The staff were very kind and professional. Everything we ate was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable, and the décor of the place was beautiful. Perfect spot overall!

The place was calm and relaxing, and the staff were fast and professional. There was a lovely lady there who was very friendly and chatted with all the customers!
We ordered the Kabuli Pulao, which had a generous portion easily enough for two people, served with a delicious and flavorful sauce on the side. They have service charge, too.
Overall, I was really satisfied, it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back.

I visited on a Wednesday evening and we were served by the lovely Samira who made our experience incredible. My friend and I really enjoyed everything we ordered. We got the lamb shank with Afghan rice, Mantu, chicken curry, and some complementary spinach. Everything worked incredibly well together, and we were both so surprised at how good the chicken curry was. Definitely recommend Ariana ll. Generous portion sizes and a beautiful interior.

Utterly fabulous Afghan restaurant- huge portions, and delicious especially the chicken shish and the dumplings. BYOB or very reasonably priced soft drinks and mocktails. But the high point is the exquisite service. I mean it, every bit as good as a Michelin starred place. You will feel at home. Highly recommended and already planning my next trip!

Delicious food and sooo much to try! We couldn't finish the plate for 2 😂😂 but we wanted to try even more dishes as our stomaches allowed. No card payments so bring cash

Gourmet Burger Kitchen is a British hamburger chain featuring a wide variety of gourmet burgers and salads. All panko-breaded chicken products are halal and some lamb products may also be halal. Check with individual stores for details.  Nearest Rail/Tube: West Hampstead (rail and Jubilee line).

Perfectly cooked and well presented. All salads and in ingredients are in place perfectly. Medium Rare burger meat also cooked as asked. Highly recommend them.

Staff are very friendly, really enjoyed it!!

Limited menu but its exactly what the concept is for a "medium posh" burger shop.

The burgers are flavourful. Although I noticed some inconsistencies across the same item regarding texture and taste. I guess depending on the Chef but usually always good in different ways.

I have had takeaway and eat-in here so I understand both experiences. Cleanliness can be better overall (Toilet, Restaurant floor and cups and cutlery).

Staff and Management are great. I had my order mixed up order and the whole order was replaced for free the next time I visited.

We've been ruined. We'll never be able to have burgers as good as these back home. One of us had the bacon cheddar, and it was incredible, with thick smokey bacon and delicious cheese. My blue cheese burger was so flavorful and had the perfect sharpness. The thick, skin on fries were perfect with the burgers, and next time we'll branch out and do their sweet potato fries (which I'm sure will be just as amazing). Their onion rings are real onion and very crunchy.

Finally, the staff. Our waitress (I feel bad I never got her name) was the best. Funny, super friendly, she really was the icing on the cake.

It looks like we'll have to keep coming back to London from Chicago just to eat here more - and we'll be eating there at least one more time before we leave.

This burger chain exceeded all expectations. We stumbled across it after a local party and needing food. Most places were shut but these guys were friendly and allowed us in for last orders.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful.  The truffle fries are a modern American twist on the classic and my burger was delicious and came with spicy egg and cheese.

Milkshakes were thick and proper too.
Highly recommend just for the staff alone!

The chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebabs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer Halal Grilled Chicken as an option.

Used to order from them but after today order NEVER AGAIN !!! Ordered chicken doner chips and salad  box with extra chicken … salad I understand is cut sometimes in the day so is not so fresh but chicken super dry extra chard, notes of being recooked, old burn hard taste, chips same dry super hard as have been waiting long time next to the fryer to be served for the bin instead ended in my box . VERY DISAPOINTED !!! Usually I don’t review but this was shocking yack.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at German Doner Kebab due to finding hair in my food on separate occasions—once in the sauce and again inside the kebab itself. While the service was decent and the atmosphere was fine, the repeated hygiene issues completely overshadowed everything else. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're concerned about cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Visited this place recently and was really impressed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt well thought out from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. The service was smooth and efficient without ever feeling rushed.

We ordered this for dinner and was very disappointed. We ordered the boxes so wasn’t expecting a huge portion. But I paid to get “extra” meat in my meal. I didn’t see any extra the box was only just half full. The meat was also cold and the chips were hard as rocks. Won’t be ordering from this branch again

I ordered vegetarian food online via Uber eats and they delivered a non-veg and I complaint in Uber Eats. They’re like now your order is correct and then I tried to contact with the restaurant and they are not receiving my call. I tried 15 or 20 times but they just directly cut the call. I spent at least £16 something and total two item is missing from my whole order. I take the picture so you’ll get to know and Worst service ever.

All meat on our menu is Halal. Please ask our staff to see the Halal certificate if you have any doubts.

