The Steak Restaurant

I took my son here for a steak meal. My son opted for a medium steak and I had the steak well done. It was very nice and flavoured it was definitely well worth the money. The atmosphere and restaurant was also very nice with friendly staff.  We shall definitely come here again in the future.

Lovely food! I opted for the tuna steak, and it was absolutely delicious. There’s a great selection of sides, all prepared to a high standard, and the desserts were equally good. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience.

The food was lovely! The staff were amazingly accommodating, especially considering our little ones. Even without a kids' menu, they still managed to delight our children, offering my son  breaded chicken and hand-cut chips. My daughter enjoyed linguine with tomato sauce, and both children loved their meals. Very good selection of wines and the atmosphere was great.

Proper upmarket NY streakhouse vibes with the dark wood and leather lowly lit decor and definitely feels like a special place to make special occasions feel even more cherished. Celebrate a lot of our blessed events here because the service is very homely and genuine, food is of a high standard and of course the steaks are cooked to perfection ( halal menus available for us is the plus ). Desserts also great and having a local steakhouse on our doorstep is perhaps a little dangerous for our budgets but worth every penny and still not bad for what you get. Highly recommend.

The Steak restaurant certainly lives up to its name! The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, exactly as ordered, and the accompanying peppercorn sauce was truly outstanding – a delightful balance of creamy and peppery. Beyond the star attraction, even the wings impressed with a wonderfully rich and smoky BBQ sauce. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for steak lovers and beyond.

All our Halal meat is certified and is prepared with separate chopping boards and knifes and booked in separate pots and pans. Our Sunday Roast is Halal.

Social Dhaba

Was my mums birthday and social dhaba was the venue for the evening. Our service was really nice not rushed and very welcoming at the same time. Food was ten out of ten .. we liked everything we tasted...

A lovely and authentic Indian restaurant. The crispy mogo was perfectly cooked — crunchy and full of flavour. The achari soya chaap made a great alternative to chicken, packed with delicious spices and tangy notes. For the main course, the vegetable kofta was rich and comforting, with a beautifully spiced gravy that paired wonderfully with the freshly made naan. A truly delightful meal all around!

Firstly I'd like to mention Shakshi. She is an absolute gem and lovely person. Since we've being dinning at Social Dhaba, which is now several years, she's been there and is an asset to the establishment. Her level of service, warmth and attention to detail is exemplar and makes our experience so much better.

The food here is always on point. Perfectly balanced flavours and ever never had a dish that we've not enjoyed.

We get a real variety of dishes from the menu, including the mix grill, salmon, basil paneer, avocado chat, garlic prawns, tardka dhal and some naans and breads.

However, the best dish has to be the Handi Chicken curry. It's just amazing and a defo must.

From the desserts, you have a selection of the classics, all of them fantastic so you can't go wrong.

This place is regular for me and is always a place I recommend to others and take family and friend's to when in need for a really good Indian.

It was our first visit to Social Dhaba, and we received a very warm welcome. We were served by Sakshi, who was exceptionally polite and helpful in guiding us with the food selection. The food itself deserves 3 out of 5 stars, but the staff—without a doubt—earned a full 5 out of 5.

Sakshi was especially kind and friendly with my little daughter, which made our experience even more memorable. We will certainly return, not only for the food but also for the wonderful people who made us feel so valued.
