Was really looking forward to this and it didn’t disappoint. I went on Saturday 2 Jan 2026 lunchtime and it was quite busy generally in the food hall, but after ordering at the counter, the food was ready in a timely manner. I ordered the fried chicken banana leaf meal (husband had the chicken curry banana leaf meal) and a side of mutton rolls. It was all beautifully presented and the taste lived up to how it looked. I thought it to be really good value for money, the portions are generous without losing any quality of taste. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The mutton rolls were a generous size, crispy, spicy and delicious. The fried chicken was very tasty and not too greasy or oily. All the acompaniments - veggies, potatoes, sauces, rice, popadom, fried chilies - were great.

My husband and I were staying at the Marriott hotel opposite, so location wise was perfect. Also close to the Elizabeth line for anyone coming that way.  I’d already gotten fed up of the abundance of restaurants in the area which charge a lot of money and deliver a subpar experience (average food, ridiculous upcharges, etc). Gopal’s corner is one I’m definitely going to return to when we stay at the Marriott again, and I can imagine I will eat there multiple times during our stay.

The banana leaf meal is quite expensive for the quantity provided. Unfortunately, the food was served cold, which was disappointing. The overall preparation was very basic and the taste was below average. The mutton curry included in the meal was bland and lacked flavor. The side dishes were below average and did not meet the expected standard. The only positive aspect was the roti, which was well prepared and enjoyable.

I ordered the £9.95 lunch deal from Gopal's Corner in Canary Wharf. I chose the prawn roti wrap accompanied by fried okra fries with the mint yoghurt dip. The cold Malaysian pulled tea (teh tarik) was incredibly refreshing on a hot day.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. Highly  recommend coming here for delicious Malaysian street food!

Food was ok though abit salty - enjoyed their Mutton Rolls, Curries was ok, their Roti was on the thicker side and wasn't really a fan od their Dosa...

Hazev

Hazev is one of those places that quietly wins you over — and then suddenly you’re planning your next visit before you’ve even paid the bill.

The food is proper comfort done well. The moussaka was rich and comforting in a “someone’s mum really knows what they’re doing” kind of way, and the lamb shank? So tender the meat basically gave up and fell off the bone on its own. No fight. No drama. Just vibes.

And then came the kunafa… crispy, syrupy, dangerous. The kind of dessert where you say “let’s share” and immediately regret inviting anyone else.

Service deserves a special mention — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without hovering every two minutes asking if you’re enjoying everything while you’re mid-bite.

I write and review food over on Your Food Fantasy, and this is genuinely the kind of meal that reminds me why I love doing it.

All in all, great food, great hospitality, and a lovely spot in Canary Wharf for a relaxed, satisfying meal. Come hungry. Leave happy. Possibly loosen your belt a notch.

Highly recommend.

It was a truly wonderful experience! The meat was exceptionally tender and practically melted in the mouth. They also provided complimentary fresh bread. Furthermore, the starters were just as delightful as the main courses.

The sütlaç I had for dessert was absolutely mouthwatering. It was such a light and pleasant treat. The Turkish tea was also quite good, though perhaps it could have been a bit hotter, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

Additionally, they thoughtfully provided a space for prayer upon request, which was incredibly convenient and allowed me to enjoy my stay without rushing.

Been to Hazev many times and never fails to disappoint.  Had mixed meze starter, mixed grill main and Tricele Caramel for dessert  with a virgin pina colada.  The mixed grill kebab and chicken was succulent and great flavour.  The Tricele was a great way to finish, the milk adding a lovely bit of flavour.  Must go for anyone looking for a Turkish in Canary Wharf.

Wonderful place for Mediterranean cuisine! It’s right on the water, in a great location.
The interior is elegant. It has warm lighting, velvet seating, and nice background music.

The server was wonderful. Very friendly. Very attentive.

The menu is large. It was difficult to decide what to order. In the end I ordered the calamari as an appetizer and my husband ordered the falafel. The calamari was tender and delicious. The falafel was pretty bland. I’ve always had it served with tahini. This was served on hummus, but the hummus was also pretty bland. I would not order that again.

For our entrees I ordered the Masukka and my husband ordered the sea bass. The Masukka was delicious but I bit into a small piece of gray plastic. I told the waiter and he apologized profusely and removed the Masukka from our check and insisted on giving us a complimentary dessert. My husband loved his sea bass. It was excellent. I had a glass of Sauvignon blanc with my dinner. It was lovely.

After our waiter removed the Masukka our bill was £73.

