Taj 51 exceeded expectations (not always easy for a 5star stay), my family loved it.  This is so much better for family travel compared to a luxury hotel.  The room itself is incredible, having a kitchen and washer/dryer is key for us.  The location is also terrific, we could walk or train through London.  The staff makes serious effort to ensure comfort and constant help.

I stayed at Taj Buckingham London for five days, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst luxury hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For a property charging nearly £1,000 per night, the operational gaps and service failures were completely unacceptable.

The issues started the moment I landed. The hotel failed to properly coordinate with their third-party driver for my airport pickup, leaving me with the driver confused with no clear communication. Upon arrival at the hotel, things got even more frustrating. Despite paying everything in advance, I was made to wait 30 minutes in the lobby because they needed to “double check” with their finance team if my payment had been received. After a long flight, this kind of inefficiency felt ridiculous.

I booked a 1-Bedroom Suite with a living room, expecting a clean and comfortable space. Instead, the couch had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled like they hadn’t been laundered properly. For a luxury property, this level of housekeeping is simply unacceptable.

The next morning, I asked the breakfast staff if I could have breakfast in my room the following day. They happily agreed and never mentioned any additional charges. But when the breakfast arrived, I was suddenly billed an extra £100. Why? I already paid for breakfast as part of my room package. The lack of transparency felt misleading and extremely unprofessional.

But the most shocking and honestly traumatizing part of the stay happened at night. For three consecutive evenings, hotel staff — specifically male and female Indian staff — knocked on our door between 8–10 PM. Twice, they entered our room without permission, offering massage services. I have never in my life experienced hotel staff walking into a guest room uninvited. Having strangers inside our room late at night, while we were already sleeping, was beyond unacceptable. It felt unsafe, invasive, and completely out of line for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be “luxury.”

This stay was stressful from start to finish. With the high price point, I expected professionalism, privacy, and a seamless experience — yet what I received was the opposite. I genuinely hope the management addresses these serious issues, because no guest should ever have to go through this.

Used to love the Taj chain for its customer service, but this will be sadly our last stay. Every time we have visited London, which has been 5-6 times over the past 12-14 months, this has been our hotel of choice.
I booked the room about 2 weeks ago and wanted to change the stay date due to family matters, but they declined under the cancellation policy.
I decided to gift the stay to another family member, who pointed out that we had been overcharged significantly. The price for 1 night at the hotel had gone down from £517.50 to £360. I requested that they match the price, as it not only seems like bad practice but also a lack of care for a regular returning customer.
Once again, they refused but said they are happy to change the stay date now.
Over the past 12-14 months, the hotel has been undergoing constant renovations, which meant that every time we visited, the service did not meet the high standards for which they charged, but as an understanding customer, we never complained.
This treatment has left us with an overwhelmingly sour aftertaste of the TAJ chain, which I don't think we will ever visit again.

I went to Taj London, St James’s Square for an interview and a trial at the same time, and I was accepted. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everything was very nice.

This is by far my favorite hotel in London.  The service is both warm and very attentive.  The suites/apartments really feel like a luxurious home away from home.  Having a washer/dryer in the room was also  a welcome surprise and very helpful.  The happy hour at the bar and restaurant are lovely as well.  Even during the recent tube strike I could walk to most of my scheduled events.  I was sad to leave and look forward to my next visit.

I was disappointed with the value for money here. The grilled cheese cost £6, but the portion size was much smaller than expected and the presentation was poor. The ingredients also didn't taste high quality, so it didn't feel worth the price.

Exellent location. Friendly staff and good clear menu. A little on the expensive side but then this is London. Would visit again. Had the open hotdog and chips. Enough seating. It was really busy but the que flows quickly.

Amazing food and excellent service! The burgers were juicy, fries crispy, and coke zero refreshing. Staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend Shake Shack and kudos to Abdulah! 🍔

Great location and perfect for grabbing food before or after a theatre or musical, especially if you’re seeing Hamilton. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and everything is quick and easy.

Definitely recommended if you’re in the Victoria area.

A little taste of home while on vacation. Conveniently located across from the tube station. The burgers, fries, & strawberry milkshake were delicious! It is a very clean, well kept restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Would happily comeback!

The chicken we use in our Chicken Shack and Chicken Bites in every UK Shack is halal-certified, including our 2021 festive Black Truffle Chicken item.

