We stopped by here one night when we weren’t very hungry. Good thing- because it was not very good. The spicy salmon crunch roll has a cooked salmon rather than sushi salmon - without much attention brought to this major difference. Think cat food. One & done for me. Blahhhhhhhh

Had sushi here yesterday with family and was genuinely blown away. It’s the best I’ve had since visiting a Michelin starred sushi restaurant in London years ago. Every piece was fresh, expertly prepared and served at the perfect room temperature. For both value and quality this place stands far above the rest. These guys are serving the BEST sushi in London.

Spontaneous visit with the family, tried the katsu chicken curry and rice, chicken noodles and salmon nigiri. Food is fresh, made to order and it tastes really good. The food is also Halal which is a bonus and they don’t use Alcohol in their soya sauce. The staff are attentive, friendly and passionate to make sure customers are happy. The 3 brothers working here have all made sure the food is correct, made to perfection. The restaurant is situated on the high road, parking on the side road and behind the restaurant, it was free today as it’s Sunday. Good seating inside and outside the restaurant. Will definitely come back again

A nice place to grab and go food/drinks.

I ordered teriyaki salmon with rice, the price was £13.50 at that time.
It tasted ok, but not too much salmon (I ended up with too much leftover rice).

As far as I could see, there was no toilet there.

Better to take-away than dine-in, in my opinion (because when I entered, I smelled something not good).

The sushi was very good and freshly made, as we requested it without avocado. The employees were very gentle and polite. Will return next time.

We are 100% Halal and our soya sauce is free of alcohol.

Cesar was very helpful and made this dining experience wonderful. We would definitely come again but for a different dessert option. He made sure to check on us here and there despite having different people to serve which was appreciated on our part.

I had a wonderful experience at Pho. I was served by Ken, who was incredibly lovely and kind. He made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was dining alone. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Very delicious food, pleasant service, clean, tidy. First time eating Vietnamese food and I'm delighted. The portions were very large. There is also a children's menu. I recommend it!

We had the lunch special (crackers, main, and a drink).
Good price (around £15.5 per person after tax, and service charge), great food, and good drinks.
The wok fried noodle was delicious.

The service was excellent, the staffs were friendly.
The atmosphere was also nice.

Toilets for customers are available.

I ordered a double smash burger with bacon. I paid £1.60 for the bacon and what I got was a disappointing half of a rasher. Not what I expected from Honest Burger. When you pay for the add-on one should expect to get a proper portion. Shame on whoever is responsible for this policy of cheating the customer. This is the second time this happened with a bacon add-on. The first time I thought it was as a mistake. I will not be ordering from them again.

Picture this, the sun shining down on a beautiful winter's day. I had a very pleasant experience at Honest burger today. Greeted by 2 friendly staff members. As part of their giveaway the double smashed cheeseburgers were cooked to perfection. The brown butter mayo fuses everything together with delectable delight. The rosemary chips were golden crispy and fresh from the fryer. There was very nice decor in a cosy environment and all condiments were readily available on the table without asking. Honestly, this is one of the best dining experiences I've had the pleasure of eating. The goods have spoken!

I usually love going to honest burgers,but this time it was an unpleasant visit. I ordered a well done order and after having a few bites I saw it was pink in the middle. When I asked the waiter,he took my burger to the kitchen ,came back and said that they checked the internal thermometer which showed the necessary degrees for well done. We told them that some areas were indeed well done but in the middle it was not. I went on saying that I am pregnant and the waiter told me I should have said that when ordering. I shouldn't have to disclose such information, and when I order something well done for any possible  reason I expect to see no pink inside!They after took my burger back and cooked it thoroughly and removed it from the total bill. The waiter/chef never gave an apology!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Requested my burger was cooked medium-well, but it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Disgusting, went straight in the bin.

Edit - Customer service have handled this really well so I have increased my rating. The rest of the food was also good and well cooked.

Decent but a bit underwhelming

Popped in early when it was quiet. The decor is cool and the menu looked great. Service was friendly and quick, which I appreciated.

I had the double smashed burger with added bacon. While it was tasty, it was slightly overcooked and very greasy, which was a bit disappointing. The bacon add-on (£1.50) was just a single small piece, which didn’t feel worth it.

On the plus side, the chips were excellent—crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

Overall, not bad, but I’d need to try a few more burgers before I could recommend it confidently.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

When I have ordered from Youme sushi in the past, I am usually not disappointed.

However, after coming back from hospital. I decided on a sushi meal and had made order that included spicy tuna maki roles. Unfortunately, these were inedible as the 2 x boxes when opened had a very fishy smell. I did not want to risk any food poisoning and so I had to cut my losses and bin them to avoid getting extremely ill.

All other items ordered were fresh and odourless, which indicates freshness. However, the tuna was not!

I have to add that YouMe sushi are generally very good and fresh. However, on the day of my order. I really began to question the quality of the food being sent out.

It was such a disappointment experience and hopefully it is just a slip up and could have caused serious illness if eaten.

I love coming here! The food is always so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is also really nice — perfect for a relaxing meal. One of the lady is always very helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to sushi places! ❤️❤️

Not a great experience overall. The deliveries on a Friday averaged on 1.5 hours and the maki rolls were falling apart. Even during times where it wasn't busy, the delivery for one person would be on average an hour. Looks under staffed and under experienced. After two attempts of emailing them and no response we decided to buy our Friday sushi from another local shop, which turned out to be excellent. I don't usually like to leave negative feedback, but I hope this helps to improve the shop.

Utterly disgusting. As a sushi restaurant there’s one thing you should never, ever do: overcook the rice. And the one in our nigiri and maki was a tasteless, mushy paste. See the pictures and judge by yourself. Spend your money somewhere else.

Excellent customer service!!! The staff are amazing ( ready to help).. The food is fresh and delicious… my favourite dragon roll... will definitely come back again soon. My best wishes to everyone working in the shop.

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.
