I ordered the Lamb Shank Curry, Grilled King Prawns, and a Plain Naan with sesame seeds. The lamb shank was outstanding, tender, and fell straight off the bone. The naan arrived hot and the chef was kind enough to add seeds on request. The prawns were full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The food carried deep spice, great texture, and rich aroma. The ambience was warm and stylish. Staff were polite, though more welcoming recommendations would help.

Restaurant itself was nice but unfortunately at the time we went it wasn't very busy but it was early evening. Starters weren't particularly to my taste but can't fault the presentation. It looked fantastic. The saviour was the main courses. Beautifully presented again and the taste was perfect. Mocktail was really good too albeit they didn't have the smoke box it was supposed to come in. 24k gold cappuccino was the icing on the cake. Finished the meal perfectly.  Will be back no doubt.

I had a lovely meal but the main course took a while to come out. The staff were helpful and very polite. The food itself was nice. The lamb biryani was probably the best from our order.

I think it is expensive for the food and portions but it is in central Manchester. There is NCP parking near by so very convenient to park up and walk across.

Very mediocre spot.
The food lacked character and the atmosphere was horrible. They had people in the upstairs area literally screaming and whistling throughout the whole meal.
We ordered the Sunday roast platter for 2 people.
You pay £60 and you receive 5 potatoes, 7 carrots and 5 pieces of broccoli along with the tiniest pot of gravy and not much else apart from the meats.
Shocking value for money, not worth the price at all.
The little vegetables you got were just boiled or steamed, no seasoning on them whatsoever.
The lamb was okay, can’t fault it, the beef was tough and the chicken was nicely cooked, but it was cold.

Although it looks good on picture, in person it is not worth the price, it lacks flavour, and it lacks quality to be honest. It was all very bland.

There are other Sunday roast spots across Manchester for way cheaper that are miles better than this. Would not go again, and I personally do not recommend. It was a waste of money and time for us.

Loved it! The food was absolutely delicious perfectly spiced, just the right level of heat to enjoy every bite. The staff were incredibly attentive, and we were looked after by a lovely young lady with glasses who went above and beyond to make our experience special. I asked for a personalised dessert, and she put so much care into it ,truly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Delhi House Cafe

Tried the Dahi Poori, Tandoori Lamb Loin Chops, Moradabadi Chicken Biryani and  Mango Lassi.  Everything tasted delicious.  If l was to nitpick I’d have liked a little more lamb for a £15.95 starter.  Service was attentive. Definitely try the Biryani one of the better variants.

What an amazing place this is! Firstly, all of the staff are brilliant. They are patient and helped my group to make food choices.

The food is so nice, it is genuinely the best Indian food I've had. Everything we had was great quality and so flavoursome.

Drinks wise we had cocktails and these were interesting twists on classics. I definitely recommend the Bomb Pattaka.

Will definitely be back!

Location of the restaurant is good, easily accessible by tram & bus. The ambience is good. There are several vegetarian options. The taste of food is good too. There a entire vegan menu as well. It is slightly expensive though.

We have been a couple of times to Delhi House Cafe as the food is delicious. We started by having mutton tacos and the meat was tender and flavoursome. Next we had Chicken Seekh Kebabs which was also tasty.
Lamb Biryani with Raita was amazing too!! For dessert we shared a gajar halwa as I have a sweet tooth this was my favourite dish.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly.
I would recommend Delhi House Cafe if you like Indian food.

Absolutely the best Indian food I’ve had in the UK! Having tried countless Indian restaurants, Delhi House Café in Manchester is definitely up there at the very top. The flavors were authentic yet unique, every dish packed with taste and beautifully presented.

A special shoutout to Greta, who took such wonderful care of us. Warm, friendly, and so attentive throughout our meal. She made the whole experience even better.

I’ll definitely be coming back here again, and I really hope you guys open a branch in London soon, because I’d be your regular!

Tattu Manchester

Diana was amazing, explained the whole menu to us and and our food was served very quicky. I enjoyed the meal.

I really wanted to experience the beauty of this restaurant and reserved it for 4 people but instead of being in a spot where we could see the atmosphere we were in a small booth. It was nice as it was private and elegant but we couldn't see the main attraction and it was so dark in the booth that we couldn't take any good photos even with the flash on.

I ordered the desert at the start but had to wait an extra 10mins at the end for it which was quite frustrating as my two friends didn't order a desert. Then the pudding was small with 3 tiny slices of pear. The food portions were quite small for the price and they added extra expenses. Such as £5 for water. We thought it was free as they offered it to us. Also a service charge of £27.  In total every cost £244 which is way more than it was worth. The duck rolls were tiny, and I only got 3 for £13. Honestly I won't be going back, I ended up ordering a food delivery later that night because I was still hungry.