We dined at the Goring Dining Room for Mej’s birthday and what a beautiful experience it was 👌🏽 The service is critical to any fine dining experience, and it was definitely at a high level here.

Upon arrival we were given a full tour of the Hotel by Mohammed who was extremely friendly and helpful. He mentioned that not a lot of Muslim people visit the restaurant because they aren’t aware that halal lamb and chicken can be preordered- so do check it out guys, they are holders of a Michelin star ⭐️ and three AA Rosettes🎖🎖🎖 Now for the food- for starters we got the mushroom risotto and seafood salad, which were great. The risotto was creamy and full of flavour, while the seafood salad was a fresh burst of flavour containing little pebbles of caviar 🤩 This was accompanied by a selection of breads of which the tomato bread was our favourite.
For mains we had got the Roast Chicken and Rack of Lamb- the Roast Chicken was beautifully cooked. The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and seasoned; it was probably the better of the two mains 👏🏽 however, we weren’t fond of the Sweetbread it was accompanied by.
For desert we got the Lemon Caramel Sponge and the the Egg Custard Tart, which were both very delicate and exquisitely presented- they were both great flavours and unique in their own way, which made them special.

Overall, a lovely dining experience with impeccable service that made it perfect for a special occasion! 🎉

My dining experience at The Goring Dining Room was nothing short of exceptional, capturing the elegance and warmth of classic British hospitality. The seafood dishes were especially memorable: the crab presentation was whimsical yet sophisticated, served in its intricate shell-like vessel, and the lobster and caviar plate displayed a harmony of briny freshness and luxurious richness.

The highlight of the meal was the Beef Wellington—perfectly rosy at the center, encased in a golden, buttery pastry that melted effortlessly. Paired with velvety jus and roasted sides, it was a masterclass in comfort elevated to fine dining. Desserts offered a graceful conclusion: the sorbet and chocolate ice cream provided subtle sweetness, while the handmade chocolates—stamped with The Goring’s seal—were indulgent little treasures that captured the restaurant’s signature charm.

The entire experience felt like an intimate celebration: delicious food, gracious service, and an ambiance that honors tradition without sacrificing creativity. The Goring Dining Room stands among London’s finest, and I would gladly return for another unforgettable meal.

Had an amazing celebration dinner on a Thursday evening. Had a pre dinner cocktail in the bar. Service in the restaurant was excellent and food was superb. Expensive, but for a very special treat, we really enjoyed our evening.

Birthday Dinner at Coring – A Wonderful Experience

I took my wife to Coring for her birthday dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and special. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, just right for a celebration.

The food was excellent – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Every dish felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail and the balance of tastes throughout the meal.

The service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, which made the whole evening very relaxing. My wife was truly delighted, and it made her birthday memorable.

If you are in London, Coring is definitely a must-try restaurant for a special occasion or simply for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!

Really great experience at the Goring Dining room. We celebrated my partner's birthday and every detail had been considered. The staff were very friendly and approachable, we were made to feel very welcome and the food was exceptional. Perfect place to celebrate something special or as a treat.

I’ve visited The Goring Dining Room several times in the past, but this was my first visit since its interior revamp around 18 months ago.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor, just a short walk from the entrance. The refreshed décor is elegant and striking—green and white wallpaper, grand chandelier-style light fittings, and deep green curtains set the tone. Mirrors are framed with small silhouette portraits and miniature paintings, while a red-and-white floral carpet grounds the space. The seating design is particularly attractive, with semicircular booths in a rich red fabric at the centre, surrounded by tables around the periphery.

The food was equally impressive. The bread was excellent with butter (though I wasn’t a fan of the marmite butter). The amuse-bouche was a pleasant start.

For starters, the trout tartare with cucumber was fresh, light, and beautifully balanced. The watercress velouté, served with a large cheese ravioli, was also superb.

For mains, the leg of partridge was presented dramatically, complete with the leg. The meat itself was tender, paired with a rich jus, smooth purée, and grilled onion. The sole dish was delicately plated, with the bone running through the centre. The flavour was subtle yet refined, enhanced by a lovely sauce and sweet potato purée.

Desserts were a highlight. The sassi baba came flambéed with Calvados—an impressive presentation and equally delightful taste. The “cloud” dessert, with lemon sponge and hazelnuts at the base, was good though less memorable than the baba.

Service throughout was impeccable—professional yet warm, attentive without being intrusive.

With its new interior, the dining room feels even more elevated. The set lunch menu (two or three courses) offers excellent value and makes for a memorable dining experience.