I would return again. The food and service, ambiance, and views were wonderful.

Come for birthdays and celebrations!

Staff were super friendly - we had a birthday party and we brought our own cake. They kindly stored it in the fridge for us until desert. We also had a “Party” light stand and they also allowed us to use it! I’ve gone to many restaurants that won’t allow us to do this, therefore for this reason alone, come to Hazev for any celebrations.

The restaurant is huge - lots of tables of any sizes. It wasn’t full when we were there on a bank holiday evening. so I’d like to think you can probably find spaces on most days.

Food wise was very good. We just came back from Turkey so we were keen to try this. Some dishes were even better than the food we had in Turkey. Best dish was the Hazel Special with Aubergine Cheese sauce - that was so good.

All meat on our menu is Halal. We do serve alcohol.

BOKAN 37

We had such a lovely time here. The view is genuinely amazing. One of those places where you just want to sit and stay a bit longer. Cocktails were spot on, beautifully balanced, and the staff couldn’t be nicer: warm, attentive and easygoing.
We enjoyed absolutely everything. Definitely recommend.

Was told this was a brunch place but it is not. Food was nice in general but the menu was not too big and quite elaborate with no alternatives for younger visitors. Ambiance was stuck up, waiters were the same and even though I was sitting by the window I didn't enjoy the view but the buildings across the street.  All accompanied by a pricy ticket.
I dont recommend this place.

The view over London is absolutely stunning, and the service is friendly and attentive. However, the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations, especially considering the prices. Great spot for drinks, but I’d skip the meal.

Didn't know what to expect of a restaurant in a hotel...but it was really worthwhile! The restaurant is on the lower of the 3 top floors (with the top being a mediocre rooftop bar, and the middle floor being a mix of food/bar) - strongly recommend to go with the set menu in the restaurant on floor 37, nice window seat, and view over London during sunset. Impeccable service, well curated food, fair prices for the setting.

We visited Gallio in Canary Wharf on January 3rd to celebrate a massive milestone—our engagement, my fiancé’s birthday, and a late Christmas/New Year treat. Since we arrived at 16:30, the restaurant was pleasantly quiet, which made for a lovely, intimate atmosphere.

The interior design is stunning, and I especially loved the open kitchen featuring that massive, beautiful copper oven. You can tell the team works well together; they seemed relaxed and professional. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table immediately.

We booked through First Table (50% off food). While our server, Dalia, wasn’t initially aware of the deal, she handled it perfectly—she checked with her manager and confirmed everything on the menu was included. Our main waiter was also fantastic, bringing a really positive energy to the table.

As for the food—honestly, wow! The flavors were incredible. The fish literally melted in our mouths, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. We made sure to pass our compliments to the chefs. It was the perfect spot for our celebrations. Highly recommended!

Our first visit to Galio was absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding, full of flavour, beautifully presented and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was delicious and perfectly balanced, and the breads were simply incredible.

The desserts were the highlight to finish the evening. Sweet, rich and gorgeous. We truly enjoyed every single bite. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, making the whole experience even more special.

This place left a fantastic first impression on us. An unforgettable dinner, and we will definitely be back very soon. Photos attached because the food speaks for itself.

Absolutely worth the visit – food, atmosphere & service all on point

I had the pleasure of dining at Gallio in London and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The menu offers plenty of choice and the quality of the food really stands out.

What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely involved. Our waiter THIRVPATHI was very helpful friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on and made the experience even better, you really feel taken care of here.

The restaurant has a cozy, warm atmosphere with a beautiful interior that makes you feel comfortable right away.

Definitely worth a visit for the food, service and overall vibe. Highly recommended!

Very unassuming restaurant. Ended up here merely as there were no other places to go as all pubs bars were fullly booked, as were  most restaurants and we were lucky to get a table at Gallio. The staff were very accommodating. Loved the food which was a pleasant surprise. All bread is freshly baked, very delicious. Meatballs were perfect and had a bit of a kick too which married well with the fresh bread. The croquettes were really good too. The Lamacun was great, big portion. Hummus also delicious. Felt like we ate good quality good all freshly cooked.

My wife and I had a great experience at Gallio for their Bottomless Pizza Brunch. We enjoyed delicious starters and opted for the Patatas Bravas and Lamb Kofte Meatballs, which we shared. Both were full of flavour! We then enjoyed a pizza. Lots of unique pizza choices on the menu, which was fantastic. I enjoyed the Lamb Pizza, which included spiced lamb, harissa, red cabbage, and a tahini yoghurt drizzle. The topping was very generous, and the pizza cooked to perfection in their huge pizza oven. This was all accompanied with bottomless prosecco, and a very welcoming and attentive team of staff. I highly recommend you try this restaurant for yourself.

