and you could tell).

recently visited Shake Down in Manchester and was blown away by the entire experience. The presentation of the food was spot on – the chicken burger looked as good as it tasted, perfectly golden with fresh toppings layered neatly. I happened to pop in here to grab a chicken wrap for breaking my Ramadan fast. Without me even mentioning I was fasting, they left some beautiful medjool dates and a free water bottle with my food in order to break the fast. Honestly, such a nice touch and it was greatly appreciated! Great customer service is defined by going above and beyond what is expected and making an extra effort to genuinely serve your customers. Overall brilliant service and it’s always nice and clean in the shop which is another positive! 😄