Certificates for Halal suppliers are available. The meats are stored separately. There is also a separate prep area at the back, with the area and utensils cleaned. The Halal chicken and lamb are cooked in a separate oven too.

Gopal's Corner Victoria

As someone with roots in Malaysia, who hasn't been back in almost 15 years, and who has been searching for Malaysian food wherever I am that unlocks my memories, I am happy to say that I finally found Gopal's. From the roti to the laksa to the teh tarik, I feel the flavors of Malaysia's legendary cuisine respected and showcased here. The staff are kind, attentive, and work with a fervor.

Delicious Malaysian Indian food. We ordered Banana leaves rice with ayam berempah, fried chicken herbs, 5 pieces of Ayam berempah as side dish and Roti Canai with Dahl. We ordered teh tarik, pulled tea for drinks. All very tasty, chicken well seasoned and full of flavour, best roti in town. Reasonable price, good portion size. No service charge.

Absolutely marvelous. Visiting from Germany and haven’t had Malaysian food in a while and this absolutely slaps. It feels like a banana leaf and Nasi kandar fusion. Atmosphere amazing. Mutton curry, ayam goreng berempah, chutney, sambal belacan were all amazing. Definitely will come again the next time we visit London. Thank you for the great experience!

The service was efficient, and the ambiance had a welcoming, vibrant vibe. One thing to note: they only accept card payments, no cash, so make sure you're prepared.

Overall, a truly iconic spot for anyone who loves great food and a unique dining experience. Highly recommended!

My Malaysian friend introduced me to this place, and ever since, it’s been my go-to spot whenever I'm in London. I absolutely love the food here — it’s incredibly delicious and full of flavour. The portions are generous, and the banana leaf servings remind me of my hometown, which adds a personal touch. The service is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you're in London — it’s a must-try!

We don’t sell alcohol but all three Markethalls sites in Oxford street, Victoria and Canary Wharf have a bar.

This is my fourth Korean restaurant in London, and it's the one that best met my expectations in terms of price, quality, and quantity.
It's the first time I've left feeling completely satisfied! And I didn't pay more than expected, around £14. Two young Korean women were sitting next to us; we had a nice chat. They were heading home the next day and told us their Bimimbap was just as good as the one they have back home in Korea! The waitresses were so lovely. Everything was absolutely perfect! (We came back and we confirme. It’s the best ever !)

We had dinner here before we headed off on a Christmas lights bus tour and couldn’t have enjoyed it more!  Delicious food, busy buzzing atmosphere, lovely staff and EXCELLENT food sensibly priced!  We will definitely be back!  Really really good!

You would think this is an efficient service but my food was ice cold when I had it. There was condensation so I thought it was hot, but actually very cold. I usually have beef bibimbap in a hot stone bowl in the restaurant so how can you give me an iced bowl? So disappointing. It's my only meal of the day and I had it cold.

We had dinner here before the theatre (Victoria Palace), and had a very good experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The vibes of the restanrant is straight forwardly decorated, giving it a very authentic Korean vibe.

We had the army stew hotpot and were not disappointed, the portions are definitely worth the price even given the UK price tags. If you’re not a big eater I would recommend only ordering this dish for two people, any more would be too filling!

We also had the chili chicken wings which was also quite nice. As with any restaurant in the UK serving imported alcohol, the drinks were obviously the most overpriced. But that’s to be expected when drinking Korean alcohol in the UK.

Food was very good the service was excellent the young lady from Kenya knows her food and she was extremely polite and attentive.  The prices are high but well a f truly worth it. The prawns are king size and flavorful

Sticks’n’Sushi - Victoria

Not impressed or happy at all. We we went to the branch in Battersea in August.  That was very good.  So we decided to try the Victoria one. The ambience was very boring. Yet the prices were still high.  For the price we'd paid it was really not satisfactory.  Some dishes were good like the sashimi.  Maybe what we ordered today wasn't good. We are a family of 5 so we decided to go for the set menu.  There was a lot of food but quantity over quality.  The desserts were very good though  with the exception of the black sesame cream rule which has split and totally the wrong texture. I won't be going there again not for a 450 bill....what do you think

I tried a few dishes in this restaurant. For the starter, I ordered the Shake Tataki — trout roe sat on top of the salmon, but I couldn’t really taste any sake in it. The karaage (Japanese fried chicken) was hard and crispy on the outside and it's juicy inside which paired quite well with the green sauce. It was served with green soybeans on the side. When my nigiri arrived, I believed it was yellowfin tuna as the colour looked quite pink — it really didn’t resemble typical tuna. In my opinion, the maki rolls were better than the nigiri. I tried the Spicy Tuna and Pink Alaska Maki, which were more Western-style sushi with cream cheese in the middle. The teriyaki sticks were quite good, with the sauce cooked perfectly and full of flavour. One thing that impressed me was their vegetarian sushi, topped with red pepper and aubergine — a creative touch I didn’t expect. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone looking for traditional Japanese flavours, but it’s fine if you enjoy fusion-style sushi with a modern twist.