All our chicken and lamb meat is halal. We will also have a Sujuk (halal beef sausage) as an addition topping option.

Shake Shack Canary Wharf

This has to be the best service I have ever experienced and I think we can all guess that our server was ZUBER!! He helped place our order, hand delivered our food to the table and even sorted the dips - he made us feel like we were in a 5⭐️ luxury restaurant!

Food was nice  but service was not great, waiting time was high and my son ordered a  n additional item as a new order but it didn’t come after 30 minutes of order and when checked they missed the order but then again waited long. Staff needs training especially to prevent missing order and long waiting or acknowledging a delay or order issue to customer.

Fantastic food, and fast service. Delicious and fresh. Plenty of cheese and so much flavour. The Carrot cake shake was divine!

I was so pleased to learn the beef burgers are now halal, they are absolutely delicious! Big shout-out to employee Zuber for being super friendly and helpful (he even brought the food to my table). Great food and great service!

Big shout out to Zuber for make us feel at home. It’s like I never left Fiji. He was very welcoming and OMG the food is ok let me just say, the burgers officially the best in London 😊🙌🏽. Highly recommend the Korea bbq one. The bun just perfect. Keep what you guys are doing. Experience was so so good.

I have been here on 29/12/25 at around 19:30. I want to clarify at once that my review is not about the quality of the food which is always great. The only reason I am writing this review is to report the 3 members of the staff who really should not be working there ruining this place reputation. The three ladies who were "working" at this time have spent the 20 minutes I have been in constantly shouting, laughing extremely loudly and not caring at all about their job. This resulted also in lowering the quality of the food they were serving. My burrito was not closed at all with all the toppings just thrown there and the tortilla barely folded. As soon as I started to open the foil it completely unfolded with all the toppings coming out of my burrito making it impossible to eat. I could see also another person on the nearby table experiencing the same issue. I do hope that some action will be taken either to teach or to remove these 3 ladies who really do not deserve to get paid for such a disgraceful way of working. Definitely not entering again if any of those ladies will be working again. I am quite sure many people will be doing the same even without writing any review. I am sorry about giving one star for the food but it was really impossible to enjoy and it ruined my dinner.

Honestly, these employees are brilliant! Always polite, kind and helpful! Most of all, incredibly efficient. I always order vegan options from here and never once have I had any mistakes in my order. Very safe, clean and always give good portion sizes.

It’s rare you get efficient service and good customer service these days for these types of low paying jobs. They all seriously need a raise.

I had a great time at Tortilla in Canary Wharf! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — the burritos and tacos were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had a welcoming atmosphere.

A special mention goes to Corina from the staff — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude and warm smile really made my visit even better.

I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for tasty Mexican food and great service in Canary Wharf. I’ll be coming back soon! 🌯😊

I had a great experience at Marugame Udon. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the service.
Alvera and Manoj were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive, patient, and made the whole visit feel warm and pleasant.

Popped into Marugame Udon in Canary Wharf for a quick bite and it did not disappoint! Super fast service—canteen style, so you grab your tray and go. I had the Beef Nikutama Udon and the noodles were perfectly chewy ("mochi-mochi" as they say). Grabbed a couple of tempura pieces too, which were crispy and fresh.

The best part? The price. It’s hands down one of the best value lunches you can find in the area. The place was buzzing and had a cool vibe, great for a solo lunch or a casual catch-up. Highly recommend if you’re near Cabot Square and craving a filling, tasty Japanese feed without breaking the bank."

Great first experience!
This was our first time visiting, and we were really impressed. The food was great, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, which made the visit even better.

A special shout-out to Shivam, who was incredibly kind and walked us through the ordering process. He even surprised our daughter with a free snack, which absolutely made her day. Another special mention to Ranjana for personally checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect.

Karaage chicken is good, but the teriyaki salmon rice was not the best. The sauce was flavorless and cold, and the salmon was overcooked. It just didn’t taste good altogether. Will be returning to try other options though!

All our chicken is from a Halal supplier. However, whilst products are prepared separately due to our open kitchen and fresh prep we cannot guarantee there is no risk of cross contamination within our kitchens. Please also note that all fried meat and seafood are fried in the same fryer. We have a separate fryer for vegan products.