I recently visited Nando’s in Kilburn—one of my favourite places—and had an amazing experience! We were greeted straight away by Shayanne, who was unbelievably polite and seated us quickly. Zara at the till was brilliant, and Sara made sure we were well looked after. Even the security guard was wonderful—very caring and polite. The whole team has fantastic manners and really made us feel welcome.

The restaurant and toilets were spotless—much cleaner than some other Nando’s I’ve visited. The food was outstanding (as always)! I’m a regular at Nando’s Enfield and other halal branches, but Kilburn tops them all—the food is consistently delicious and never dry.

I have to give this place a solid 10/10 for both food and service. It would be very hard to beat the level of care and hospitality here. Hats off to the whole team—well done!

Never had an issue when eating in but today i got a Deliveroo order and they sent me uncooked chicken. Literally RAW INSIDE !

I am absolutely disgusted and to make it worse this was a KIDS MEAL for my child!!! Food hygiene have been contacted !

I had such a fantastic experience at Nando’s thanks to Aaliyah! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Throughout our meal, her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. She checked in just the right amount, made sure everything was perfect, and even went out of her way to accommodate our requests.

It’s rare to see someone combine professionalism and personality so effortlessly, but Aaliyah did exactly that. She turned what could have been a regular meal into such a positive and memorable experience.

I visited this branch recently and I was seriously impressed. I had heard mixed things in the past, but it’s clear that the new management has completely turned this place around.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept the store is—it really gives you confidence in the food. Speaking of the food, it was amazing; the burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The staff were also incredibly helpful and polite, making sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience now. Great vibes, great food—I’ll definitely be back!

went back to Amigos Kilburn after the reopening and honestly… what a difference.

I used to be a regular before, but now the place looks fresh, spotless, and really well looked after. You can tell straight away that a lot of effort has gone into it.

The staff were amazing super friendly, welcoming, and actually care about customer service, which is rare these days.

And the food? Top level.
I had the Nashville burger and it was seriously yummy full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and just hit the spot.

If you’re around Kilburn, go and try it.
You won’t regret it.

Ordered via UberEats and everything was perfect. The drinks were clearly labeled, the order was accurate, and nothing was missing—which used to be an issue here. It’s clear the new management has fixed the delivery side of things. Food was still hot when it arrived. 10/10.

Was served by Ahmed and Hass, they were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Good affordable price and the food was 10/10. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Amigo's turned out to be far better then what we had tried a few years back. The best part is the meal deal, which is a real bargain. Burger, chips and a drink for £7.99. It's even cheaper with a chicken wrap and the size is even bigger.

So what do we recommend. The chicken is far better option as a burger or wrap. The pita is rather small. The condiments are of premium quality with the dips being as good as they get. The shakes are just perfect. Filed to the top with lush ice-cream making it thick. The fries are perfect and even better with the dips. The beef burger unfortunately is the same as before. Over cooked with a lack of taste and seasoning. The good news is, it's still a good burger with lots of charcoal grill taste coming out of it. We rather have the chicken option as a burger.

Overall this is a place that will fill you up no problem and you won't be breaking the bank also.

Although the location is behind an extremely busy coach stand, the interior is really nice and peaceful. There were a lot of seats available and the two people at the ordering place were nice. The order was quick and I could choose what I wanted. I went for the quesadilla.

The food was excellent!

I really enjoyed creating my own meat bowl here! I went with a base of rice , added grilled steak and topped it off with beans, salsa, cheese, guacamole, and a spicy sauce. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned.

The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and I liked that I could customize it exactly how I wanted. It was filling, satisfying. The staff was friendly and made the process quick and easy.

I’ll definitely keep coming back and I highly recommend this place !

Dined here a few time already. Great potential and overall good but the employees doesn’t know how to create and roll the wrap which hurt the overall experience and taste. Please teach them how to do it.

We stopped by for dinner on a freezing cold day, and this was exactly the warm, comforting meal we needed. We ordered quite a feast: the Beef Massaman Curry, Beef Rendang, Ramen with Chicken Gyoza, and the Chicken Laksa. Honestly, every single dish was amazing—huge portions and great value for the price.
A special shout-out to our waiter, Blasio, who was incredibly nice, polite, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was full of flavour — beautifully spiced, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every dish felt authentic and full of personality, from the fragrant Singapore noodles to the tender satay.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Eryk was absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time. He offered excellent recommendations and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive.

It’s rare to find a place that nails both the food and the service, but this one definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending it to friends!

Every member of the staff was great, but we really liked our server, Shamil. He took very good care of us and all of his recommendations were perfect. They hit the spot! We ate the veggie spring rolls, veggie gyoza with sweet chili, chicken masaman, steak soba noodles, and a mango rice pudding with two pornstar martinis, and it couldn't have been a more delicious meal.

John is the best restaurant manager I ever met ! He is so kind and generous and so good at his job ! He is numero uno ! I visit often and the food and service is always fab !