Price point is what you'd expect in London. Was busy when we visited, however staff were attentive and very accommodating. Great tasting alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Would I return? For a special occasion where I'm seeking an unparalleled dining experience and am prepared for the associated cost, absolutely.

We do have a couple of Halal options, mostly our chicken thighs, however, we must clarify that we grill everything in one grill/fryer and guarantee there will not be cross contamination. No alcohol goes in to our rice (no Mirin) but our sauces might have traces. This is the case for all our restaurants.

The atmosphere was good, nice decoration, lively place and the service was good but the food was bad.
There was no spice on the 'spicy' dishes, the nachos were not fresh at all and none of the dishes felt freshly cooked as none of them was hot apart from the fajitas. They were warm like microwaved especially the quesadillas that were terrible. The margaritas were average.

They really try with the decoration and the music to look like a proper Mexican restaurant but it was a disappointment.

This is such a great place! Seven of us turned up and had a great time with fantastic fresh food (veg, meat, and non allergen!) and wondrous spicy margaritas. JC was a wonderful host - the staff were all super - it made an important reunion very special. Also - sombreros. (Couldn’t get everyone in a photo …) Love this place!

Nakhon Thai operates out of 3 locations in the Docklands and offers partially Halal cuisine which includes the chicken and beef dishes. A Halal certificate is on display.

The starters were definitely the best part of the meal. We were given the Nakhon Platter (which consisted of all the best sellers; chicken and lamb satay, prawn toast, dumplings and corn cakes), the Hoy Shell Yang (spicy scallops) and an extra serving of Nakhon Dumplings. All the items were extremely scrumptious and moreish! Although we’re not huge fans of Scallops, these were seasoned very well and cooked beautifully with a spicy marinade 🌶. For mains, our host, Saeed (shout out to the loveliest host btw!) took into account our preferences and brought out the Lamb & Herb Curry and Prawn Kiew Wan Goong, along with the Prawn House Rice. We’ve had the Rice dish before and loved it so we were very excited! Both curries were bursting with flavour and were made using the freshest ingredients; always a plus! Saeed recommended the Thai Pancakes for dessert. The soft, fluffy pancakes were packed with coconuty goodness and served with birthday cake ice cream- how could we complain?! 🤤 All in all, a great, authentic meal and a lovely dining experience! This restaurant is definitely worth visiting for a casual dining experience or even a special occasion, with the lovely riverside settings of the Royal Docks sitting beside it. We will definitely be returning! 🙌🏽 .

This restaurant is near where I live and I have wanted to try for quite a long time. Myself and 5 friends went and though we didn’t have a reservation we were accommodated.
We were seated and given a large menu. There is a lot to choose from with a great selection including vegan and vegetarian options. I ordered the beef massaman curry and sticky rice and it was delicious. The rice is very sticky but also very nice. The staff were nice and though the food arrived fairly quickly service was a little patchy in areas, particularly when we wanted to pay the bill. I wondered if the staff were stretched a little too far as the dining room was full and it looked as though there was only 1 waitress.
Overall it was a great experience in a lovely location and I will be back.

We had sea food soup and gyozas. Food is good. Ambience is nice but the caveat is when they bring sizzlers to serve the whole restaurant goes coughing. This can be improved with better exhaust. I am a local so live literally 5 min walk away. They have upgraded the menu which is good. However now they have a cover charge of £15 per person minimum. We went in for quick snacks after a walk, at about 9:15 pm just a little before restaurant close (at 9:30 pm) but still the waitress pointed this out - even though quite a few tables were empty. So bit disappointing in terms of guest treatment I’d say.