Please also note mirin and soy sauce are used in a number of our dishes which contain alcohol.

We enjoyed the Nutcracker at Six by Nico, Canary Wharf.
Feyi, our waitress, was so welcoming, with a glass of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary, and attentive when serving each of our courses.  The food was of the highest standard and we could honestly say the most delicious food we've ever tasted. The cocktails were delicious too. Gwen, the manager, checked on us to ask if we'd enjoyed our meal. Everyone at Six by Nico made our anniversary meal so special.

I saw this restaurant online and on Facebook and decided to give it a go and it was amazing. We went for the Hollywood menu and each course was delicious, I also went for the wine pairing which was fantastic. Our server was Leonnie and from the minute we sat down to the end she was amazing, informed us of each course and remembered my wine. I will definitely be back as everything was fantastic and the service was excellent.

We had the absolute best time enjoying the Space menu at Six for my birthday celebrations. Staff were fantastic throughout and all of the food and drink was delicious. The cocktail pairing menu was tasty and great value! All of the food was well-considered and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend it enough, we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Had such a great evening at Six by Nico Canary Wharf trying their Space themed 6-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavour; the wine pairings really lifted the experience. The service was warm, attentive, and made the whole night feel easy and enjoyable. Standouts for me were the Zero Gravity Oyster and the Solar Flare and the pairing that went with it. The pacing between courses gave us time to enjoy without ever feeling rushed. Big thanks to the team, we’ll definitely be back again for the next menu!

Company Christmas Dinner.

I love tasting menus and this one was very good for the price.

The accompanying wine pairing was OK, each glass was generously filled unlike some more upmarket albeit pretentious restaurants I've dined at.

My only criticism was the background noise level made for difficult conversations; the restaurant was at capacity.

The staff were very friendly and even though the restaurant was full, they provided a timely service.

I visited this place yesterday for the first time, it was amazing, a very beautiful place with a gorgeous view. The food is delicious and of course the dessert, I tried the tiramisu and it was so good 😍. I want to thank you for your hospitality and service ❤️

Well, what an experience my daughter and I had at this restaurant!
We came for a weekend away staying in Canary Wharf and fancied booking an Italian restaurant and found Bella Cosa. From messaging online to book, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a lovely table in the window overlooking the wharf. The service was quick and helpful. Our starters and meals were absolutely delicious. I was unsure on having a starter but recommendations were made and I’m so glad I went with this.
Someone checked everything was ok after receiving our meals and regularly made sure everything was ok.
Next time I am in the area, I will be sure to bring my family here. The location, service and atmosphere was fantastic.

Well done guys and thank you for making mine and my daughter’s weekend extra special :)

Sticks'n'Sushi Canary Wharf

This Japanese restaurant is great! Much greater than the name would imply. You could be forgiven for thinking it was a low end Takeaway sushi joint. Not so. The food is delicious and presented as works of art. The menu selections, especially the sharing plates, are very well thought out. I dined here both arriving and departing London, a week apart.
it’s as good as anything you would find in California.
I have dined at other places in London that call themselves Sushi, but they don’t compare.
So if you’re looking for a nice And authentic sushi experience at Canary Wharf, definitely check them out. They’re also very forgiving if you have a lot of luggage with you.

Food and service was fantastic. Served by the awesome Sruthi who was amazing with time and keeping us well fed and taken care of. She gave us some great suggestions and we were really happy with what we ordered. It was our second time here and this time was just as good as the last. Music was a little loud but made sense with the time of night. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Superb food, cocktails and staff.
Whilst it felt like we had cheated on the one in Covent Gardens the Docklands restaurant was superb.
They aren't the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for and more.
The beef carpaccio was sublime whilst the sashimi set dish had a number of delicate masterpieces.
We tried a few of the house cocktails as they were all excellent.
They are very kid friendly even in the evening.
A must visit if you like sushi and you are in Canary Wharf.

Incredible… firstly the food is amazing; such an array of flavours with plenty to choose from! The service is great with lovely stafff who want to make sure you have the best dining experience! A special shout-out to the lovely manager Karolina; the way she takes care of her customers is unmatched. So attentive and such a lovely energy. The restaurant itself is my favourite out of all the branches I’ve been to, due to being in beautiful Canary Wharf, a very ambient atmosphere and a comfortable dining set-up. There’s also some music which offers more of an atmosphere! It’s safe to say I’m coming back…. ❤️

Honestly one of the best sushi spots in London! The food is super fresh, everything looks amazing, and the staff are so friendly. Love the vibe at Sticks’n’Sushi Canary Wharf — can’t wait to go back! 🍣

We do have a couple of Halal options, mostly our chicken thighs, however, we must clarify that we grill everything in one grill/fryer and guarantee there will not be cross contamination. No alcohol goes in to our rice (no Mirin) but our sauces might have traces. This is the case for all our restaurants.

