Another dirty food premises!
Why is it so hard to order over the counter this day. What happen to good customer service at the counter ? I feel like a second rate citizen ☹
My twister wrap was dry ! I think the wrap  was out of date. It just ripped apart 🤦‍♀️ My corn on the cob was not cook properly. Sack the cook !
If only they gave  the same attention to the cleanliness if their shop as they do their online order it would be great !
I won't be coming back!

They close at  2 or 3am

This has to be the worst KFC branch to exist in London. the chicken is so dry always! NO authentic KFC taste at all. Chicken still has feathers and fries are horrible.

Ordered a meal and waited for 25 minutes while no costomers inside and after all I ordered a sundae when food ready I was offered a drink instead Ice cream cuz they were out stock or something…..”””like sorry we don’t have chance can I give you gum instead “””

Absolutely pathetic i,ve been calling them from the last 15 20 min.i,ve placed an order through uber eats but last time they forgot to send me all my order. And when it came some of the items were missing.
This time today when i placed an order calling them from the last 15 20 min whenever they pick up the call they listen to me and just hanged up.
Thats tottaly rude and unprofessional.

Excellence is key to food restaurants and kfc masters that perfect customer service and an excellent selection of chicken to try j went with my friend once and it became our juicy chicken hot spot it is highly recommended so all should try it out

Visited for the first time today i decided order the hot chick with the help of an amazing employee called talal. The staff were so friendly and patient as its my first time and i wasn’t sure how to navigate the menu. The open kitchen was clean and i observed high food handling standards. Can’t wait to try the burger! Mahdi another employee worked fast to make sure my food was hot and aesthetic

The burgers here are really good – juicy and flavorful. However, it’s a shame they don’t serve proper cola, only something called ‘premium cola,’ which tastes quite different. The paprika chips are surprisingly spicy and feel more like chili chips than paprika.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere is lacking. The place feels empty, and nobody seems to eat in, which makes it less inviting.

I have never seen this place open for dine-in customers. Update I've seen it open but never with customers lol.
I have ordered food here multiple times they make the best burgers around.
Unfortunately, they are unable to cook chips, which is kinda odd considering they must spend multiple hours a day doing this.
I'm at a loss for how many times I've had uncooked chips it's rather disappointing.

Update;
I've been here in person a few times and the guys always seem surprised to see a wild person appear, the food is still quality and delicious, ive ordered them a few times and the food has been in a more edible state, fries were much crispier idk how they did it

I ordered in person at the store. I have given 3 stars for the chips. All three chips ordered were very dry and hard. The burgers are amazing so I gave 3 stars.

As someone who doesn’t even like banana based desserts- this banana pudding was fantastic! It’s creamy, it’s light, the cake inside is fluffy and spongy. The banana isn’t too overpowering and tastes fresh. Altogether it’s a delicious dessert. Priced at just 4.95 for a huge serving.  Staff is so friendly always smiling and provide excellent service. We tried the Tottenham cake and custard too, it was delicious! This place knows what they’re doing from the quality of food, to service to its prices.
Best to go in the evening if you’re driving as it’s free to park at night and they close late too!

I recently tried the banana pudding and was genuinely impressed. The flavours were spot on — perfectly ripe bananas, a smooth and creamy custard, and just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was lovely too, with the layers blending beautifully without being too heavy or overly rich. Thank you guys see you again.

Very friendly staff, top quality products, banana pudding is unbelievably good, possibly the best thing I've ever eaten and malted milk ice cream bdjsnavdjs yeah... My brains stops working when I think about this, it's soooo good.  And the best part, the prices amongst all the overpriced places around are great. By far my favourite place to get something sweet, not only in the area but possibly in London.

Second time here!
The first time, I tried the banana pudding. I had no idea what to expect, but I ended up loving it!
This time, I went for the Alphonso mango ice cream. Such a luxurious flavour at an affordable price, absolutely delicious.

Was lured here by all of the Instagram hype over the NYC banana pudding that they make here.
We were not disappointed! Layers of banana, fresh cream & spongy biscuits are left to "steep" for 24 hours. They then serve it in tubs, absolutely filled to the brim.
It was creamy, smooth & delicious & not overly sweet.
We also bought a pot of tgeir limited edition rice pudding, which was made by their gran. We opted for a cinammon topping.
They also sell a wide variety of "Hackney Gelato" ice creams / sorbets. Plus waffles, cakes & drinks, including milkshakes.
The interior was very clean & the staff were very friendly & keen that he had actively chosen to visit them whilst on holiday in London.
The shop is close to the London Fields park so we sat on a bench there to eat our puddings.
All round, it was a very nice experience & well worth the trip.

Lovely little discovery... diner feel  chicken place.. everything feeling super fresh and really well judged.. Lots of great flavours and perfect amount of heat. Coming back the next chance we get.  This time was mid evening snack before heading home after theatre visit Another night guessing it would be equally good for more relaxed longer date night.  Good work guys .

Loved the food here! Especially given that they do chicken thighs…! A rare sight for chicken shops.

We took takeaway so can’t comment much on the resto itself.

Staff seemed kind and service was good. Interesting stickers in the bathroom.

On food: the chicken is excellent. If you are sensitive towards blue cheese avoid the blue cheese flavour as it is really strong. Instead of it being a blue cheese sauce like most other places you actually get chunks of blue cheese!

Me and hubby came here while staying in Hackney for the weekend, yummy food, great service, good prices for the amount of food, plates were empty when we left! We had garlic & Parmesan chicken tenders, hot honey chicken burger, skin on fries with peri peri salt and chicken gravy!

Halfway through eating my food, I noticed a black foreign object in it — and my kids were eating it too. We feel sick. This clearly shows that the oil hasn’t been cleaned regularly or that something has fallen into the food. The food was also cold

Delicious burgers, got the hot honey with chimichurri smashed potatoes and the special one burger with chips.

Food was great but only critique I can give was as that our burgers came without the sides for 3min and as a chef myself whom worked from honest burgers, fallow, hawksmoor, Dorchester and now a headchef at a prominent contract catering sector I can safety say that the burgers should have stayed at the hot pass which was free of space and wait until the sides were ready to bring the order.

I may be a bit absurd on this matter but 30 years in the industry has taught me some habits which I believe any reputable restaurant should follow these basic guidelines, I understand there was only one front of house and she was amazing,  juggling takeaway, delivery and customer orders. I'm proud of this female front of house staff and she should be assisted in some form of manner.

I had to give the burgers back and entailed the staffs that this should stay at the hot lass ( heat lamp area) until sides are ready, another few min pass and the sides were ready.

Server apologised as one in the service industry is unfortunately droned over and totally understand the situation.

It was not very busy inside restaurant but the delivero orders were piling up.

The burgers were remade and everything came out hot as it should be, I am giving it 5 stars besides the slight hiccup.

Tipped the server as she did an amazing job with such little or no other help from the 4 people in the kitchen, 2 should float around front of house,bar and takeaways orders but what do I know, 2 successful business, an experience in many of renowned restaurants and now cater to over 1,300 people daily with only 9 chefs at hand.

I digress, and peck peck is a great chicken institution,  next time I go back there I will politely ask if all what over ordered come st the same time.

Delicious and spicy, would recommend and only 55quid including tip.

All our food is halal, we have a number of Muslim employees and we have a strong Muslim following. Peck Peck is also extremely thankful and supportive of our Muslim supporters.