First time at this restaurant. I don’t usually eat Thai food, but this was actually quite nice. The food arrived very quickly and it was fairly tasty. It wasn’t too heavy on the stomach. Service was very good and staff were extremely polite. Food is halal.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting the Excel and what a delightful surprise! The food was fresh and full of authentic flavors, with a perfect balance of spice and aroma. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. A fantastic unplanned visit—will definitely be back!

This is my second visit to the restaurant and I wanted to treat my family to some good food.  I had small children so there were no high chairs to facilitate them.  Our food arrived quite quickly which did make me wonder if they were as fresh as they claimed. The tom yum soup which i absolutely love never tasted as good as first visit.

I had one child who had allergies to nuts and sesame so I did order a separate dish stating this,  however after taking one bite he was experiencing a reaction.  He has also come before and had the same dish without any reaction hence why I ordered the same dish.  Child was fine no complaints and manager in charge was caring and asked if he was ok.  But my child did not eat anything after that.

The staff were not as pleasant no smiles, looked as though they were stressed out working there and especial one specific staff member who was serving us most of the time never smiled, said hello or even a bye as we were leaving.  The atmosphere of the staff has put me off more than the other issues and honestly will never step foot in there ever again.  Just to mention we traveled from Ealing for this.

Food was good but have to admit despite ordering some of the same dishes as previous visit, they did not taste as good.

Despite paying over £120 bill we were charged £1 for take away boxes which seemed like a pretty cheap move for what looked like a fancy restaurant.

Amazing food, large selection. Staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming. We were a group of 8 with no reservation and they handled our visit perfectly.

Impressive representation of traditional Ottoman cuisine. They haven't changed in quality over the years. Red meat dishes - hünkar beğendi and şiş kebab are impressive.

The treats they've brought tasted excellent - ezme salad and olives!!🫒

I was in London and looking for a good restaurant. I checked tripadvisor and they recommended this place so I cycled over from London Bridge. The restaurant is very nice, and I was quickly seated.

Two of the staff that attended to me, Hamza and Anushri, were very helpful. They gave me their recommendations and talked me through the menu and their choices were lovely.

The starter mezze of dips was very nice, some of the best I have had. The sauces were obviously freshly made and complimented the complimentary bread very nicely.

The main Ottoman Special was nice as well, it was a nice platter of meats with rice and salad. I have had slightly nicer meats from Turkish restaurants in the UK, however they are hard to find, and this is probably the best option if you are in central London.

The prices were alright considering the location, and generally the price of Turkish food is higher in the UK. I would defiantly recommend coming here for a meal!

I was around Victoria are so decided to give this restaurant a try. We were seated straight away upon entering the restaurant. Menu given and drinks order taken.

The restaurant has good decor and it felt nice and calm. There were a lot of tourists which is no surprise due to the location of the restaurant.

I ordered lychee sparking mojito. It was awful. It had no sparkle I'm afraid. Anyway the sparkling water was great.

They gave complimentary warm bread with some sauces. That is standard across all Turkish Cuisine.

Food itself was OK. The chicken was good. The fries were fantastic. Unfortunately the lamb was very salty.

Service was OK but could be better.

Quilon

I recently dined at Quilon, a Michelin-starred South Indian restaurant, located near Buckingham Gate. While the reputation has raised my expectations, the overall experience was somewhat mixed.

* Food Quality & Presentation: Being a vegetarian, I was keen to try their plant-based offerings, but unfortunately, I found the flavours mild and the spices typically associated with South Indian cuisine were underwhelming. I believe they did tone down their dishes in an attempt to appeal to a broader audience, but the result was a bit bland.
In Beverages, they have a fairly extensive wine and cocktail list, though the non-alcoholic choices were limited.

* Ambiance and Setting: The ambience was one of its strongest points. The interior was  elegant with soft lighting and sophisticated vibe.

* Service and Pricing: Service was highly courteous and professional. Their staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made us good vegetarian recommendations.
As expected for a Michelin-starred venue, pricing is on the higher side. But for my vegetarian experience, the value didn’t quite match the cost.

* Cleanliness & Hygiene: The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly prioritized.

Overall, it does offer a refined setting and solid service, but for the vegetarians looking for authentic South Indian flavours, it might disappoint.

We had an excellent dinner at Quilon, near St. James’s Park. Service was warm, attentive, and polished throughout, which made the evening feel special.

We started with cocktails — I chose the Last Sting (watermelon, Reposado tequila, jalapeño), a small but flavorful mix with just the right kick, while my husband had the Maple Oak (bourbon, maple syrup, bitters, smoky orange zest), a refined twist on a classic. They also served a complimentary warm glass of rasam, tangy and spiced, which set the tone beautifully.