Honestly, the best banana tree ever. Laksa and ramen were delicious. Eryk and Kainat took care of us so well. Also the chef was kind enough to adjust the food according to our wish. Really recommend!

It's really difficult to find an authentic Halal Italian restaurant, especially one that doesn't serve alcohol.

Thank goodness for @zerozerorestaurant coming onto the scene. Serving classic Italian dishes where they pride themselves in Zero Waste and Zero Alcohol.

@zerozerorestaurant also offers a Prayer Room, as they've thought a lot about offering a truly Halal experience.

Good experience.. food was brought to us promptly, good fair sized portions slightly bland with the bolognese but everything else was really nice.. Staff were very polite, everything is halal even the drinks and beer 🍻 also. Most importantly they had a prayer room.. Very Halal friendly. Good authentic Italian food.

perfect place for a real halal Italian experience! the menu is great. the drinks menu was endless with so much to choose from. absolutely love how everything is halal and non-alcoholic. it’s so incredibly accommodating and you get a real vibe of fine dining without the alcohol.

the setting inside is lovely, clean and spacious. good customer service. only thing I would say is for a spice lover I wish they were more generous on the chilli sauce, we were given a small pot of it. the prices are also quite high, a meal for 3 came up to £80.

however this is the perfect place for a date night! will definitely be back soon.

What a fantastic place! This is a gem hidden inside the O2! Amazing italian food with lots of non-alcoholic wines, spirits etc.
We loved the food, the drinks, decor and ambience. Staff was fantastic! Shoutout to Mehdi, Najib and Zakaria for looking after us!
We had the Peach Spritz and Gin and Tonic to start with (all non-alcoholic!)
As starters we choose the popcorn chicken and aubergine parmigiana - both were absolutely delicious!
And it kept getting better! We had the Pesto and Pancetta pizza and the spaghetti king prawn - great big portions and super delicious!
We then had some coffee and the dessert trio and they were all also super amazing! A mix of tiramisu, panna cotta, torta della nonna was absolute heaven!
Highly recommend and will most definitely return!

On entering the restaurant, there was a member of staff sat at the reception desk. He didn’t smile or say hello but just sat there texting on his phone. Not a great first impression. After a few minutes someone else came over & seated us. The starters; calamari and deep fried pasta both nice but The pizza was not great- hardly any cheese (see pic) and uncooked cherry tomatoes placed on top & area’s burnt on the bottom Pasta main just ok.
The o2 centre In Finchley Road is dead & lots of the restaurants upstairs are gone. There is nothing inspiring or desirable left in the o2 centre and restaurants have to try harder if they expect to thrive in these environments. Unfortunately the experience here was very average and unlikely to visit again.

Newly opened, Zero Zero Restaurant is the right place where you can have a great time for dinner, or enjoy their extensive food offer on a quick lunch break.
Great quality food, amazing flavours in a very genuine"home feeling".
Pizza and Pasta are the highlights of the menu that you can try in various combinations.
The open kitchen is a very attractive point of the restaurant layout.
Staff is super friendly, smiling and enthusiastic to walk you through the different options of drink and food.
A MUST try is the "parmigiana", delicious and very delicate. My pizza was great! Soft dough and LIGHT!

Cheatmeals Kilburn

Unfortunately, when this establishment first opened years ago it was the place to go, but it has gone downhill over the last couple of years. The burgers are squashed like the staff hate their jobs, and they use the smallest amount of sauce possible, leaving the burgers almost dry.

The attitude of the staff is despicable and the customer service is basically non-existent — they just want your money. They never used yo charge for sauce for the dry chips but now you have yo pay. My wings were even served with parts still attached that should have been chopped off and thrown away.

This is my opinion and my experience — freedom of speech. If you don’t like it, don’t reply at all. I will not be stepping foot in there again. You’re better off going a few doors down to CRISPIES.

I went in with a friend. There were no customers and we ordered some sides with a chicken burger and a plant burger. 3 of them working, customers coming in after us getting food before us, took them 17min to start our order. After 28min we got food without chicken burger and the plant based burger was beef. When we tell them they laugh and look at the computer and I ask if they are making the burgers and they say yes even though nobody was in the kitchen. They assist other customers and after 20min we got our burgers. Total waiting for 2 burgers = 48min plus unacceptable behaviour (laughing at us and speaking their language).

Bought the Mexican burger meal for £9 which is pricey compared to the branch in tooting where you can get two burgers & two chips for £10. Also I had to pay extra 50p whereas in other branch one sauce is free for burger sauce which tasted bad had to throw away after tasting

Restaurants staffs are very kind and cool minded.they always happy to help customers and smiling 🥰 that what will be the first impression after food

Some of the best burgers anywhere but a little stingy with saucing their wings. Could have otherwise easily won a 5 star review from me! Well done.