Whilst looking for a great spot to end our night and this cute little cafe with gorgeous outside seating was just perfect. Great atmosphere, relaxing, good vibe with great music. We ordered the hot matcha vanilla latte, and although it looked really pretty, it tasted quite awful, really bitter. The waiters were really lovely and quickly changed it for hot chocolate, which was tasty. Will definitely come back again.

I've tried their salads before and I really liked the variety and flavors, so I decided to have breakfast there, and it was a total disappointment. First, the eggs were undercooked; the white was raw and translucent. I asked for them to be cooked a bit more, and the eggs were super overcooked. The tomato and paprika sauce was super bland; no seasoning. It tasted like canned tomato juice. I guess shakshuka is not their signature dish, and for a price of 13.5 pounds, it had to be much better.

Great food and value, got the Greek yogurt bowl and avocado toast and quality of the food was delicious! Our server Istiak was so sweet and attentive - a really lovely brunch experience!

Had an amazing evening at Brera — the pizza was simply perfect, crisp base with rich, fresh flavors that reminded me of Italy. What made it even better was our waiter Angela, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. A beautiful spot with food and service to match.

Nice little place to visit. Sat outside. Staff were very friendly. Service was good. Only thing was the garlic bread I found dry, as it was thin. But you do get a lot. Food quantity for which was given on dishes I thought was a little less.

The lounge is a fully halal kitchen and menu, however alcohol is served.

COCO Canary Wharf - Restaurant & Lounge

Today, thirteen of us visited Coco in Canary Wharf for a team meal. This review reflects my personal experience as well as feedback from my colleagues. It is not intended as criticism, but as constructive feedback that we hope the owner will view positively.

Coco Mix Grill
I ordered the Coco Mix Grill, which included marinated chicken leg, lamb chop, chicken cubes (chicken shish), lamb kofte kebab and additional lamb chops, served with Coco’s sriracha sauce.
The lamb chops were excellent—very tender and full of flavour.
However, the chicken leg and chicken cubes were disappointing. They tasted quite ordinary, and I’ve had better mix grills elsewhere. Considering the price, the dish didn’t feel special enough.
That said, the presentation was outstanding—visually very impressive.

Kuro Prawns
The Kuro prawns looked stunning on the plate—colourful and beautifully presented.
* While the flavours were nice, at the end of the day it felt like fried prawns with decorative toppings.
* I did enjoy the dish, but I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

* The drink was vibrant, refreshing and incredibly well presented.

Sticky Mango Dessert
This dessert was visually beautiful and quite enjoyable overall.
* I loved the sticky rice with milk powder and the ice cream coated with mango pulp.
* My only disappointment was the mango slices, which were tangy rather than sweet. My colleagues all enjoyed their desserts as well.

We spent over £800, and considering the size of our group, we felt it would have been a nice gesture to receive something complimentary.
The location of the restaurant is fantastic, and there is so much potential. We truly hope the owner will consider reviewing the pricing and possibly improving the quality of the main dishes to match the high standard of the presentation and the desserts.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food is incredible — full of flavour and beautifully presented — and the shisha is top quality, smooth and long-lasting. The service is brilliant; the staff are super friendly and attentive, always making sure everything’s perfect. The atmosphere is great too, with nice music and a really good vibe throughout. Definitely one of the best shisha lounges and restaurants around — can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience at COCO in Canary Wharf. From the moment we walked in, everything felt spotless and welcoming ! the place was absolutely clean and beautifully maintained. The service was truly five-star: attentive, friendly, and professional. We never felt like anything was missing, because everything we could possibly need was already taken care of.

It’s rare to find a restaurant where cleanliness, atmosphere, and service all come together so perfectly, but this one really exceeded my expectations. I left genuinely impressed and very happy with the whole experience. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Canary Wharf!

Sabine Numan Rifat was a really amazing server made sure that we got the best service and made sure everything was up to perfection. All the servers are so polite and welcoming. The food presentation is amazing and the food has all different flavours and there is something for everyone. You don’t always haft to follow the menu and any questions they will answer and they are good with handling allergies. The decoration is perfect. 5/5 would definitely recommend coming here we come here for a birthday and they was more than welcome to celebrate it with us. Only thing that would be helpful is add more signs to find Coco.