For food, we had the Chickpeas Masala (Malabar-style), Okra Pearl Onion Masala, Malabar Parathas, and a dry vegetable of asparagus, mange tout, and tenderstem purple broccoli. The asparagus dish felt slightly out of place alongside the other plates since it didn’t reflect Malabari flavors, but it was beautifully prepared and delicate. The other dishes carried the hallmarks of South-West coastal Indian cooking — curry leaves, coconut, and mustard seed — presented with finesse. Portions were on the smaller side, but balanced and satisfying.

Quilon has held a Michelin star since 2008, and it’s easy to see why. The food is distinctive, the drinks are thoughtful, and the service makes you feel looked after even on a busy night. A fantastic experience all around.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Quilon in London and were absolutely delighted by the exceptional service and exquisite food. The evening started with a personal touch as Chef Sriram himself came to take our order, making us feel truly special.

For appetizers, we chose the Green Pepper Prawns and Kundapur Chicken—both were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Rasam served before the main course was another highlight—warming, comforting, and full of aromatic spices.

For our main course, we enjoyed the Masala Prawns with Tawa Paratha—a perfect combination of spices and textures. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

A special mention to our waitress, Harshita, who provided phenomenal service throughout the evening. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality made our night even more special. As a sweet surprise, we were treated to a complimentary anniversary dessert that added the perfect finishing touch to an already delightful evening.

Thank you, Chef Sriram, Harshita, and the entire Quilon team for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning soon!

We walked in and was lucky to get a table.

We choose to go with A-La-Carte option as we are vegetarian and  not the set menu which is available for Sea Food, Non-Veg and Veg.

Everything we ordered, was authentic testing and delicious.

Service at this place is same as any other Taj property and it is absolutely the best. I have never found anyone with better service than Taj.

The Hot and Spicy warm Rassam they bring in between is so good you may not stop after just one.

A must visit place if you are around London.

Absolutely delicious spot for South Indian food in an elegant setting with excellent service - we had the set lunch menu (had one each of the vegetarian, pescatarian and meat) and each dish on each menu was absolutely divine. Lovely cocktails, drinks and wine list. Friendly staff, the chef was walking past each table and we had a great chat. Will definitely be back!

Our chicken and lamb dishes are Halal. Our game meat is not Halal, but is prepped and cooked separately to avoid any cross-contamination.

The Sushi Co - Victoria

Had a great experience at this sushi spot! The food was absolutely delicious with fresh flavors and perfect bites. Service was fast and friendly, and the value was excellent. Chef Azhar personally welcomed us and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. such a nice touch. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality sushi and warm hospitality!

Service was absolutely lovely at The Sushi Co! The food was delicious, and I would recommend the chicken gyozas & salmon. A cozy spot for lunch! :)

Exactly Victoria’s Sushi.Co is the best. It has a little space, but quiet atmosphere, brilliant service and very delicious food. As many sushi tried in different places across London and out, we were always coming back, and finally stopped going anywhere else but here!)

Already upon arrival it was clear that the service would be very considerate, we were offered a table kindly. the interior is unique, we liked the minimalistic design and the color scheme. Picking the food was easy (the menu was very clear and had explanations for words we didn’t recognize). The owner helped us also with his recommendations. we ordered sashimi mix, crispy crunch and this super good salmon, avocado and eel sushi that was recommended to us. food arrived fast and the quality was top tier. we left feeling well fed but light. Probably because all the ingredients were so fresh. Also the drink selection is nice and filled with also healthy options.

The wasabi and ginger were very good. The sushi is okay, but lacks meat and flavor. The food was well presented on the platter.

They do not serve alcohol or tap water.

I didn’t particularly enjoy the food much and won’t go back, but I gave four stars because the food and portions were good for the price.

All our stores serve Halal meat. All our meat is supplied by a Halal-certified supplier in The Netherlands.

Rosa’s Thai in Victoria is a real gem in London! The food is truly authentic, full of bold Thai flavours, and cooked to perfection. Every dish tastes fresh and genuine, just like in Thailand. A wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, and outstanding food make this place a true jewel for Thai cuisine lovers.🇹🇭✨ we loved the green curry, Thai beer, deep fried calamari, it was a night to remember…

The evening was quite busy. I was seated in the lower level, which also houses the kitchen, restrooms, and staff closet. My proximity to the staff closet resulted in several instances where employees needed to access it, which was a minor inconvenience, though all staff members were exceptionally polite. The overall ambiance was pleasant, the cuisine was delectable, and the service provided by our server was both courteous and efficient. It was a truly positive experience, and I certainly intend to return.l.

