We had an absolutely wonderful evening! The food was fabulous, very generous portions and delicious flavours. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend

Incredibly delicious food! The bread was yummy and warm and the platter was so tasty and a very generous portion! The staff were attentive and did not let the bread basket get empty! The cherry on the cake was the baklava and the authentic Turkish tea! Exquisite! I will be back!

As someone who has travelled to Turkey twice, I can attest to the fact that this spot serves authentic Turkish BBQ and delicacies just like the restaurants in Turkey.

Lezzet Kitchen literally transports you to Turkey with their traditional Turkish ambiance as well as their delectable kebabs, BBQ, Kunefe, soufflé and Turkish tea that are made in house with the freshest ingredients by Turkish chefs themselves.

We ordered their Hummus and Lahmacun as well as other starters that I became a huge fan of but the star of the show was their grill platter which was tender and grilled to perfection.

Mr Adil was extremely hospitable and friendly and even helped us select what to order from the diverse menu and his recommendations were excellent! The owner was also very humble and friendly as well as all the other kind staff members in the restaurant. I would highly recommend trying out Lezzet Kitchen for a truly Turkish experience🙌

Ordered quarter chicken on 16.10.2025 and got a piece of chicken size of my finger and when I spoken with the manager about it she said it is what it is. I put the picture here and leave you to judge.

One of the worst place to go in that Nando’s.
We were seated with family included childrens on table no:16 on new year evening at 18:00
We have been waited on tables more then half hour. After spoken to Cashier and cashier said it to me we
Can’t take your orders at the moment because of short of staffs and busy.
Such ridiculous service and make us disappointed on my son birthday party.

I never had service with Nando’s before like this.
Please check the CCTV footage on time and date and make sure need to take strong action on this kind of unprofessional services.

The servers are extremely attentive. The food was well cooked and service was fast.
Our host, Rupi was exceptional.

This ia one of the better Nandos I have been to in a very long time.

I’ve always had great experiences with Sher and Rickel—fantastic service every time.

I’ve consistently ordered for collection without any issues, and it’s always been a pleasure when either Sher, Rickel, or the manager with the moustache is on duty. ( never caught his name)

However, my recent visit 31st October 2024 have been less positive, particularly when a specific staff member is working. I believe I previously assumed she no longer worked there as my experience improved when she was absent, and I started coming in daily. Unfortunately, her return has noticeably affected the quality of both service and food. I live within the local area.

Today, my food was again undercooked, and I’ve attached photos for reference. Additionally, her manner towards customers is often rude and dismissive, which takes away from the generally high standard I associate with your establishment. Please feel free to check your transaction history or review security footage from my last visit for context.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and am hopeful that it can be resolved to restore the excellent experience I’ve come to expect at your establishment.

The family and I enjoyed a quick dinner in our local Nando’s.

The restaurant was clean and the team was friendly.

The roulette wings was great. Our meals were perfectly cooked. We’ll be back soon.

We just went back… catch out the NEW loaded fries, the sauce is amazing.

We have 385 restaurants, 72 of which serve only Halal chicken and are signposted both in the restaurant and online. A small proportion of chicken sold in our other restaurants may also be Halal.