It is a nice experience but I've been to a lot of restaurants that give much better value for money

Incredible atmosphere and aesthetic.
Came here for an anniversary and it did not disappoint.
The aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful, it is definitely a show stopper.
Their attention to detail was impeccable.
The cocktails were amazing, standard price for cocktails in Manchester.
The food was also very good, I especially recommend the scallops, 10/10.

Definitely recommend this spot for special occasions, it is bound to impress anyone.

Tattu Manchester is one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious — the highlight for me was the sea bass fillet steamed, which was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal.

The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere for dining. Prices are a bit on the high side, but definitely worth it for the quality of the food, the stunning interior, and the attentive service. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Manchester.

We celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary here with our family and so glad we did. Cannot fault the level of service, especially Edwin who went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the restaurant and the dishes was amazing. The food was phenomenal with each dish more flavourful than the last. Overall, highly recommend this restaurant not only for the food experience but also the patient, knowledgeable and dedicated staff.

Would like to thank Diana on her fabulous service. What a lovely experience. However I'd not even took my coat off and they were asking what we'd like to drink, never even had chance to check the drinks menu let alone take my coat off.. dropped a star for this reason.

Best curry I’ve had. And I’ve eaten a lot of curries. I had the Namkeen gosht, a fantastically rich and savoury lamb curry with the right spice level. The naan was also fantastic and so fresh out of the tandoor.
The service was also top notch.

Amazing food and an excellent ambiance! The customer service was outstanding — special thanks to Nikki, who perfectly understood my taste and recommended dishes that turned out to be spot on. The bartender was also at the top of his game. This place is an absolute must-visit!

Staff were friendly, the popadoms are ok but the lack of sauces is really bad, only 2 sauces for £5 wow thats terrible, everywhere else gives like 4 to 5 sauces.

My friend and me ordered our starters and chose chips with them, my chips was missing, we were still charged for this, you can see in the picture there is no chips, the waitress insisted the chips were in the dish, you decide if you can see any chips haha, must be magical chips, also said there is no price difference of having chips or not, but the menu says differently.

My starter the indo chinese was very bad, everything was very very overly tangy, there wasn't anything indo chinese about it, the chicken lollipops were nice, i wasn't expecting the rest of it to be fish, there was maybe 1 piece of chicken in it, rest was tangy fish bites, very poor, the long prawns were ok but had no taste, just tasted like battered prawns haha, and you can see in the picture they just plain not seasoning, no marination. I still don't know why this restuarant was on my to go list as it was very poor.

The next thing is the table next to us with the man in the suit was overly favoured over us, they got all their food first, they got their starters and finished them, got their mains, and still our starters hadn't come, they prioritised the rich looking gentleman rather than giving a fair service to all customers. We waited very long time for starters close to 20 minutes or more, the place was dead inside only 3 tables of 2, no takeaways, so why they were struggling i couldn't tell you.

The next thing is the curry was pretty nice, but was very big thieffery, there was maybe 3 pieces of chicken in the entire curry, i was left with half my rice left as i had nothing to eat it with. The starters had more stuff to eat in them haha.

Sort it out man otherwise this place won't be around for future if this is how you look after customers.

Not sure how accurate the other reviews are here, but we visited Ziya recently as we were looking for a place to eat as we were so hungry, and also were travelling with 2 young children. The place was so empty at lunch time, we were the only guests eating at the time. We ordered a few things from the menu, sadly there wasn’t a great deal of choice for the children to eat, so they made do with roti/naan and chips. The paneer makhni was so spicy / hot that I couldn’t eat after 2 bites and that was the mild version! The tandoori king prawns were 2/3 in a portion, over cooked and rubbery when eating. The kebabs were just awful that they had to be sent back as they looked and tasted like they had been cooked in a microwave. I took a sip of water from a bottle in my bag and the waiter immediately came over to say that I could only consume their drinks! Overall, we wernt thrilled with it all, so sadly won’t be returning :(

my girlfriend and i went here for a lunch date and it’s going to quickly become one of our faves! the curries were SO incredible, and the breads were cooked to perfection. we ordered a jug of mango and pineapple lassi and it was a lot for two people, so i’d only suggest it to groups of 4+. the restaurant was super quiet, with only one or two other tables, but i guess that’s probably typical of thursday lunchtimes. swapnil was our server and he was very speedy and happy to help out and offer comments on the dishes we ordered. thank you!