It's 3 minutes away from Victoria Station and the pad thai and curry are delicious. My child likes it, so I eat it well and the atmosphere is good. There is also a discount menu from 2 to 5.

We spontaneously reserved a table there and were not disappointed. Lovely atmosphere and typical Thai food. Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

A wonderful and authentic Thai spot near Victoria Station. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. A nice cocktail selection, too. We’ve been here several times over the past few years while visiting London.

It’s hard to give an honest review for this place when you’re used to truly really good Mexican food in Arizona.
That being said, they definitely try, slightly London twist I guess with the paprika rice or the cumin rice.

In the end, I would not come back but for those who are not sure what Mexican food really taste like this might work for you.

Not what used to be, as you can see in the photo table is messy, trying to enjoy my burrito looking at that. Guy from the till was chatting, didn't care about the mess. The girl who served talked to me like a robot. Quality food not the same. I used to like this place, not anymore

Overpriced, undertrained staff, wouldn’t scan my code and smallest burrito I’ve ever received from tortilla. Usually a massive fan of tortilla but won’t be returning

I have to say that all the servers were going way too fast. They were rushing so much that I didn’t even have the chance to ask for extra avocado, and the person I was with couldn’t ask for extra peppers either. They were going way too fast, even though there was no one in the line. The cashier didn’t say hello; she immediately asked if we wanted a drink and made us pay right away—no “have a nice day,” no “please,” nothing. In the end, I paid for a burrito that wasn’t even what I wanted, and I felt pressured while ordering. One star cause i can’t put 0

Awful, every single time i order from this branch through Uber Eats, its disgusting. I paid £26 for a naked salad bowl and a bag of nachos and guacamole. Salad had 3 lettuce, soggy and it came with black beans which the dish did not include. I am allergic to beans so you can understand how impressed i was when i received my order and could not eat a £26 salad. Rip off and not worth your money.

Burger was bland, lacked any flavour even with the sauce. Needed lots of sauce in order to give it some flavour and you have to pay extra to get a side of sauce.

Was not freshly made, took them a few minutes to prepare and it came slightly warm
Barely any pickles and the only thing that had any flavour
Chips were good.

Would not recommend this place, it is overpriced and is basically your Morley’s chicken strip burger…but worse and triple the price.

I’ve wanted to try this for a while but Butchies doesn’t have the greatest locations. I finally got to try it and it’s definitely incredible! I consider myself a bit of a fried chicken expert and let me just say out of all the many fried chicken places I’ve been to, this is actually the 2nd best… miles and miles better than any of the more popular chicken places.

I just got the 4 pieces but I got given an extra one for some reason lol. The OG sauce is just a garlic and herb sort of sauce, would benefit from mixing the sauce recipe with some ketchup.

I look forward to more branches opening as I’d definitely go back.

Food was great. Chicken tenders were crispy and moist but could do with more seasoning - sauce is recommended (buffalo). Definitely get some pickles on the side if you’re a pickle fan. Shout out to Jude for his help.

Went in on a whim, I work in the area and just decided to pop in. Decided to go for a simple OG burger and fries which came to about £12. Not bad tbh considering a KFC meal is now close to this sort of price point. I did enjoy both the burger and the fries. The burger was made of two big tenders which is my only criticism as a little hard to hold together but tasted good, the chicken tasted fresh and juicy, the chips are also well cooked not too dry not too soft just perfect. All in all my score is 4.5

They got my order wrong and charged me for the more expensive, incorrect meal. When I said the meal was wrong, she asked me if I was sure. Of course I’m sure! Then she swapped the food order for the correct meal but instead of giving me four tenders, she only gave me three. I feel like they weren’t cooked properly because the batter wasn’t crispy. I then realise that I’ve been overcharged for my correct order so then went back and they gave me a credit bowling all I found the experience and the food rubbish and I would not return. Oh, and don’t get the blue cheese sauce, it’s horrible.

All of our chicken is now sourced from a Halal certified supplier and certificates are available at each site. We sell alcohol, but we do not use it anywhere in the cooking process. We also sell bacon in some of our sandwiches. The bacon is cooked separately from other food items.