Tasty food but horrible delivery;
Regular customer via Just-Eat. Their menu on Just-Eat has been missing an option for their main; when asking if I can swap one of my choices for the missing item they'll either miss the order note, or fulfill it incorrectly.
Sizes are inconsistent.
The containers they use for their main always falls apart and writing this review after the bag has fallen apart and the food spilled on the floor.

🍗 Popped into the AS56 location after hearing they’ve expanded to Canary Wharf. The famous grilled chicken and green sauce definitely lived up to the hype – still delicious! 😋

That said, a few changes since the early days at their St. Paul’s branch, where meals were just £8. Sides have been trimmed down, and the healthy grilled veg is now a premium side with an extra 50p 🥦💸.

Lunchtime queue was slower than expected, especially since it’s a simple "fill the box and go" setup ⏳. A separate line for sandwiches is a nice touch though 🥪👏. Small seating area if you want to eat right away.

Would love to see them improve queue speed to make the experience smoother, especially for busy lunchtime crowds!

Because this place is off the beaten track this is the best kept secret of Canary Wharf, and seriously deserves the most publicity. I’m all about flavour in food but I’m also about quantity, and this place handles both of my values in absolute bundles! The place is also so clean and inviting and the service is second to none! Siara was just amazing and I can’t stop recommending this place more! Eleven out of ten! 👌💋

This is one of the best branches I have ever been to. The portions are very generous and the chicken is usually very tasty. The seating space inside is also fairly decent. Be careful because it can get really, really busy and sometimes the queue goes outside the place

Food here was really tasty. Theres a nice variety of items to choose from and all reasonably priced. Had to try the world famous chicken box meal which was very good quality, fresh and not greasy. The beef plantain sandwich was packed full of flavour too.

Service was good. Shop was nice and clean with some seating available so would recommend pre planning to come here early if you want to eat in. If I was not  in a rush to go home, I would have dined in as I know it would have tasted way better eaten straight away.

I’m giving 4 stars just because I thought the plantain was a bit hard along with the veg which was a bit of a shame as I love plantain. Also, as it was like a sandwich, it could have been cut as it was huge. No NHS discount offered here either but not a huge deal as prices are decent for portions and quality.

Will definitely be back to try other items.

Manjal Indian Restaurant Canary Wharf

We visited on  Monday evening around 8.30pm and the restaurant was very quiet. Service was quick and friendly. We enjoyed our food which was  very tasty and well presented. It's reasonably priced and worth a visit. I will probably return again on a busier evening to enjoy the atmosphere aswell as the food. Worth a visit.

Mangal at Canary warf is just brilliant, the food is authentic, flavour packed and delicious. The spice levels are great and can be customised which is amazing if you decide to go with large group of friends. The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate any special  requests, amazing views of the quay and a good song selection, definitely will visit again. Thank you for the yummy dinner.

I visited Manjal with a group of 12 ladies, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, the hospitality was amazing, and every member of the serving team was incredibly professional.
We were especially grateful that they even arranged a last-minute cake to celebrate our special occasion, and the complimentary platter was such a thoughtful touch. Everything went smoothly, and not a single person had a complaint.
The place looks elegant and posh, the food was fantastic, and yet the total bill was very reasonable—truly great value for such a memorable experience.
We will definitely be visiting again with our families and other groups of friends!

Modern restaurant on top floor of quieter area of Canary Wharf facing the water and last night two super yachts! The lighting and music levels were relaxing and the tables were regularly filled during the evening. The staff were polite and friendly but there were communication errors during our order resulting in more being served than was ordered. We pointed out a drink error but just ate the extra food. We had a variety of dishes which were spicy but very tasty. Prices were mid range for food and rather expensive for drinks overall. We also did not like the service charge of 12.5% being added automatically especially after the ordering mistakes. This aside we enjoyed meal and did not feel rushed to leave afterwards. I would recommend the railway lamb and chicken chettinad dishes especially.

Beautiful restaurant with stunning views of the docks. We ordered Kebabs, Devil chicken, Pani Puri, Plain Dosa and Mango Lasi. The food was lovely, apart from the kebabs, would not be ordering those again. Free parking outside the restaurant. The toilets were clean and well designed. The staff found a quiet place for me to pray, which was much appreciated. There is a lovely place to sit and relax before or after you eat, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views. There is also a nice place outside to walk after having your meal. Highly recommended!!
